- Birger (7/5): Muss nicht sein - Das Hotel liegt nah am Bahnhof und direkt neben den vielen kleinen Restaurants. Ich frage mich heute noch, warum ich für 6 Nächte im April 2025 rund 200.000,- Yen (mit Frühstück) bezahlt hatte, obwohl es ansonsten nur rund 60.000 Yen kostet. Das Zimmer war mit 17m2 (wirklich???) extrem klein und ungemütlich. Die Lampe am Bett war kaputt. Das Bad war so klein, dass der Duschvorhang der Minibadeeanne im Waschbecken hing. Bewegen konnte man sich kaum. Besonders schrecklich waren die Zeiten für das Frühstück: 6.30 bis 9.30 Uhr. Sorry, aber man möchte im Urlaub auch mal ausschlafen. Dieses Hotel kommt für uns (Ehepaar um die 60) nicht mehr in Frage.

- Rizza (5/5): Location is good, if you don’t care about cleanliness, I guess this place is ok. But for someone who cares about sanitat - I think the staff is accommodating. I like that we have an air purifier in the room and we’re given fresh towels everyday. Location is pretty nice, too. 1. The furniture needs to be replaced. It had brown stains and it was quite gross, I can’t even imagine myself sitting on those chairs. If the chairs are that stained, I cannot imagine how their mattresses without sheets. 2. Don’t use the towels. They are old and stained! 3. The toilet…simply put: NOT CLEANED WELL! 4. Hair- bathroom had short hair strands and obviously wasn’t cleaned well. I have long hair. I didn’t complain anymore, as I was not in the room most of the time. Also, it just takes a lot of time and effort to complain especially it is an expectation for them to provide clean rooms anyway. (I emailed them directly prior to visiting because I am immunocompromised. Cleanliness is important for me) But if you’re a clean freak, stay away from this place.

The hotel was in a convenient location - near convenience stores and train station. Good value stay for the price and would likely return here in the future. Shared microwave was provided, but it was placed right next to the indoor smoking area. I think that it could be placed in a different location to accommodate those who wish to avoid inhaling unwanted fumes.

- Cindy (7/5): A great cheap option for a shirt stay. - Fine for a quick stop over. As another reviewer said, they won't let you in a minute before 3pm!! Staff were otherwise friendly and answered all our questions, happy to hold luggage etc. Rooms were a good size and the location was close to the station and nearby bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok, a few western options. The kids enjoyed a couple of donuts and pastries while we trialled some local foods and eggs. Coffee was a bit weird, couldn't get hot milk/no machine to make a latte, so added cold milk from the cereal section and had a warm coffee instead! Also couldn't get hot water for tea? My husband had a tea bag and when asked for hot kettle/water, they disseapered into the kitchen for 5 minutes! Otherwise a pleasant stay for a quick stop-over.

Camere ben pulite, di dimensioni un po piccole rispetto agli standard europei. Comodità dei letti migliorabile la comodità dei letti è sicuramente una parte migliorabile. Lo spazio della camera sarebbe meglio se prevedesse un amadio.
