• Anastasia (8/5): - Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue sur les montagnes et petit balcon, et heureusement, car la vue était vraiment agréable. L’hôtel nous a également fourni la guest card, très pratique : elle nous a permis de visiter gratuitement le Bastione, le musée de la ville ainsi que la tour, et d’obtenir une réduction pour la carte Navigarda (nous permettant de visiter Limone et Malcesine en ferry). Les bus de la région sont aussi gratuits avec cette carte. Grand lit. la douche fuyait à cause de joints absents à l’intérieur, ce qui obligeait à essuyer tout le sol après chaque douche. Le lavabo fuyait également beaucoup ; comme il était déjà tard, nous avons dû le réparer nous-mêmes pour pouvoir l’utiliser. La hotte de cuisine mériterait aussi un bon nettoyage. Le micro-ondes est dans la salle commune au RDC. parking est payant, 10 € par jour.

• Dorota (10/5): - The stay was very successful! The location is on the main street and on the other side there is a beautiful view of Lake Garda! Check-in and check-out without any problem. The service was wonderful and took great care of us during this time, very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable, containing everything you need for a few days. Plenty of space to store your belongings. The bathroom is very practical and clean. A huge plus for the free water vending machine on the ground floor of the building, as well as vending machines with coffee and snacks.

• Alex (8/5): Schön für eine kurze Auszeit - Die Lage vom Hotel ist zentral, aber doch an einem ruhigen Plätzchen. Die Zimmer sind modern und gross. Jegliche Stühle im Hotel könnten einen Filz pro Stuhlbein vertragen. Dann würde man nicht im ganzen Gebäude hören, wenn jemand seinen Stuhl verschiebt.

Carlos was a great host and was ve - Close to the lake, walking distance to restaurants, bus stops. There was some building noises coming from the property adjoining throughout the day.. luckily we were out and about for the majority of time. ( but of course this won’t be forever- only til the works are finished) The street view of the property looks tired ( but inside great).

The location is great, the view is beautiful, and the room size is very comfortable Prices this year during the Garda Trentino Marathon were very high, much higher than last year. In addition, some extra fees were charged that were not included in the booking confirmation. In the end, we did not stay for 3 nights as planned but only 2, and we had to adjust our departure time to the property’s availability. I might choose this accommodation again, but these issues can significantly affect my chose

• Tim (8/5): Kleines Hotel mit schöner Aussicht und gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Ich habe das Zimmer für einen spontanen Urlaub mit meiner Familie gebucht, Preisleistung war gut, die Küchenaustattung ist okay, das Zimmer war sauber und das Doppelbett bequem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist von der Größe für 3 Personen gerade so ausreichend. Ein Backofen fehlt in der Küche, was für uns aber nicht schlimm war, da wir immer auswärts zum Essen waren. Das Zusatzbett war für das Kind okay, ich hätte aber nicht darauf schlafen wollen. Die Einfahrt vom Parkplatz ist sehr hoch, was für tiefergelegte Autos leider sehr schmerzhaft ist, da jedes Mal der gesamte Unterboden über die Kante geschliffen ist.

• Vladas (10/5): Excellent location and view from the balcony! - The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the lake and about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. You can also start hiking routes right from the guesthouse, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The lake-view room was definitely worth it!! Pet friendly. We received a lot of gifts for our little prince😉

Sehr umsichtig fanden wir, daß es einfach möglich war den Müll zu trennen und Mülltüten kostenlos zur Verfügung standen. Die Bestuhlung am Eßtisch ist unglaublich unbequem. Im Bad bzw. an der Dusche gibt es ein Problem, die Silikonfugen sind dadurch sehr unansehnlich/unappetitlich.

Good amenities - the apartment has everything we needed for a longer stay including washing machine downstairs and filtered water. Beware that the street is very loud which makes opening windows unbearable. Generally the apartment is due for a refresh and showing some wear and tear throughout.

Všeč nam je bilo, ker si imel možnost uporabe pralnega stroja, mikrovalovne v skupnih prostorih ter pipa iz čiste vode. Soba je smrdela po cigaretih, iz klime ni pihal svež zrak ter ni bila dobra pregrada med balkoni.

• Peter (8/5): - Die Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum See, war sehr toll. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Von der Pension aus kann man auch zu Wanderungen aufbrechen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist eine Busstation. Das Seeblickzimmer hat sich gelohnt. Der Raum und das Bad sind großzügig für zwei Personen. Vor der Anreise gab es automatisch viele hilfreiche Informationen zum Aufenthalt. Das Gebäude sieht von Außen nicht besonders einladend aus, auch das Treppenhaus nicht. Das sollte man mal was machen. Dafür ist das Zimmer echt schön. Das Duschgel und das Schampoo sollten nicht in kleinen Plastiktüten ausgegeben werden.

Uno dei pochi posti a riva con qualita-prezzo giusto. Camera pulita e spaziosa con una bella sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Peccato esserci fermati una sola notte. La struttura esternamente non è un gran ché, ma gli appartamenti all interno sono carini.

• Torsten (9/5): Zentrale Lage am See - für und 2 Personen perfekt! - Die Lage ist perfekt direkt am Hafen mit Seeblick, jedoch fußläufig ca. 20 min vom Zentrum entfernt. War für uns nicht schlimm, hatten die Räder mit. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung auch alles, was man benötigt (Einkaufsmögl., Gaststätten, Fahrradwerkstatt und einen eigenen gebührenpfl. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Diesen sollte man auch nehmen, da es kaum Parkplätze im öffentl. Raum gibt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder gut abstellen. Es war wieder einmal ein toller Urlaub im Trentino! Nur, dass es kaum Schränke gibt. Für 4 Personen fast unmöglich. Wir waren nur zu zweit und haben die beiden Zusatzbetten für die Ablage unserer Bekleidung benutzt. Im Bad war das Waschbecken zu klein und auch so erneuerungsbedürftig.

• Friederike (4/5): OK - Das Zimmer war für eine Standardausstattung gut ausgestattet. Für unseren Vierbeiner gab es zur Begrüßung ein kleines Geschenk, was ich sehr lieb fand. Für unseren Hund mussten wir pro Tag 10€ zusätzlich zahlen, jedoch fand während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts keine Reinigung des Zimmer statt, demnach sind die zusätzlichen Kosten für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Alles in allem etwas zu teuer.
