• Emilio Antonio (9/5): Ottima struttura per visitare la città di Fez - Il Riad è molto carino: le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate. Il cortile interno, dove servono la colazione, è un ambiente fresco e accogliente. Situato nei presso del suq e della piazza principale. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita dalle ore 8.00 della mattina. Un giorno abbiamo fatto un'escursione e siamo partiti prima di quell'orario e il gestore ci ha fatto trovare un sacchetto con del cibo da asporto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Zouhair che è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e presente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Our host Zouhir was amazing, make everything possible to make our trip unforgettable. He helped us in finding a taxi on time for our train and managed to serve us breakfast even though we were on a tight schedule. I really recommend the riad and the host. Everything was amazing. Even there was a guy who bothered me in the street ,he directly talked with him and send it to the police office.He was so hardworking and always keeping an eye on the hotel.It make me feel safe in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent . The beds were a little bit hard .It was not comfartable . For spa ,my experience was not good,not so hygenic and relaxing.But maybe for the first time it should be different .It wasn't my first ,maybe 30 or more times I had hammam before but unfortunetly it was the worst.

• Sven Michael (9/5): Perfektes Riad und gut zu erreichen - Das Riad wird sehr professionell betrieben, verfügt über eine sehr gute und geschmackvolle Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig. Zum Entspannen bietet die Dachterrasse einen sehr schönen Platz. Die kleine Gasse zur Unterkunft ist anfänglich etwas ungewöhnlich, aber dafür ist die Lage sehr ruhig.

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και φρέσκο. Το δωμάτιο δεν αεριζοταν από εξωτερικό χώρο. Τα παράθυρα που είχε οδηγούσαν στην εσωτερική κλειστή αυλή με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να μυρίζει συνεχώς υγρασία. Ακόμα, το πρώτο βράδυ έπεσαν μερικοί σοβάδες από το ταβάνι στο κρεβάτι την ώρα που ήμασταν ξαπλωμένοι.

The patio is stunning. When we needed to organize a custom trip the hotel host Zouhaire kindly accommodated our needs.

• Herwig (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Riad im Stadtzentrum von Fes - Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Fes Aicha und Spa war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft traditionell mit Minztee und Kuchen begrüßt. Zouhaire ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Rezeptionist und war für Fragen und Unterstützung jederzeit erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wirklich ausgiebig, serviert wurden Brot, Marmeladen, Honig, Frischkäse, Oliven, Pancakes, Kuchen, frisches Obst, etc. Die Lage vom Riad ist am Rand der Medina und vom Place Rcif in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Das ist ein riesen Vorteil, denn die Medina von Fes ist mit ihren vielen, vielen Gassen sehr verwinkelt. Insofern ist es eine wirklich gute Lage. Auch für die Erkundung von Fes, die wir großteils zu Fuß gemacht haben, ist es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Riad hat eine super Dachterrasse mit einem wirklich großartigen Blick auf die Medina von Fes. An unserem ersten Abend kamen wir recht spät an, deswegen hatte ich das Abendessen dort vorbestellt. Die vegetarische Tajine schmeckte wirklich ausgezeichnet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im März waren die Temperaturen sehr frsich, mit der Klimaanlage konnten wir das Zimmer jedoch gut wärmen. Angeboten werden auch Hammam und Massagen. Ich probierte das Hammam aus und fand es wirklich eine sehr angenehme und interessante Erfahrung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ebenerdig direkt neben dem Innenhof, wenn man nicht will, dass die Personen im Innenhof ins Zimmer reinschauen, sollte man die Vorhänge geschlossen haben. Das macht das Zimmer dann jedoch etwas finster, auch weil die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr gedimmt ist. Das war für uns kein großer Nachteil, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, le camere offrono letti molto confortevoli e tutto è pulito. Abbiamo anche cenato nel Riad e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.L'accoglienza è gestita da Zouhaire con gentilezza e cordialità, che quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema per l'escursione a Volubilis e Meknes si è prodigato per risolverlo. Abbiamo anche provato il servizio da hammam molto gradevole. Consigliatissimo

El Riad está frente a la entrada de la medina tiene una decoración preciosa, elegante sin faltar a la tradición, el desayuno abundante y buenísimo todo, pan de varias clases, tortilla, mantequilla, mermeladas, miel, queso de untar,..... Te y café. La persona q nos atendió todo el tiempo Zouhaire, espero haberlo escrito bien, amabilísimo, nos ayudó muchísimo en todo, atento, no puedo decir nada mas q cosas buenas. Le massage relaxant parfait. Chambre tres propre avec tout le confort . Salle d’eau nickelle. Petit plus, nous devions partir a 8h pour prendre notre avion et le petit dejeuner est servi a partir de 8h30 au riad, le receptionniste a commencé sa journée plus tot afin de nous assurer le petit dejeuner a 7h30. El chico que nos recibió fue muy amable, nos gestionó un transfer a Chefchaouen e incluso salió a buscarnos uno de los días que nos perdimos en las enrevesadas calles de la media y no conseguíamos llegar. El día de la salida nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, ya que salimos antes de la hora. Estuvimos dos noches y no limpiaron durante la estancia. El colchón era muy duro.

Il gestore è stato gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo la camera aveva un odore molto forte, probabilmente dovuto ai prodotti usati per trattare il legno dei mobili.

Staff (Zuzu) was great with information, helpfulness and even cooked for us one evening after the cooks had left. The shower water (very, very hot) would come and go. It wasn't a steady stream. The TV wasn't working. But these were very minor issues.

Room: clean and spacious. Good amount of hot water. Wifi: stable in the lobby and dining room. Hospitality: the staff was very attentive and helpful. Wifi was weak in the guest room. Everything else was good.

This would be hard if you struggled with stairs. It was clean, with comfy beds. We did eat the meal offered when we landed for 15 euros, which is cheap in euros but Fes is cheap anyway so only do this if you need to, our plane landed in late. La colazione è stata la migliore di tutto il viaggio in Marocco: abbondante, varia e preparata con grande cura, semplicemente deliziosa! Recommendations personnels pour des visites, restos, points d'intérêts, des vistes. Il a aussi organisé nos transports. C'était notre conseiller de voyage local! Le Hamman et le massage de la maison suivi du souper était un des moments fort de notre passage. Je vous le recommande. Honnêtement, de partir! J'aurais aimé rester plus de 3 nuits. Mais on sait où on retournera pour notre prochain passage à Fès.

Le bâtiment est joli et très bien placé à côté de la place Rcif qui est la seule route qui amène au centre de la médina. Le petit déjeuner est royal et les dîners faits maison par Fatima. Le service aux petits soins grâce a Zouhaire. Le Riad possède un hammam qui a besoin d’être chauffé 4h à l’avance avant toute utilisation. Il faut anticiper.

Petit déjeuner généreux, produits faits maison d'excellente qualité. Servi dans une très belle pièce à vivre, plafond pouvant être à ciel ouvert.. Dîner et SPA proposés à la RIAD même. Une magnifique chambre lits très confortables, spacieuse avec 2 rooftops, vue imprenable 360° sur toute la ville de Fèz. Belle orientation au matin et en soirée. La Riad est dans un lieu bien sécurisé. .. Accueil très chaleureux. Grand MERCI à notre hôte si prévenant, si humain, toujours disponible... un ami pour ce séjour, Respect et Merci Mr Zouhaire pour TOUT ! A certains moments, juste certaines personnes qui insistent un peu (beaucoup) irzpour des propositions de restaurants.. mais normal, nous sommes touristes, et c'est juste la loi du commercial ;)

• Bensalem (8/5): - L’emplacement qui est près de la médina, gentillesse du personnel toujours à l’écoute est réactif et le rooftop qui donne sur une magnifique vue de l’ancienne ville Ras
• Simanti (2/5): Good breakfast, but lacked comfort and value - The breakfast was good and the view of the old city from the terrace was lovely. The location was convenient with easy access to local taxis and next to one of the entrances to the medina. However it was far from the Blue Gate as this was about a 23 minute walk through the medina which is not very easy to navigate. The room was too cramped and basic, had minimal furniture and seemed quite dingy and claustrophobic. The bathroom was old fashioned and had a bit of a smell. The stairs were quite steep though it wasnt a big deal for us. While i understand it is a traditional riad and may appeal to some tourists, we didnt think it offered the value or comfort for a 3 night stay. We chose to leave after the first night itself.

• Pablo (10/5): Riad auténtico - Lo que más nos gustó fueron los desayunos contundentes y variados de productos locales. También la gran atención de todos, todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y nos ayudaron con las excursiones. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
• Marta (8/5): - Bonito Riad con buena ubicación junto al mercado central y la antigua Medina, trato del personal agradable, la habitación limpia y con buena presión de agua en la ducha además de caliente ( a pesar de ser un tercer piso). En diciembre las habitaciones son un poco frías, pedir mantas extra. Desayuno excelente. No tuvimos tiempo de probar sus servicios de Hamam

• Ábel (10/5): - It was a true experience to spend a couple of nights in a 700 years old Riad, close to the entrance of the Souks. Nice and helpful staff, prepared us to the mazes of Fez.

Colazione super e l’host è stato molto gentile preparandoci una colazione da portar via la mattina in cui avevamo il volo di rientro molto presto La camera al pian terreno è molto buia (come d’altronde tutte le camere al piano terra nei riad). La via per arrivare difficile da trovare

• Federico Norberto (10/5): Confiables y amables, 100% recomendable - La atención es de lo mejor. Zuhir e Ismael nos han tratado excelentemente. Zuhir habla muy buen español. Y nos dieron muchos consejos. Nos recomendaron un guía muy formado, claro y confiable en un tour de 3 hs, que duró un poco más, con Abdul. Lo mejor de Fez. La terraza es espectacular. Vivimos el atardecer tomando té y comiendo galletas. Los desayunos son muy buenos y la cena es excelente. Relación precio calidad muy buena en todos los puntos. Nos guardamos los contactos para recomendar.
