Carl (7/5): Very pleasant stay. - Good location, was ale to walk to for everything we wanted to do. Very clean room and friendly staff. Would have been to know upfront that parking in the garage was $25.

jkmej5 (10/5): Graduation stay - The hotel was beautiful. All the employees were helpful and friendly especially the valets Bri and Brad! We came with family for a graduation and it was perfect. The fitness center was very nice as well!
Anthony (10/5): Can't say I was anything less than completely impressed by the location! - Hotel security is top notch. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast attendants were moving as though they had a real purpose in life! Building was well maintained and very clean. Great location for business meeting, or personal relaxation. Walking distance from some great restaurants, pubs and various nightlife locations! Can't think of a thing!! Every aspect of a hotel stay was covered!
seance (6/5): Hopefully Omaha has better places than this! - Great location downtown. Rooms were mediocre. It's like they took a bed from the room and put some random chair and a table was up against a wall... weird. Looks like they replaced tile but never cleaned up the grout and caulked around the toilet paper holder but it's still coming off the wall. Breakfast was cold. Better off paying for something better than that garbage. Too pricey for what you get.

Sunshine13656589927 (10/5): Great hotel in the middle of Old Market! - My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being in the heart of the Old Market area, so shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The botanical gardens and zoo were right down the road. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Omaha again.

Standridge (10/5): Hotel good,good location,bad morning staff - Location wish buffet had Lil more meat options for breakfast though. The 1st stay when we left town on a Wednesday I think it was it was great. When we got back from new York on a Sunday the following morning the lady at the desk has horrible service. When I said my feelings she said she could kick me out I told her that's fine im leaving now anyways..(wasnt planning on it but with how she was i didn't want to be there anymore) I went and woke my wife up and we left. With how she was treating me we will not be coming back.

Alex (9/5): - Everything about our stay was great. Location was awesome so much to do in that area and very accessible. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go and the zoo was only a short 6-7 min drive. Pool was great and so was breakfast. Beds were a little stiff.

Brenda (1/5): Bad experience - Horrible—absolutely no variety, unlike what we are accustomed to at Hyatt hotels in other cities. The bedding was dirty. I didn't want to make a fuss because my stay was only for one night, but that was just too much.
Amy (7/5): Lovely location- call ahead to ask about pool! - Location was perfect!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. They didn’t let us know the pool was being maintained. We booked specifically so our kids could swim in the evenings, and had we been informed beforehand, we probably would have changed locations to a different hotel. The staff was unbothered and wasn’t even apologetic- not that they could change anything, but an ‘I’m sorry’ or suggestion of a local place or something would have been nice. We also had an issue at the breakfast buffet with the waffle machine, and nobody when NONE of the staff knew how to refill it, again a small inconvenience, but it makes a difference when you’re traveling with kids who wake up looking forward to waffles…….

Shauna (7/5): great stay! - I loved the location. Breakfast was okay i really miss how before covid there was more fresh cooked hot food at hyatt locations. Staff was good for the most part and everything we did was in walking distance of the hotel. I never got told the pool was closed and we where having issues with the tv remote. Not having as much as a breakfast selection as before covid.

Morgan (5/5): Don't feel like it was up to par for a typical Hyatt and their reputations. - Was a good central location to all major attractions, free breakfast was nice. Room with double bed and pull out couch was convenient. Like the secure front doors that required a key card as well as the elevator to go to different floors. Location is downtown and noisy, decent drive to major family attractions. Room was very worn with lots of cosmetic damages and sub par cleanliness. Parking fees were ridiculous. First room we got smelled so bad like marijuana, they got us a different one but the staff also smelled of it at the front desk. Pool was disgusting, our kids wanted to swim and the water had tons of hair in it and was murky so we said no.

Didn't see her name but was wearing a name tag. - I loved the comfort of the room and bed, bathroom was clean and overall the hotel was clean The lady in morning on April 13th, my husband had gone down to breakfast, and forgot what room we were in. The front desk lady was rude and said she could make him leave. Very unprofessional when he clearly is a guest in your hotel. We stayed there on Wednesday, and loved it that is why I booked it again on our way home from our honeymoon. I will not be coming back if that lady is there. She was even rude when I came to check out
Jesse (8/5): As long as you don’t mind noise, absolutely amazing! - The location was perfect to be able to get almost anywhere at the Old Market. Traffic was pretty loud but they offer complimentary ear buds! Also the staff were so kind and accommodating. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the elevator was a little sketchy, but otherwise an amazing place!
Raluca (7/5): Average , clean and noisy hotel in downtown Omaha. - Clean room, well situated for central city. Ok standard breakfast. Very noisy neighbors from around 5:30am to about 11pm (slightly beyond quiet hours; normally children don’t bother me, however these were extremely noisy for at least 1/2 hour morning and night); noise insulation very poor. No shower cap, no bathrobe or disposable slippers; very small pool (not for lap purpose). Dated. Small fitness room.

Jessica (6/5): Was okay for one night but wouldn’t stay again. - The bed was comfortable and the front staff was friendly. The parking garage was dirty and had a lot of cigarette butts and trash littering the parking lots and the bulbs in the garage entry way are half burnt out. Other guests were having loud room parties, taking bar drinks up double fisted in the elevator and loud obnoxious folks running up and down the hall hollering.

Melissa (10/5): It was a great stay and Matt and staff are so accommodating - The staff is super friendly and helpful my son has celiac disease and the manger Matt gave us some place that were great spot for him to eat, also their breakfast was the best I have had in a long time staying at a hotel, the place is so clean and the room are clean the beds the comfy even the pull out bed from the couch the room was a great size, the bathroom was prefect, we used the gym and it had everything we needed, we use the pool it was a good temp and my son loved it. The food at the placey was good too they have a small menu but it was prefect for a small little lunch before a day of shopping and they were so accommodating from the Parking garage to a special ordering of food, they charge $25 dollar a day to park in the garage but it worth it, u can come and go for one flat rate and everything down town is meter parking anyways so we save money in the long run, we were happy and the price for our stay was good one. We asked for south east room so we had a view of the city and it was worth it we stayed in the 10 floor and could see over the city it was nice The pool area is little run down it was still ok to swim in but it was not as nice as the rest of the hotel and there isn’t hot tub that was disappointing but I like the the gym looked into the pool area so my son could swim and I could work out and still see if (my son is older) but a hot tub would have been a great thing to have after shopping and waking all day to relax in

The area outside has a lot of eateries and shops but you can’t ignore the fact that there is a large homeless community. Breakfast could have been better. Same selections daily and many things were not refilled. I’ve had better at other Hyatt Place properties.

MNBBadger (8/5): Nice location - Great location in the market area, walkable to so many places. We skipped the provided breakfast and walked to the Table, great food! We liked that there is (limited) bar and food service in the evening. We always love the big rooms with couch area. Note: Mattress needs replacing. Also we stayed on a higher floor so did not have significant street noise. Parking was super convenient.

Molly (3/5): Disappointing. - Full breakfast was nice. The photos did not match the property. This is a rather run down, basic hotel. The pool in particular was much smaller than the photos indicate. Some of the photos are definitely not even of this same hotel. There is no bar or restaurant as advertised. You order at the front desk. It’s false advertising.

Erin (5/5): - The location was convenient. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The walls are thin, so we could hear other guests and street noise. There was a strobing light from some alarm on the wall that made it difficult to sleep. The layout of the building is a little unique so more signage would have helped.

Amanda (10/5): This location meet all of our needs and we definitely be staying again. - The shower was amazing. The heat of the water was perfect. It stayed hot for both my fiance and I both to shower. I didn't have breakfast but my fiance said it was so good. He also said the orange juice was best he ever had. There was nothing bad about our experience during our stay. I will definitely be staying at this location again.
