• Meenakshi (6/5): - Room was very small. We didn’t have much luggage but it would be hard if someone had luggage. Bathroom very small. But the price wasn’t bad for a large city otherwise I would give less. Shuttle convenient but took us a while to figure out. Ours was just one night but not appropriate for people staying longer. Staff was polite.

There are 2 locations at CDG … we were dropped at the wrong one we had to take a taxi for 26 MORE Euros to the correct address . The most basic noisy hotel Expedia has ever suggested for me ! TERRIBLE

Downside - the room was tiny, there was no soap (even the dispenser was empty), no paper cups, no tea or instant coffee, so bring all that stuff with you if you need to stay here.

But, i would rather pay 30 to 50 E extra and stay closer to thr airport at an ibis to save the hassle of travel and uncertainty.

• Elizabeth (6/5): It's clean and accessible by bus - Seems to be the annex for the larger hotel next door and not attended for much of the time. My room was very noisy as it was close to the runway. Don't wait for the relevant hotel courtesy bus service - I was advised of over an hour's wait so took a taxi from the airport to the hotel but returned on the frequent local bus, 2123 or 2124. But it did mean I didn't have to get up too early for a lunchtime flight

The only problem is that we arrived late in the night and reception was closed with no visible sign that the check in is in the next door. I went there by chance. It was very stressing.

• Shannon (2/5): - They don’t run airport shuttles as posted - only for a couple hours early morning and evening, so you can expect 30-40 euro each way. There is no food services except vending machines (30 euro for two bottles of water and 2 packs of microwave pasta). Water gurgling through the pipes in the walls non-stop made it near impossible to sleep. You couldn’t construct a facility with cheaper materials - shower leaked (no door seals so a flood in the bathroom. Sink faucet falling apart. Cleaning staff tried to enter room 3 times in the morning starting at 7 am (there was no do not disturb hang signs). Staff were rude - had to ask 3 times for a taxi (because their shuttle service stops at 8 am) because staff kept changing and no one called - 45 mins to get a cab. Use the 60-80 taxi euro cost towards quality accommodation at the airport where you can get some food and sleep. We’ve been travelling the world for 30 years and ageee this is the worst hotel experience we can recall.

The sheets and pillows were very dirty, lots of hairs on the mattress cover. All, I wish I had spent a bit more on a better hotel.

I was unable to have anything as my car was picking me up. I think I should get a credit for unused breakfast. Overall not impressed.

• Erin (10/5): Perfect for an overnight in Paris between flights - Gets the job done. Had an unexpected re-route overnight through Paris and needed a last minute hotel near the airport to catch a few hours sleep. This place was clean, simple and got the job done. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. A few key points to note: -shuttle service stops from the airport at 11:30. It is at Terminal 2B outside. If you arrive after that just get an Uber. -triple check your address if you get a ride!!! There are multiple Premiere Classe-CDG airport hotels and I made the mistake of plugging in the wrong one. This is my bad but just wanted to pass along the info. -the airport shuttles for the morning need to be reserved. They fill up. They offered to book us a taxi, which wound up being a cash only driver and it cost literally 2x as much as the Uber ride. Moral of the story—get an Uber. This place is a great no frills option that feels clean and 100% beats trying to sleep in the airport.

The foors are vinyl-printed as wood. desk is covered in some sort of shelving paper. The bathroom was funky. The TV was 18X12 inches ( I didn't know those were produced!) The only redeming factor eas the bed was a comfortable foam approximatley 18 inches off the floor. All this $200.

• Randy (2/5): First class joke - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The Olympic games didn't give us much choice of hotel but I regret not researching a little more. The rooms are small with a feel of dubious cleanliness, the tv size looks more like a small computer screen, no phone to call out, bed side table is a 10 inch wide box. The bathroom was just as despicable, no bathroom mat so the floor was dangerously slippery when coming out of the shower,no hand soap,no hand tower, the sink didn't drain, and forget having a hair dryer. The room a/c didn't work. We were 2 people but we could not get 2 keys because they told us "other people may need them". It's called First Class and that's the biggest joke. Never again. On a positive note it is nest door to the Campanile hotel who is associated to the First Class(hahaha), and it had a pretty good restaurant. The first class (hahaha) advertise restaurant and bar but in effect it is their neighbor hotel that has those amenities.

Good air conditioning in room. Superb buffet restaurant in Le Campanile: the quality and range was outstanding and service was very good too.
• suresh (4/5): - The hotel website says that the shuttle can be used outside Terminal 2. Airport staff disagreed. I tried calling the hotel for instructions and no one picked up the phone. I had to catch a taxi from the airport to the hotel. On the way back to the airport, I was told that I could catch the shuttle at the shuttle stop in front of hotel Campanile. The shuttle never stopped there at the designated time and again I had to catch a cab to the airport.

It was dark with only a few lights but other than that the room was quiet and clean and I went there for layover, which was perfect, I also could not the shuttle to get there is a barcode and so I had to take a taxi 30 American dollars for a nine minute drive that was kind of expensive . they should let people know in the advertisement that you need to get the shuttle hours in advance before you need it.

• Abraham (8/5): - Room inexpensive, comfortable and clean. surprised that room had no soap or plastic glasses in bathroom( only soap in dispenser in shower). Bit of a walk from terminal 2E until 2B where there is hotel shuttle stop. Signs are often difficult to find when walking to Terminal 2B and to locate actual stop. Instructions from hotel should be more precise.
• Salmankhan (2/5): - Nothing was good around there
• Rosa (8/5): - Good place to stay, close to the airports, However, is located in a very lonely area!
• Ankit (2/5): - No toiletries in the rooms at all
• Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid! - Absolutely shocking hotel, and rude staff. False advertising about Air con. No air con in the room, and the room was hot, with no help of a solution from the staff
