Room looked like it used to be a washroom. As small as a washroom. No toilet in room. The bathroom outside my room had no toilet paper, light malfunction where I have to touch the light. Small garbage was full and never changed the 4 days I was there Just awful

- Niel (10/5): Great convenient hotel. - Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.
- Jude (4/5): - When I went on your website one of the filter criteria was 'breakfast included' hence I chose this hotel. There were even photos included showing breakfast foodstuff. However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

- Andrew (2/5): - Two of my staff stayed with last night. They have both reported bed bugs in their rooms and people banging on their doors in the night. This is not only a health and safety issue but also terribly unhygienic. I have contacted the hotel for a full refund but have not received a response.

- Thavachelvan (2/5): Worst Experience – Never Again - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist could not understand English and was extremely rude. His behavior was unacceptable and made the check-in process frustrating. The room had a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to stay for the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

- Mark (4/5): Not the best - Really disappointed with the stay. Very old and run down. Gutted there was no parking after being told online and verbally there was parking. I had to pay to park in a local car park.

Location was busy and a bit noisy but my room was on the other end, which means I wasn't so affected by the noise as possibly other rooms. The only thing which would deserve a comment is that a building with so many floors deserved a lift for those who carry heavy luggage

- Solomon (2/5): - There is nothing good to write about the hotel. The beds were horrible with bugs in it. We were all biting by the bed bugs. The rug in the room is old and dirty. No cable television, and breakfast was not served. I will not recommend anybody to lodge in this ugly hotel.

Bleach stains in the blue sheets, chains on the window, hair in the bed, a dead bug by the bedside... Not at all worth the listed price. No refund either, despite the fact that we didn't stay there. Unless it is a LAST resort, do not recommend.

I requested a refund but unfortunately hotels.com and this hotel are crooks. They will take your money even if you don’t stay. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS DISGUSTING.

We did not feel safe in the area, the room was outdated with curtains hanging from the ceiling and rose wallpaper. Nothing appeared clean Though it could have been to be fair. It looked nothing like the photos advertised and was not at all convenient to Heathrow. I’m out $135 for false advertising But there was no chance I could stay here or let my kids stay here. Even the cab driver was ready to get us out of the area.

- Richard (2/5): - The hotel is so dirty. The corridor down to my room stank of urine. The TV did not work, the room was freezing cold, dirty room old battered furniture, dirty worn carpets. Overall scruffy and an appaulling place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The loft of the roof hit my head multiple times when I tried to wake up from sleep. The heater wasn’t working and the no plugs were available for charging. It’s extremely inconvenient for anyone travelling with bags. The rooms are in second floor with a swirling path and no elevators. The hygiene of the bathroom was pathetic as well. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

But room condition is not good, very dark, no natural light, damp smell .in room and bathroom, noisy road, broken and noise bed,uncomfortable mattress, cooking smell in room. My bro and his wife stay with me this time. They visited uk came from India for socialising. They didn't slept well all three night. Get sick with damp smell. And road noise. Ladies start fight mid of night.

That being said, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and did everything they could to make us comfortable including cleaning a new room for us at 1am. We would have stayed again if not for the bed bugs.
