• Donghyeok (4/5): - The water in the sink in room 308 was clogged, so I requested repairs. The repair person came and unclogged the sink, but the water was still clogged and wouldn't go down. He said he was sorry and said there was nothing he could do, so he left. Thanks to this, I felt very uncomfortable every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Maybe there was a problem with the shower door, but after showering, all the water came out and the floor was soaked. I don't recommend it because the front desk's response is very poor and causes a lot of inconvenience.

• Hyung (2/5): Never Again! - Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

• dexter (10/5): 아주 좋아요 다음에도 이용할 생각입니다 - 모든 직원분들이 친절합니다 주차도 늦은시간에 체크인하였지만 발렛도 해주시고 친절함이 엿보입니다 주변 환경은 시끄럽지않고 조용한편이고 편의점이 바로옆이면서 건물 1층에 자체 셀프카페가 좋습니다 객실은 모텔에서 컨버전한 느낌이지만 호텔로 명명한 만큼 관리나 컨디션이 나쁘지않네요 객실간소음은 없는편 조식은 아주 저렴한 편인데 음식은 부족함이없고 잔량체크를 수시로 해주시며 음식질도 매우좋습니다 저를 비롯한 다른 손님들도 가족단위가 많았고 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소였습니다

• JIYOUNG (8/5): - 처음에 입실 했을때 청소하면서 뭔가를 잔뜩 뿌려서 머리아픈 냄새가 났어요 그래서 창문열고 공청 돌리고 난방도 안되고 있었는지 너무 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ 난방돌리고 저녁먹고 들어오니 방도 따뜻했고 낮에 나도 냄새도 안났어요~ 씻으려는데 세면대랑 욕조에 물이 안내려가서 드러워서 못 씻겟드라구요 ㅠㅠ 다음날 아침 조식은 어린이는 무료인줄알았는데 5천원 받드라구요.. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있었어요! 퇴실 준비하면서 에어드레서 돌렸는데 도중에 정지해서 그런지 옷에서 찌린내가 났어요 ㅠㅠ 이러한 단점들이 잇긴 햇지만 돌아보면 비싸지도 않고 나름 괜찮았던거 같아요~

• Haesung (10/5): 용인 SR 디지인호텔 가성비 좋아요. - 12월 말에 아이 유치원 방학에 맞춰 에버랜드에 갔다가 ...하루 쉬고올 호텔을 찾았습니다. 아이가 무조건 욕조 목욕을 하기 때문에... 용인에 위치한 욕조 있는 호텔을 잡는게 아빠의 미션이였습니다. 호텔 사진만 보고 잡았는데, 호텔 도착하고 위치 때문에...러브 호텔인가 싶어 살짝 당황했지만 저희가 투숙한 4층에 또다른 가족 손님이 있는지 애들 목소리가 나서 안심했습니다. 기본적인 소형 냉장고,TV 말고, 스타일러, 공기청정기 가 있었습니다. 기본으로 물병이 3개 제공 됐고요. 추가로 요청 문의 드렸더니 3개 더 가져다 주셨어요. 호텔에서 용인 맛집 추천 치킨 배달을 시켰는데... 배달비가 추가 되지 않아서 놀랐습니다. 호텔 1층에 가까운 편의점이 있어 과자랑 부족한 맥주 사기에도 좋았습니다. 호텔 만 놓고 보편 저렴하고, 다 좋았습니다. 호텔 전망이나, 위치가 살짝 아쉬운 점 같습니다. 이 가격에 더 바라면 도둑놈 심보^^ 겠지요.
• UNJIN (8/5): 깔끔하고 넓은.. - 초등아이 둘과 에버랜드가려고 숙박했어요.위치좋고 가격좋고요. 일단 방이 크고 욕실이 큰게 정말 맘에들었어요. 아이들 씻기기도 좋고 방바닥도 카페트아니고 타일이라 먼지없고 스타일러있어서 옷 먼지털기도 좋았어요. 침대나 침구는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 침대가 매트리스타입이 아니라 스폰지같아서요 이불솜도그렇고..사이즈는 더블하고 싱글하나라서 3명 자고 한명은 리클라이너소파 펴서자서 그부분은 괜찮았어요. 욕실벽 세면대 벽이랑 수전이 좀지저분했지만 전체적으로 바닥은 깨끗했어요. 한가지 아쉬운것은..옷걸이가 하나도 없어요..공간이 크고 중간문도 있어시 벽도 비었는데도 옷걸데가 없더라구요ㅠ 전체적으로는 군더더기없이 괜찮않어요

• WON SANG (10/5): 전반적으로 만족. - 괜찮아요. 다만 방이 넓어서 그런가 청소상태는 별로에요. 이불 위 다른 사람 머리카락이나 구석에 쓰레기가 계속 있어요. 또 스타일러에 바지 걸이 없고 그냥 옷장이 없어요. 옷 걸어놓을데가 너무 부족해요.

• Laura (10/5): Beautiful design for a love hotel - Nice floor plan. Bed was suuuuuper hard. This is a love hotel, complete with vibrating bed.

• Gee-Won (6/5): Convenient location - We stayed two nights for our trip to Everland and Caribbean Bay. The location was great. The room was spacious and clean for our family of four but there was a strong smell that lingered in the room. Thankfully, they offered a nice candle for the duration of our stay. The combination of the candle and a fan in the room, helped to alleviate the smell. Breakfast was simple but had a variety. It was nice to drop off our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time to play at Everland.
• Chong Han (8/5): Convenient staging place for many tourist areas. - Probably the better hotel in that locality. Cannot complain.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Near Family-friendly destinations - The hotel is near Korean Folk Village, Everland, Samsung Transportation Museum and Yongin Market. It's a few blocks away from Yongin Bus Terminal. Bring map with Korean translation which you can show to the taxi drivers.
• Rashida (10/5): Comfortable and clean hotel - The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We took the family room and because we have two kids travelling with us, one of them had to sleep on the floor because beds are only for 3 people. However, it was ok as the floor was warm and bedding provided are comfortable. Even though parking is limited, we had no problems to get parking Every time. Highly recommend this hotel.

• Wai Leng (10/5): - The environment is quiet, my daughter and I have a good night sleep. The hotel manager is very helpful & efficient, he came to our room very quickly when we called the front desk and told him we were having problem with the desktop computer and he helped us to fix it within minutes.
• SAMANTHA (8/5): Convenience and staffs are friendly.. - Hotel located in Yongin market, ease access to Korean Folk village by bus at bus stop opposite of hotel with bus no 88 or 88-1. As well as to Gangnam and Meayongdong areas.
