The outdoor restaurant doesn't have the food on the menu...said the hotel has been sold so they aren't stocking food (but the one waiter/cook was VERY nice...not their fault.) Air conditioning was subpar in room and did not reach the bathroom, so it was like a sauna. Doors rattle from wind blowing. Very bright router blue light blinks & lights up room all night. Good mattress, good housekeeping, excellent desk staff were nice and helpful at all times. Cannot say enough about how friendly they were. The new owners should update the entire hotel and keep all of the staff.

- Lesley (6/5): - I did feel safe but a beach man that tried to hit on me and I told him I wasn’t interested also hit on other women in palm gardens also was trying to get money was allowed to stay I woke up one morning to the sound of knocking opened door he was right outside my door knocking on the guys door trying to get more money out of him he helped this man get his mobility scooter mended but wanted more and more money after the man had given him lots already I told him not to give him anymore and report to office he was very rude to me and made my stay very uncomfortable at night he would have his mates over and play loud music I’ve stayed in other places and never ever was aloud to have visitors unless you in form front desk felt very vulnerable and very uncomfortable with him walking around at all times I did report this and it still carried on was not a nice experience

Basically it’s worth its price. However the AC in the room was a little old model so it didn’t push as much as you’d need in summer on the island. So warm in the evenings but manageable as there was enough ventilation by just cracking open a window.

Staff were really helpful and allowed us to put our luggage behind the front desk and use the restaurant and toilets. when we did get our room it was functional and clean with a kitchenette and shower room. It was a little bit old and could do with a bit of modernisation but nothing to spoil our trip. The pool was nice and relaxing and the staff were helpful and friendly I would definitely stay again as its very close to St Lawrence Gap and the airport. We also found a really nice bar and lounge called Mix 6 close by. The price was also really reasonable too.

It was quite small but it Hass to be said that everything was clean and there was everything that we needed. The mattress was fine and the bed comfortable .The pictures lead us to believe that it was a much bigger and classy establishment. It was not but it was definitely sufficient. I can’t complain too much but I felt a little misled by the photographs it was more like a 1950s hotel.

- Norah (10/5): Palm Garden Hotel - I found the Palm Garden Hotel to be very good. It is and older hotel, but I found the room to be clean. The grounds were very well kept and were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant right on the property and the food was very good and not badly priced. The hotel is very good at following up with you. When I first booked the hotel, they sent me a note saying they were looking forward to our stay. They followed up again about a week before I came. I found this hotel to be very good.

- Sophia (4/5): - I had to wait two hours to access my room upon arrival then upon check out I was asked to vacate my room and wait in the lobby despite it not being a full 24 hours of me having my room. Just unprofessional and extremely disappointing how I was treated.

- Peter (6/5): - Quarantined so was confined to my room. The room I stayed in needs an upgrade. Did not get to enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer. However the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was center to most of our activities ,all within walking distance ,the staff was very friendly and helpful , most of the rooms have been redone with modern equipment bathrooms were modern and clean , the pool area needs some upgrading but was kept clean and nice for swimming ,our room was a bit tired but I'm sure it will be upgraded when they get to that point overall we enjoyed our stay and was reasonably priced .

- Doug (10/5): - Staff was excellent: friendly, helpful, and informative. The room was simple, and clean. I did not use the pool or the restaurant, so cannot speak to that. There are markets and other restaurants conveniently nearby.
- Nana (6/5): - The hotel is cute, rooms are good for the price. Pool area is nice. Toilet pressure is terrible. Needed 3-5 flushes every time.
- Cornelis (2/5): miserable - Scandalous rating of this property. Most would be a 3 for nice staff and good WiFi. It is located behind a gambling joint and very sketchy entrance. Room is totally outdated and resembles a motel with a noisy, half functioning A/C. Bathroom with no water pressure and where the shower head is pointed horizontal in order to spread the stream. A disgrace for $175 per night. Misleading info on the site.
