Guest Reviews
- Michele (6/5): Not great - The Greystone is an older place. The bolt lock on the room door didn't work, plus there was a gap in the door that you could see outside lights through. There was a very large rust spot in the sink that looked like vomit. We had three people in the double room and had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths every day. It wasn’t a great experience.
- JESSICA (2/5): - The owner or manager is so rude and decimates against the handicap. The door was broken and you barely could open it when it was unlocked. The frame was cracked. It was a non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. I would not recommend staying here for so many reasons.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Didn’t feel safe - The room was not very clean and there was no lock on the inside that could prevent people from entering the room with a key. The front office has a master key and they could come in at any time and we did not like that. The toilet did not flush well. There were spiderwebs and insect webs and the grout in the shower was dirty.
- Lee Ann (10/5): - everything was fantastic
- Nicholas (6/5): - Limited parking. At check in, I had to fill out a short form with all the information I had already filled out online, annoying. Room is ok, but the tv channel selection is basic cable and half the channels are static. Room was cheap so it is what it is.
- Anita (10/5): Very nice and clean - Check- in was easy.... staff was friendly.... easy to get to location .... room was clean and needs were comfy.... shower was great!
- Penny (10/5): Will Stay Again - Easy checkin, very friendly, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.
- Don (6/5): - Ice machine was inactive.
- Carol (2/5): No. - Roaches. Saw 3 just walking in. Didn’t stay of course.
- Kelly (4/5): - Bridgeport is safe, but it’s the only motel I’ve ever been to that when you check in late, at bedtime, you go to an outdoor window and ring a bell and wait. Bugs are outside. There were a few pieces of trash behind dresser. Room is outdated, but it served as a cheap one night option for my nephew’s graduation. No breakfast, but used coffee maker in room.
- Carmen (6/5): - The property was clean and so was the bedroom. The sink was broken though which made it hard to wash hands and brush your teeth. Overall it was a good place to stay for the convince.
- Shawna (4/5): - The pictures were deceiving. The pool was green, gross and closed. The bathroom door was broken. I requested a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The tv kept losing sound. The fridge wasnt cold. It was an experience that i wasn't fond of.
- Lila (10/5): Perfect for what I required would definitely stay - It is the oldest motel in the town. It is also the most reasonably priced. It is clean and quiet Amd conveniently located. Yes the fixtures are older but so am I. The people who work there are pleasant and welcoming. The linens and blankets are quality. And the shower had great pressure and hot water.
- Lori J (10/5): - Xxx
- James (10/5): - Great little hotel
- Vili (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful motel, clean, well kept, freshly painted, nice bedding.
- WILLIAM (8/5): - Perfect overnight stay, like properties when you can pull up in front of room not have to worry about lugging luggage around.
Reviews were good, came up to expectations.
- Mike (10/5): - Very nice, well kept, recently remodeled, clean and very convenient single story motel. Park right in front of your room. Will stay here again
- Ted (6/5): - Dated but very clean property. Only dealings with staff was during check in and very polite and helpful. All landscaping was dead and pool was swamp green. Looked like both had been that way for sometime.
- Joyce (8/5): - No too much for restaurants in the area, however, there was a grocery store just down the street. Easy on and off of hwy 380 with a Pilot station closeby for gas, snacks and drinks.
- Blaine (8/5): - For a small town, this place newly renovated and a great value compare the major Hyatt, Marriott that I often stay.
Don’t ever compare this clean place to a Motel 6, bar none this place is a perfect value.
Will be back again as it a great cleaning rooms.
Oh BTW, lots of parking around.
- Cynthia (10/5): Nene's crew - Very clean, well stocked. Staff friendly, helpful
Quiet, easy access from highway
A/C worked very well
like the tub/shower combo
- Kim (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean room!
