Jan (6/5): I really enjoyed the room and bathroom however I disliked the breakfast. - I liked the room and the bathroom a lot. The view was good and we really enjoyed that. The breakfast wasn‘t good. The eggs were green and smelled poorly, the ham looked old and was laying on a platter unaranged. The cheese also looked weird. For 30€ per person I would not recommend it. You can have much cheaper and better breakfast in Vienna.

Timo (6/5): Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Leider ein Flop - Bar und Frühstück im 57. Stock war wirklich Top und den Preis wert. Qualität des Frühstücks ist auch sehr gut. Schon etwas abgewohnt, Ausblick vom 7. Stock auf eine Grossbaustelle, sehr schwer zum finden bzw auch den Parkplatz. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr unhöflich. Viel zu teuer für das , was geboten wird!!!
Bernhard (7/5): Aufenthalt war ok aber wir werden uns ein anders Hotel das nächste mal nehmen - Frühstück war sehr gut Auch die Lage und die Sauberkeit. Bei der Anreise Am Freitag haben wir eine Kaffeetasse im Zimmer benütze diese stand bis zu Abreise dreckig im Zimmer. Für den Hund werden 39 Euro berechnet auch ok da die Ausstattung sehr gut war aber dafür sollte der Hund auch zum Frühstück mitkommen dürfen. Uns wurden bei der Rechnung die Parkebühren abgezogen nur mussten wir in der Garage nochmal 30 Euro bezahlen und jetzt sollen wir bei der Firma APCOA reklamieren das solle bei 5 Sterne schon zum Service gehören

Hina (7/5): Great stay overall! - Slightly out of town but a really quiet location right by the river and the views are beautiful. I loved the concept of getting a free drink voucher if you skip room cleaning and the overall vibe of the hotel was safe and secure and clean. The pillows were comfortable, the front of house was polite and there was nothing more we could have asked for! The thoughtfulness of the room layout! There’s not much the staff can do but the room for two people had wardrobes which you couldn’t use seperate my because they open directly in front of each other. The toilet and shower are see through and there weren’t enough hangers. The tv is on the side of the room so you can’t watch it from bed but overall the views are stunning.

Harald (7/5): - Der Ausblick ist ein Traum, das Personal war sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück gab es nur einen Kaffeeautomaten für alle, das war eindeutig zu wenig, die hatte dann einen Fehler und keiner hat sich darum gekümmert. Obwohl wir bereits um 09:00 beim Frühstück waren (bis 11:00 gibt es Frühstück) waren viele Sachen leer und es hat ewig gedauert bis jemand etwas nachfüllt. Das mag alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau sein aber in dieser Preisklasse würde ich mir besseren Service erwarten. Man bezahlt also nur für den Ausblick.

Bernhard (8/5): - Ich hatte große Erwartungen an das Melia immerhin ist es ein 5-Stern-Haus. Von meinem Zimmer (903) war ich dann aber enttäuscht, das war sehr einfach. Am Fenster ist eine Folie aufgeklebt die ein Gitter darstellen soll. Möglicherweise ist es eine Aufschrift die man von außen wahrnehmen kann. Von innen wirkt es als wäre man im Gefängnis, die Aussicht kann man jedenfalls nur bedingt genießen. Ich hätte insgesamt eine höhere Design-Qualität erwartet, ich war im Oktober im W in Hongkong, ich hatte das Melia auf diesem Niveau erwartet. Allgemein ist es schwierig sich zurecht zu finden, im gesamten Quartier. Den Weg zur U-Bahn habe ich über die Baustelle des zweiten DC-Towers gefunden der gerade nebenan errichtet wird, das war sicher nicht der offizielle Weg.

Britta (7/5): Hotel gut, frühstück schlecht - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Bar und das Personal abends sehr lustig und wirklich ansprechend. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist das Frühstück leider wirkkich sehr schlecht. Tlw. Verdorbene deko auf eingetrockneten Käse u. Wurstplatten. Wir sind oft in dieser Hotelkategorie unterwegs,aber sowenig Auswahl hatten wir nicht mal in No names Hotels. Und wir haben tlw. Länger auf Nachschub gewartet, weiters die Hygjene beim Tisch aufdecken war wirklich grenzwertig. Tlw. wurden die liegen gebliebenen Servietten vom Vorkunden, weiterverwendet, keine handschuhe, sowie wurde auch der Tischabwisch fetzen direkt beim Besteck gehalten um besser das Besteck aufdecken zu können. Leider wurden auch keine grossen ykaffeebecher nachgefüllt, daher waren meine Kinder gezwungen ihre heisse Schokolade in einer kleinen Tasse die immer über ging zu trinken..

Elisabeth (10/5): TOP und jederzeit sehr gerne wieder :) - Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Melià Vienna - es hat wieder alles super gepasst. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten aber leider war die Aussicht dann nicht wie gewünscht - jedoch das Zimmer war TOP. Frühstück auch sehr sehr gut.

Zimmer war auch recht toll nur die Aussicht auf dass andere Hotel wo noch gearbeitet wird hat mich ein wenig gestört! Aussicht hätt ich mir anders vorgestellt rechts blick war auf die Donau grade aus auf dass andere Hotel was gerade am fertig werden ist.

Hermann (10/5): Hotel und sein Personal: Top. Restaurant Altia: Flop - Gesamtes Hotel und Personal Restaurant Altia in Bezug auf Servicepersonal und Speisen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet wurde reduziert im Vergleich zur Zeit vor dem neuen Restaurant Altia.
