- Christopher (9/5): I would certainly recommend this hotel. - You couldn't fault the location. It's right in the midst of everything you need. The room was world class. The bed was large and comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable. It took me a long time to figure out how to divert water from the bath tap to the shower nozzle. It wasn't obvious how to do it. I called a front counter staff member who said she'd send help but help never came. Eventually I figured it out but only by pure chance. This was only a minor annoyance but I would have liked some assistance from staff.

Endte med å fikse frokost selv et annet sted. Faktisk den mest stussligste frokosten jeg har opplevd på hotell.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, huone oli siisti ja rauhallinen, ja spa-osasto sopivan kokoinen. Levitettävä sohva oli huono nukkua, se oli kova ja upottava samaan aikaan. Oikea sänky taas oli todella hyvä. Aamupalaa kerättiin jo pois, vaikka aikaa oli vielä puoli tuntia.

Voin suositella SPA-hoitoja mm. hieronta aromaattisin öljyin. Sängyt ovat löysät ja natisevat. Kylpylän pukuhuone on pieni (kaksi suihkua) ja lattia vaarallisen liukas.

Man kann nicht spontan in den Spabereich! Sehr kompliziertes Verfahren mit vorher reservieren Kein Housekeeping wenn man 2 Nächte bleibt

- Tatiana (10/5): Adoro questo albergo - Mi fermo sempre e solo in questo albergo! Lo adoro Sarà molto brutto se la direzione mette fuori per la stagione estiva il monitor fuori ( come previsto) per trasformare l'ambiente in un "sport bar" con la birra a basso costo così attirando inglesi ubriachi! Il ristorante dell'albergo è molto bello, tranquillo e sopratutto ottimo per la gente che viene a Riga per fare turismo civile e non per ubriacarsi e fare casino. Spero solo che la direzione lo capisce e non prende la decisione azzardata!

Also option for a wee glass of fizz Good area in the old town and plenty of shops restaurants bars. All the employees are nice and a few went over and above to help had a great stay and would return. Dont listen to the negative reviews as the staff do a great job. Option to keep room so it cost us 15 euro for an extra hour was worth it as there was six of us Nothing

- Eloi (2/5): Fuyez c'est un mauvais établissement. - Je cherche mais c'est dur, le café peut être. Merci juste à la fille et au jeune homme de la réception de avant-hier fin d'après-midi qui ont prit le temps de discuter et d'excuser l'établissement avec calme et gentillesse. Houla, l'emplacement qui craint. Mal fréquenté, rixe gens bourrés... Ne prenez pas cette hotel pour le spa, l'application marche pas. Sur 3 jours sur place 1 jour de spa ultra bruyant, 1 jour pas eut de place, 1 jour c'était carrément une garderie d'enfants avec les bruit qui va avec. Le pire c'est quand tu te fais sortir de ton sommeil a minuit par Igors le réceptionniste qui te dis que tu n'as pas payé le resto de l'hôtel que la police nous attends en bas. J'ai mangée avec mon mari en ville. J'ai dus râler pour avoir des excuses.

- Aleksandrs (8/5): Still, it was a good stay, good value/money option. - Central location, good continental breakfast, good sound isolation. The bed is living its last days. Some major black mould development on the bathroom corner seals. Slippery floor in a bathroom even when dry.

Kad rezerveju naktsmitni biju parliecinata ka spa cena ir ieklauta maksajuma summa (bet uz vietas bija jamaksa papildus) kaut ari cena bija loti pienemama tas fakts ka tomer ir papildus man liekas ne parak skaidrs. Brokastis loti daudz cilveku.

- Sara (7/5): Lindo! - Muy lindo hotel, el desayuno muy rico y la ubicación increíble. La zona de spa acepta niños que hace que no sea una experiencia relajante si están gritando y saltando en al agua. Los masajes no son particularmente buenos y bastante caros.

- Megan (7/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, handy to get to pretty much everywhere. Good choice at breakfast. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the towels were so small they barely covered you after a shower. Can't say we would stay there again.

- Virgilija (1/5): - The place. Disappointing stay – the room did not match the advertised Superior standard and felt misleading. Safety issues (steep stairs), poor cleanliness, and no real pet-friendly amenities despite extra charges. Staff made no effort to resolve concerns. Would not recommend.

- Minna (8/5): Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva siisti hotelli. Kylpylä plussaa. - Sijainniltaan loistava. Hotellilta on lyhyt matka joka paikkaan. Tosi pieni kylpylä samassa hotellissa oli mukava ja toi kivaa vaihtelua kaupungilla pyörimiseen! Henkilökunnalta saatiin asiallista ja ystävällistä palvelua. Turistien metelöinti kadulla 24/7. Huoneessa oli onneksi tosi hyvät ikkunat, jotka blokkasivat äänet kadulta melko tehokkaasti. Jos haluaa hiljaisuutta ja/tai maisemia, kannattaa valita majoitus jostain muualta kuin vanhasta kaupungista.
