- Rojas (3/5): - I visit Durant every 6 months every time I visit the tv doesn't work or it has white dots all over the screen its not worth to call because the staff isn't very compliant about it when I arrived this last time they were sitting there on there phones didn't even acknowledge we were there also no bacon or sausage for breakfast anymore is not acceptable alot of the people were not happy about it so im considering finding a different hotel when I come next time because all the tvs in the room need replacement period

Crystal who checked me in on May 1st at 3 pm, was very nice. The other Crystal spoke with me also. The rest of the staff didn’t say much of anything. The room was a little cramped. I’m a disabled veteran and that made it difficult.

As a traveler from Texas, I was very impressed with this property. My room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very spacious, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to the young lady who checked me in, she was amazing and made a great first impression with her friendliness and excellent service. One detail I especially loved was how beautiful the hotel looked at night with the green lighting outside. It gave the property a very inviting and distinctive look. Between the clean accommodations, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality, this was truly a five-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Durant.

- Chelsea (4/5): - It was close to an event we went to The whole place is dirty. Our bedding had make up and stains. The room has not been vacuumed or moped in a long time. There was paint drips all over the floor. I asked for clean bedding and made the bed myself. The dining room for breakfast was dirty. Tables and chairs are very dirty and need deep cleaned. The light fixtures are full of bugs. The entry way floors to elevators are very dirty. Everything needs wiped down and cleaned. For the price it was just dirty. We have stayed at nicer laquintas.

They even gave linens for the fold out bed The bed in my executive suite had to have the linens changed by staff because there was hair and a spot on the sheets. The front desk did accommodate and changed the linens urgently but the floor was also not swept thoroughly in the walkway upon arriving

- guym45 (4/5): If you don't have a furry anchor dragging you there try someplace else.. - After a long road trip it's nice to kick back with a hot beverage & relax with watching tv on the bed. In this case the tv remote was frozen and the tv messaged "no connection". Front desk was helpful getting us into another room but the inability to cool the room down and a squeaky bed made for a bad night's sleep. The following morning the breakfast was nothing to wake up for. The coffee was weak and uninspired. It was nice to get away from that experience.

- Robert (7/5): It got the job done. - Front desk staff was nice and courteous. Plenty of parking. Easy checkout so we can leave quickly to get some coffee and breakfast. Breakfast attendant was understaffed. No coffee lids. Breakfast did not look appealing. There was no apple juice. Limit choice on coffee creamer.

- Wanda (6/5): it worked for our one night stay. - location, price, room was very spacious pool and hot tub out of service. curtains in breakfast area need to be replaced. they were shredded. a little tlc and better cleaning throughout make sure there is enough coffee in the room for at least 2 cups either decaf and reg.. not just one of each

- Ron (7/5): Basic hotel but a comfortable stay at a good price. - Hotel location was a little confusing to get to, but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. Facility is a "no frills" facility but is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Coffee was hot (and good) and not the normal lukewarm / bitter hotel offering. Free WIFI worked well for video Teams calls with no issues. Our bathroom fan didn't work, so out room smelt a little musty when we initially walked in, but the bathroom was clean and without any mold. Late check-out request beyond 12 noon is $50 additional charge if requested.
- Robert (8/5): Good comfortable stay. Prices way to high. Way to high. This was a birthday gift and this was known - How close to the casino it was I think the rates are jacked up due to the incoming concerts coming into town. This hotel anywhere else would have been $125 at most.

- Melissa (10/5): Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. Convenient place to stay. - We had to leave to make it to the marina before we could try breakfast but the coffee and OJ were great. Room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well. Will come back next fishing vacation

- marilyna2016 (10/5): Family vacation - We stopped over on our way to Texas. Was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was iffy as no one showed up to make it. Breakfast was late but ok. Sausage was under cooked.
