Handdukarna luktade inte rent och var slitna. Minimal dusch utan duschvägg eller draperi så allt blir blött. Hård säng. Fjärrkontrollen till TV fungerar ej. Mycket mygg.

• Süreyya (3/5): Personal nett aber dieses hotel würde ich nicht wieder buchen. - Direkt unten war ein Laundry, 7 eleven und Exchange. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit. Das Personal war nett Unsere Zimmertür war defekt. Klo und Waschbecken standen so dicht bei einander das man sich bücken musste um sich mal hinsetzen zu können. Das Türproblem haben wir der Rezeption erklärt und ein anderes Zimmer gefordert, da viele Zimmer frei standen aber auf diese Anfrage wurde nicht wirklich reagiert.

• Kerttu (8/5): - Nice big room with a comfortable bed. Normal sized fridge was a great bonus! Great value for money. Beach within walking distance. 7/11 just around the corner. Lovely staff! Pillows were too high and impossible to sleep with. They ask for a large deposit upon check-in. There were a lot of small minibar items starting from 15 THB. It would make so much more sense to remove all of those and just put 1 free snack (calculate this into the room price). This would make the guests feel happy and welcome and it would be less work for the team to check.

• Ciara (3/5): We would not consider staying again. We are Irish 🇮🇪, not Thai - WiFi was decent enough. There is a 7/11 right next door and a fairly large fridge in the room so you don’t have to pay the ridiculous in-room prices. Aircon worked which was a relief! They provide you with towels for beach use as well as for showering. Beach access directly across the street but the gate closes approx 6pm-ish Over-priced for what could almost be described as a hostel We booked a family room - double and 2 singles but were given 2 doubles, they insisted they couldn’t change it. We were thankfully only one night so we just accepted it. Bathroom was not great - sink drained on to the floor and shower was right over toilet and everything got soaked no matter how careful. You have to leave a 4000baht deposit or else they will withhold your passport - beware! Prepare yourself before you arrive. If you mark any of the bed linen at all, they will charge you for that also. Pool table on show in front of reception is broken so don’t bother asking can you play lol

• Shaukat (1/5): Bad - THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT IT I recently stayed at a hotel that was a complete disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The photos and descriptions on Booking.com were completely misleading, presenting the hotel as a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, but the reality was the exact opposite. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was an awful smell that lingered throughout the hotel. The room itself had a creepy, unsettling vibe that made it hard to relax. To make matters worse, I encountered cockroaches and even lizards in the room, which was incredibly disturbing. It was far from the clean, cozy environment I had expected. Another major letdown was the lack of basic amenities. There was no daily housekeeping, which meant that my room was left in a state of disarray throughout my stay. This is especially frustrating for a hotel that charges high rates for such poor service. Overall, this hotel was not only far below the standards advertised, but it was also very overpriced for the quality (or lack thereof). I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be staying here again. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish.

What was also very practical, that you could booked your further trip to another island at the reception. You can also rent a scooter, so you don't have to go somewhere else. Sometimes you heard loud music at night, but those were the guests next to me or from outside

The restaurant was good, room was clean, the door didn’t stay closed properly unless it was locked but that was fine. They overcharge for the drinks in the minifridge considering there’s a 711 right next door where you can buy the drinks for a fraction of the cost.

Overpriced, basic room, shower gets everything wet, room towels left residue and didn’t dry, colourful bedding. All old school Thai facilities only at new prices. Chaweng beach is awful no beach when tide in, sea full of plastic and rubbish murky water full of lord knows what.

• Adam (2/5): - Thought the room wasn’t very clean. I ordered a room with a king size bed and all I got was 2 double beds pushed together. Mattress were very old and not comfortable at all. I think this room was set up for a room with 2 double beds not for a king size bed. Bathroom toilet seat was almost broken off. The breakfast selection was very limited especially when I paid the extra money for the breakfast to be included. It was a last minute booking so guess I get what I pay for. It was just somewhere I could lay my head until I could find a better place. I stayed for 2 nights and checked out.

They put moth ballls in the drain to mask the smell, which just made it repulsive. I desperately tried to not have to use our bathroom because I was scared to breath in the black mold and mouth ball air, which made the stay very unpleasant. Location to the beach was good but the beach was dirty and Full of garbage.

• Svetlana (9/5): Superb - I met the owner at check-in first night and he was super friendly and very welcoming. The room was so cozy and comfy, super clean, comfortable bed. The conditioning worked perfectly. I needed a place for work, to concentrate and finish a project - so this was the perfect location for me. The room had a small fridge, also water and snacks - so I did not need to run to the store each time I needed a munch :) The hotel is in a quiet place - not on the road but inside a small backyard with trees and flowers. It's still very close to shopping street, tourist attractions, 24/7 store and the beach is basically on the other side of the road! It took me 5 min if I wanted to go get a beach massage or go to a seaside café to work. If you walk along the beach, there are also a lot of resorts with live music or DJ in the evenings. The Elephant Club is highly recommended! Breakfast in the restaurant was superb, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, etc. The restaurant staff super nice, polite and attentive. Dinner menu was also very appealing - Mediterranean, Greed & Turkish, I was sorry not to have time to taste more dishes! :) I will definitely stay there again when I go to Samui next time! Nothing! Only that I could not stay longer :)

• Jairo (1/5): Bad - The staff were very friendly, unfortunately this does not make up for the state of the rooms This property shows up as a 3 star hotel in booking.com , however it does not even make a 1 star in my opinion. The furniture is very dated, the bathroom is terrible and was dirty and worst of all the room had a very strong, bad smell (after talking to the hotel manager apparently even 5 star hotels in the island use the same material so that insects and roaches do not come into the rooms, however we stayed in 2 other hotels at different times in the island and none of them smelt like this). We booked for 2 nights but after staying 1 night in the hotel we decided to lose the money for the second night and booked somewhere else. We could not stay there another night.

• Alexander (8/5): Really nice find in Chaweng - great service, exceptional Wi-Fi - The guy at reception (didn’t catch his name) really was lovely, so helpful and accommodating. The room was basic but very spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was ridiculously fast (650Mbps d/l), for the geeks!) Price was very reasonable compared to other places in Chaweng. You get good service for your money. There are some cute little kittens lurking around the area which is a bonus if you like cats. Location was a little out of the way (15-20 min walk to main commercial part of Chaweng), though there are some shops nearby.

Turkish breakfast and Turkish omelette kind of just weren't. Great ingredients on the island that you can see in restaurants and shops 5 minutes down the road that would have made breakfast look less bleak. Dogs around the place gave the place a nice character (even when they go off howling). But dogs crying and whimpering 1 or two times a night is a chilling sound

Another plus, the size of the rooms. Finally even if you put a DND sign on your door, you will still have water, toiletries and linens waiting in front of your door! Great service! • Cameron (8/5): Good tourist location for Cawang beach with a clean and comfy room - The room was pretty good, clean, reasonable size with a balcony. The location was great for cawang beach access and had a bunch of higher end tourist restaurants nearby and also massages etc The restaurant has decent food and a good selection The bathroom is bad - there's a 15cm gap in the window that mosquitos fly in, so you have to make sure you keep the bathroom door closed 24x7 (some fly screen is much needed). Also the shower is literally aimed at the toilet and it was very hard to shower - if you turned the shower head so you didn't have to stand over/on the toilet the whole bathroom including the shelves get completely drenched There's a room service menu in the room which we ordered from - when we went to pay we were told those were the old menus from over a year ago and the new menu (which was exactly the same) was about 35% more expensive than what is advertised. There are loads of tourist restaurants nearby, but if you want some cheap local food you'll need a scooter or have to grab a grab The cleaners clean the rooms about 4:30 so for us sometimes it was a hassle to get the room cleaned which was annoying as the bathroom really needed it daily with the shower squirting water over everything

Very nice staff, friendly receptionist and manager, lady receptionist very helpful. The room door won’t seal, same story about few neighbouring rooms we looked at. We used our net over bed, to keep mosquitos away. The included breakfast - very small, no matter what version you order. Only the first day we got a proper coffee, and I don’t what changed, but for the rest of our stay we were served everyday the same terrible, instant, tasteless something. A stay quality massive drop.
• Eva (8/5): Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room - Was a great location and rooms were big. Staff were friendly. We arrived and there were ants in the room but they upgraded us straight away which was great. The air conditioning wasn’t amazing but still worked ok. The doors had gaps in it so felt we were bitten by mosquitoes more than another place. The shower was right under the toilet so the whole bathroom was soaked and was very small. Would recommend having its separate or even a shower curtain. Overall a very nice place to stay and a great location
• Stephany (9/5): Good value for money and location - Great place and location at the heart of the island right in Chaweng. The staff were nice and the owner was friendly. They cleaned the room everyday which was a plus. The restaurant they have is a bit overpriced for the portion that you get.

• Jamie (6/5): Close to chaweng beach - The hotel restaurant was cute and nice. It’s located right across chaweng beautiful beach. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was spacious. The main thing I didn’t like was the bathroom, toilet got clogged and shower was splashing water everywhere since it has no curtain and is situated right near toilet so toilet got wet too. Hotel staff helped me book speed boat to other islands which was nice and any questions I had they were helpful. The location although right near beach is not as close walk to night life bars or shopping mall/ main part of chaweng beach near ark bar. It’s nice for some quiet at night but there are some hotels still quiet and near the main part of chaweng beach to walk to or night life/ more restaurants instead of overcharged taxis unless you rent bike :)

• Mark (10/5): Lucky black cat - Overnight only after the ferry from Koh Tao. Great restaurant on site. Quiet, despite proximity to airport. Staff v helpful. Resident cat is cool.
