Dream59595535084 (4/5): Poorly cleaned - Location is pretty good, and staff nice. But we found the room poor cleaned and with so many spiders everywhere. Moved the sheets (just noticed last day we were there else I would have asked them to change them) and they had stains. The third day there were crumbs and dirt on the carpets, we highlighted this as they do room service daily, only to be told they don’t vacuum, they only do at end of stay. Next time I’ll bring a vacuum along I guess ;) for almost 1000 AUD for 3 nights we expected a bit more.

Just_Ice (5/5): - I had an enormous room. I booked it at the last minute and it was the only one available. The staff upon check in were a bit rude. Their process is finicky, dogmatic and they are wholly uninterested in discussing any barriers outside the tiny perimeter of their rigid process. When I tried to explain that I was unable to comply with their check in process they spoke over the top of me and didn't allow me to explain anything and ironically, infuriatingly said repeatedly "stop speaking over the top of me" to me. But it was the staff member who was speaking over the top of me. Just mind blowing. I travel a lot and it was the first time I have ever experienced such a ridiculously circular conversation.

Main reason we booked it online was that we didn’t have to go out for dinner was thought that guests would’ve had priority for a meal.

keith (9/5): - The receptionist made us feel very welcome before and on arrival. The room was perfect for us with no steps to climb which is a big advantage at our age.the bed was extremely comfortable .

Terry (8/5): - The room is clean and comfortable. The room is size is perfect for our family. Tv has all programs (netflix, disney+, etc) to keep the kids entertained. Parking is easy and location is closed to everything in Mornington Peninsula. The road heading out is very close to a busy roundabouts. At peak times, it may take awhile to be able to turn into the main road (Boneo Road I think).
