- James (6/5): - Parking lot was very safe . Certain kids running a muck sometimes very loud especially after 8pm . Wish we could've used the air conditioner but didnt because it had some mold & mildew to it which caused a breathing issues for both of us.

The kitchenette had only a fridge and a microwave, but no cooktops, dishes, utensils, or dish towels. In the common area, the hot tub was closed, and the pool was open, but the whole area was dark. The gym had minimal equipment. The game room was operational (you need tokens).

- Lori (8/5): - Very spacious rooms, good outdoor space and lots of entertainment especially if traveling with the family. Arcade, swimming pool, table top pool, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for directions. The facility is very clean. It needs a little face lift with mattresses and couches and chairs that are not all broken down and sagging. A great place for the skiers (as advertised) as there is plenty of space to hang up the wet snow gear and such.
- Matthew (8/5): - Parking lot was huge with plenty parking spots. When checking in, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem too friendly. Our room was a good size, with living area separate from the bedroom. We did have a small refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the lobby area, which was a little inconvenient. There was also a washer and dryer for use. Coffee and tea were available in the morning. When we went to get coffee, the morning staff lady was less friendly than the one at check-in. We had two different tvs in our room that had totally different channels. We never could figure out one of the tvs, and finally figured out the other one towards the end of our stay. Very hard to turn left out of the parking area due to so much traffic.

- Kelly (8/5): - Clean, comfortable. For once a king bed that my feet could touch the floor when I swung my legs out of it. Bathroom is tight but not an issue as a solo traveler. I just left the door open. No carpeting in the room was perfect, and even better in the winter and spring I suspect. Swimming pool room needs work on the ceiling. Hot tub was out of order, but I knew that going in. Game room with arcade games and 1 set of washer and dryer and ice machine all in the same room. There was a pool table upstairs, I didn't investigate it. Lots of stairs, including to the pool area, and narrow corridors and doors. I wouldn't want to try to maneuver in a wheelchair here. Overall, very happy with my stay. Great deal for a budget Traveller and last-minute reservation in an area that is very popular due to the Fryeburg Fair and leaf peeping. I would stay here again.

- Marietta (8/5): - The room was great - refurbished and spacious. The communal areas were not super clean. When we checked in, we dealt with a blonde lady who was quite unfriendly and snappy.
- Melissa (4/5): - The pictures of the rooms are not accurate. Our room had very old well worn furniture that should have been replaced along time ago. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other nor sleep so we left it off. The staff is very nice and the best part of it was the coffee in the lobby and the location to town . I never like leaving poor reviews (again, the staff was super nice) but this property is long overdue for upgrades.

- Pam (6/5): - This place was close to many things we'd hoped. We were able to walk to have our supper just across the road. The room was so disappointing especially after experiencing a newly renovated room just 2 years ago at this place. This time we had a room that was carpeted and it smelled bad. The bathroom was so small and hard to maneuver around. There was dirt and hair on the floor. There was popcorn and chocolate under the pullout bed. There wasn't any stove to cook on and no dishes or utensils so we couldn't cook the food we had brought. So different from our last stay. Disappointing for sure. The arcade was Disappointing as many of the games were out of order. Finally, the Canadian flag was rolled up and pinned down but the rest were hanging. Didn't make us feel welcome. The facilities guy apologized for that but said they were told not to hang it.

- Kristin (6/5): - Gorgeous little town with tons of shops and outdoor things to do nearby. Property is dated. Bed hurt my back. Fold out bed was abysmal. Air conditioner could not keep the humidity out of the room unless it was set to 64 degrees and even then it was still a tad moist in the room. At a normal temp the furniture and furnishings were literally damp to the touch. Room was clean-ish, but probably hadn't had a real, deep cleaning in a decade. Staff was friendly enough. Wouldn't stay again as I couldn't wait to leave.

Pros: The room was beautiful, comfy and spacious (not every room is modern/updated but thankfully we got one that is) Great location, minutes from shops, restaurants, Conway railroad, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially housekeeping) Cons: The pool area can definitely use an upgrade and unfortunately the hot tub was not working Overall, we had a great trip!

It has a nice pool and tub, small gym and little game room plus a little play area outside for small children to slide and play in. I would stay here again. Good value for your money

- kellie (8/5): - Property was nice they need to update the rooms cuz the room because of the AC don't know if they didn't put in a new carpet you get a strong mildew smell but the room was clean but I think it's because of the AC they have new units in there and I think it's old carpeting or something cuz it smells like mildew and when they started redoing the rooms you got the TV off center like when you're laying in bed to watch TV it's not in front of the bed it's off to the left and it's not one of the flat screens that you can pull out and move

- Dana (10/5): - This is my third stay here. The rooms are spacious and there are quite a few amenities on site. There's plenty of parking as well. The Inn is roughly a 5-minute walk away from Downtown North Conway. The Inn is in close proximity to many of the parks in the region, Story Land is maybe 10 minutes away, Santa's Village is roughly 1 hour though the drive feels quick because of the scenic nature of White Mountains. I would definitely recommend this property due to its convenient location and consistent quality.

- Jessica L (4/5): Dirty room - So i feel bad to give a bad review but its the truth. The ladies at the desk were nice and i asked for more towels and they were helpful. However upon arriving in the room, the room was filthy. To the point i was so disgusted i was debating on spending money i dont have to waste to go somewhere else. When you have rooms for travelers to stay, being sanitary is NUMBER 1. there was so much dirt, crumbs and filth all over the floors, it smelled like mold in the room which to be honest the dirtiness of the floors made me more unhappy than the smell. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was a razor still in the shower from the people before us. Kids toys in the room from the people before us under the bed and in the room near the couch. Crumbs on the sofa bed and severely stained chairs. Stained pillow under the pillowcase. No one wiped the counter either, full of crumbs from people before us. A huge spill dried to the floor behind the bed. I looked at reviews after the fact on google and i wasnt happy seeing the same with other reviews. One said about bugs, well if theres crumbs all over of course bugs come. The pool area was clean though. But they need a better housekeeper im sorry, the floors and sanitary factors are poor

- Michelle (2/5): - This property is terrible. Checked in the room had black mold on walls and ceiling and rug was damp. Overwhelming smell of mold and musty. The whole place was damp. Pictures online are not accurate the door between the beds and the living area is not a nice wooden door it is a dirty plastic accordion room divider. Wood and cabinets in the place where filthy and missing Hardware. Talk to woman at front desk to see if there was something wrong with the room or where is there nicer rooms in the hotel to move to, was told rooms were all that gross. So much mold in the room that I couldn't breathe, my lungs were tight and my family experienced headaches and nausea in the brief one hour we were there. Room was not inexpensive. Ended up leaving and going to a brand new hotel only 3 miles away and it only cost me $20 extra per night. Do not stay at this place

Quiet off the road is my favorite part. They offer 3 grills on a covered patio which is super convenient. The parking for my utv was perfect and safe.

The first room were given had a musty smell so we were shown another room that seemed better. Both rooms had stains on carpet and furniture. Everything looked very worn and in poor condition. The bed was comfortable but everything else needs a major make over. Love the location but definitely not the room we were expecting.

Only issue we had was some dried blood stains on one of the beds in our room, we didn't catch until the next morning because we got in so late. Kind of nasty that our kids slept on it not knowingly but they switched our room for us and new room was cleaner.

I had written on the comment card about the bathing suit and when we left we had the do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping decided to go in our room anyway and she saw the comment I left and worth a note back to me but still left the bathing suit in the bathroom. Also they touched all my stuff folded my clothes that were in my suitcase I'm disgusted that someone was in my room when they weren't supposed to be touching my stuff. They left trash but organized my belongings. Never again will I stay there nor will I recommend this place
