- PIERRE (10/5): -
- John (10/5): - Great place to stay. Super close to Yellowstone entrance. Great little town to get something to eat. Enjoyed our stay for 2 days. Can't really give any negative comments. It was very nice and private.
- daniela (9/5): Posizione eccellente per visitare Yellowstone - Camera spaziosa e caratteristica Nulla
- Vicky (6/5): - The carpets needed cleaned wasn’t able to get either TV to work
- Tatnai (10/5): - Cozy Small
- sarah (10/5): Great stay close to Yellowstone - Such a cute little cabin with everything we needed. It was warm, even when it was -10 outside. Nice town and a few minutes up the road to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Would stay again. Nothing I didn’t like
- Glory (10/5): Great cabin, warm n cozy feel yet a high end quality. Would highly recommend. - The cabin was beautiful, with a shared fireplace between bedroom and bathroom. We had a spa tub, that made it so relaxing. Great location to enter the park. Maybe a bigger water heater, filled the tub n had to wait a bit to shower. However, we want to stay again.
- Monique (9/5): -
- Ashlie (9/5): - Clean, right in town, lots of privacy Ceiling fan didn’t work but otherwise a great stay.
- Janice (10/5): I will be back. - Beautiful and clean! Such a wonderful experience. Loved every minute of my stay
- Yana (10/5): -
- Tom Thorpe (6/5): Great place to stay just check the bill before you leave. - The cabins are very nice and the property is also very well maintained. The locations is on the edge of town so it is quieter than most making it more relaxing. The Booking.com amount quoted was different than what was charged to my credit card. I can't get the property to respond to me. Not the first time this has happened with Booking and they always blame the property.
The window blind is not a blackout so the street light made the room way to light for good sleeping.
No coffee machine in the room was a problem.
- Peter (10/5): Very good value for money accommodation. Great outdoor Spa. - Authentic log cabin that we loved with plenty of space for the six of us. Nothing.
- Sarmiento (10/5): Cozy and friendly staffs - Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and smells good. We loved their hot chocolate
- Lee (10/5): -

- Amy (5/5): No hot water in either cabin we stayed at. Tubs don’t work - The location was great and the staff were very nice and responsive. There was no hot water to take more than a 2 min shower. It was very disappointing because this is why we stayed at a hotel instead of remaining in our van - in order to take a long hot shower. Paid extra for a room with a spa tub and couldn’t use it at all.
- Fay (2/5): - First cabin, the heat didn’t work.
Second cabin, heat wouldn’t turn off.
Miserable night.
- Cynthia (10/5): -
- Joline (3/5): - Location Very strong smell in the first unit we used. Old and tired unit, dirty carpet. Cloth and padded walls just add to the feeling of dusty and dirty.
- Allison (8/5): -
- Artemiss (10/5): -
- Genevieve (8/5): - Room, WiFi, Staff responsiveness, Originally booked through booking.com. Had to call the place directly to fix the fact that booking.com had shown me a room with a kitchen and then booked me in one without, which was a requirement.
- David (8/5): Very roomy and comfortable accommodations in West Yellowstone. - Great location and very large unit with full kitchen; my unit had a deck with view to the south. Parking area near my unit not paved and it was muddy; 2nd floor unit with no elevator so had to carry my luggage up large stars. Desk personnel very friendly.
- Warren (8/5): - We loved cabin 19 but it does need some love and attention. Paint needs refreshed in the bathroom for sure on walls, around jetted tub. One of gliders was broke and worn. Chest of drawers needs refinished. Curtains: 1 panel was short while other one was too long. But this being said the bed was comfy, shower was great. Fireplace glass really needs a cleaning or replaced but it worked and made it cozy and warm. Didn't get a chance to use jetted tub. We liked the fact our cabin was a stand alone cabin. Very private. Met Amanda briefly and she was very helpful & friendly. I guess I put both likes and dislikes above.
- Paula (8/5): -
- Christina (10/5): We had a very memorable holiday that we will cherish for years - The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If we needed additional items, especially it being Christmas, the accomodated. This is a suggestion only, not a dislike of thw property. We actually use the kitchen as we cook several meals in. It could be better equipped with a few items. Large mixing bowl or a large bowl for salad and pizza pan. It was hard to cook that and try not to make a mess.
- Taylor (10/5): A cozy cabin stay - The separate cabins gave good privacy. The atmosphere of the cabin gave a great feeling to our grand yellowstone adventure. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful. Singular complaint : our showerhead leaked from the back. It needs to be replaced.
- Andrea (10/5): Close to everything.very comfortable. Great decor! - Such a cute and cozy cabin. Very roomy. Maybe a nicer hot tub area.
- Catherine (10/5): -
- Ron (9/5): - Size of the Cabin. Sound of ATV in the Morning.
- Deborah (10/5): -
- Kim (8/5): Thus is a nice place except for mattresses - It was a nice property The couch bed pull out mattress was terrible. The beds mattresses were not the best either. One of the people, with us who was with us, slept on the floor because the mattress. The employees were great. All the employees were nice.
- Dwight (8/5): Good location and rustic feel. Staff was great -
- carleen (7/5): Cute cabin but very very dark - Cabin Sofa was old cabin was missing furniture and need more lights/lighting
- Kyle (8/5): -
- Mandy (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Very friendly staff and perfect location. Originally stayed on the bottom of a 2 story cabin which was very loud from neighbors upstairs. They graciously moved us to a single story cabin which was perfect!
- Terry (4/5): Carpet needs to be removed and blinds need to be installed. More lighting also. Unit is too dark. - The office was very accommodating. The location was excellent The unit has old stained carpet in it which is creating a old musty smell. The only window is exposed to the main road with no blinds. You either let everyone walking by see in the room or close the blackout curtains and the unit is extremely dark without closing the curtains
- Ranel (10/5): excellent - The room was very comfortable and plenty of room to put suitcases and clothing. The bathroom was spacious and loved the tub and shower.
- Antony (8/5): -
- G3650SUsandys (10/5): Loved the cabin and town - It was almost perfect. Staff was wonderful and the accomodations were exactly as they said they were. It was a great experience and we want to go back this year
- Alyssa (10/5): If you’re visiting west Yellowstone definitely recommend staying here - Beautiful!!!! Literally a dream. Our room was spacious, and had the things we needed! The staff was out working the whole time we were there, plowing, snow blowing, and still making sure we had everything we needed. Honestly I can’t find anything I didn’t like
- Dominik (9/5): -
- Yueying (2/5): overcharged without giving explaination - I booked it because it's affordable. But they over charged me on top of the credit card fee, i was charged more than then reservation amount. now im working with booking to get it back and it's unimaginable complicate. when i asked the staff why the extra amount was deducted from my account, they just replied with they cant understand my english. I will not return to this facility. Overcharged my credit card. They claimed credit card fee, i was like okay but it's still way more than the amount showed on my reservation. if this is the case, why making an reservation for this price.
- Sommese (9/5): A great spot for easy entrance into Yellowstone! Central to the town, great for kids. - Location and cabin vibe are great The carpet is a bit old, there are some stains. The layout is a little weird. A dishwasher in unit would be nice. There are some weird things here and there, but overall it's a great stay if you're okay with a more rustic/camping vibe.
- Alyssa (9/5): - We loved the gas fireplace, the location was perfect close to everything in town, the decor (particularly the outside being decorated with lights for Christmas!) The Den with games and fire pit outside, the room was spacious with 3 beds and a couch. The room and property was well maintained and clean. There is a swing set towards the back and lots of open space to explore and ride sno mobiles. I thought that our cabin had an oven, but apparently not all rooms are the same. At least there was a toaster and a hotplate, but it made cooking meals for 5 difficult. The hot water did not last very long so we had to wait in between each person showering. Also, I wish there was a broom or vacuum included in the room so I could try to maintain the room being clean, especially because of the salt from the snow. The lighting inside the cabin is VERY poor so at night it would be really dark inside even with all the lights on.

- Laura (4/5): No hot water - Cool spot, cool vibes with the cabins and the fireplace. We had no hot water, and the issue wasn’t resolved when we were guests for 3 days. I’ve tried to contact the property afterwards, no contact from them. No refund or any consolation. We were there in October so it was quite cold and we didn’t even have hot water. Paid for a room with a bath that we couldn’t even use because again, no hot water. I’d like some money back, but no contact from the property. Can’t even get a hold of them.
- Christopher (10/5): Would stay again - It was fab! Really loved it. Didn't have a kettle. However, front desk gave us one!
- Pruitt (1/5): -
- Chrystelle (10/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): - Cabin setting was beautiful driving through. Cabin itself was cozy but very roomy. Everything was perfect
- Geraldine (10/5): Overall property was good Nice to be close to Yellowstone Park - It was very nice Was not crazy of the skull artwork in our cabin
- Rigby (9/5): It was great . - No breakfast More lighting in the bathroom!!!
- Bridgit (10/5): - Convenient location
- Paulina (10/5): -
- Dyson (10/5): Our favorite location in West Yellowstone! - We've always loved the cabins. They are renovating / upgrading them now. I couldn't tell if anyone had stayed there. The fireplace was a nice touch during the light snow during the night.
- Chamberlin (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): - Everything was perfect
- Jeremy (10/5): Very comfortable - This place was awesome. We love the authentic cabin, Phil. This log cabin was awesome.
- Michel (8/5): Good location. Spacious, cute, clean and comfortable. - Good location. Spacious, cute, clean and comfortable. A full breakfast option would have been appreciated.
- Heeson (9/5): Rustic and comfortable - Didn't get brekky Nothing... all good
- Kevin (10/5): Two night stay at Hibernation station to enjoy Yellowstone and see the city. - Amber at the front desk was extremely helpful. We had multiple questions about the area which she helped us get answered. We also had a small car problem and her recommendations were very helpful to solve our problems.
The rooms we booked were very comfortable, reasonably priced, and the location was very convenient. Excellent place to stay. We liked everything about the place. The rustic cabin feel with modern amenities was what we were looking for. The heaters were loud, but the room with the gas fireplace was perfect to keep warm with little noise.
- John (8/5): Great stay, very comfortable - privacy in shower (at least a curtain).
light switches/lights for the very dark entrance
coat hooks to hang up wet coats
- Leigh (5/5): -
- Nikolaos (9/5): -
- Lance (9/5): Great place near the entrance of Yellowstone. - The cabin was roomy for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. Nothing really.
- Patricia (8/5): Convenient stop along our road trip - Very large room with comfortable bed. Handy to have the sink outside of the bathroom. Staff was super helpful and responsive to any requests. Coffee station plus various breakfast items and snacks abundantly available. We had a lower floor room so could park right by our door. The person staying above us was very noisy. You can hear heavy walking and water pipes.
- Lillian (10/5): -
- Seetala (10/5): -
- Viktor (9/5): -
- Shannon (10/5): This is a top notch establishment. - Extremely friendly staff from the minute I walked into check in I was greeted friendly and given good information. Beautiful grounds. Our cabin was large and immaculate. Our beds were so comfortable. The heat worked great. We enjoyed the fireplace. We stayed at a different place for 4 nights. Hibernation Station was the best place we stayed. Very quiet and comfortable. Close to everything. We visited the wolf and bear sanctuary within walking distance and that was a very nice treat too. That we couldn’t stay longer.
- Richard (4/5): - This is a nice property, but it is not well suited for elderly people with limitations. We requested a cabin with 2 beds and handicap friendly. We initially ended up with a cabin that was handicap accessible but had a king bed, a tub not a shower. The management did allow us to stay in a room with 2 beds which was most important, but the beds were so high that my wife could not get on the bed without major effort and my help. Also, the heater made so much noise we were not able to sleep. We finally checked out after one night of our 2-night stay. It was not a pleasant stay, and we will never go back.
- Gigi (10/5): - A great place to stay
Niente
- Cynthia (2/5): Poor service and false advertisement - Close to Yellowstone The fireplace was broken making the cabin freezing due to weather being under 20 degrees. When I asked front desk personnel about if it was broken he came to the room and poked a few things and said maintenance would have to fix it tomorrow. We only had one nights stay!
- Ronn (9/5): -
- Van Otten (3/5): Was not what I expected, especially for the price. - In town The cabin that I originally rented had a stand alone jetted tub. The fireplace would not stay lit. Then we couldn’t get hot water so they moved us. Next cabin the floor was rotting and had a large soft spot. Felt like you were going to fall through. Bath tub drain stopper didn’t stay shut so we couldn’t use the tub. Didn’t like that it was a shower/tub combo either. That’s not what I rented. The water got warm, but never hot. We had warm showers, not hot showers. Room had 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. Not what I rented again. Management didn’t seem to care. Will not stay here again.
- Maureen (10/5): - Loved this place. Very nice quiet and the staff was great.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - These cabins are a gem! The staff is super friendly and very kind. They are willing to help with anything and will answer any questions with a smile. I had called in advance to ask for a microwave and it sure was there when we arrived. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very cozy. The fireplace is a nice touch during the colder nights. We didn’t have any issues with water being out. The cabins are very close to the west park entrance and within walkable distance to the town center and other attractions like the Grizzly and Wolf center. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Yellowstone NP in the future.
- Adi G77 (9/5): Great ! - I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was great — quiet, relaxing, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it! The stairs to the apartment were a bit steep, but not a big issue.
- Patricia (10/5): - The manager Amanda was very helpful. The cabin was perfect and so nice with a fireplace and small kitchen. I highly recommend staying here if your going to Yellowstone. The location was excellent. Nothing.
- John (10/5): - Absolutely loved the cabin. What a great facility!
- Sharon (8/5): Great place and good location for Yellowstone National Park visit. - Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good location Originally given wrong accommodations per our reservation but they were accommodating to change our room.
- James (10/5): - Yellowstone was great and easy to get to
Shower head leaks and needs repair in #32
- Virginia (8/5): - Very close and convenient to Yellowstone!
- Brian (8/5): - Great cabin. The only reason I didn't give an excellent rating is because the water pressure was very low in the mornings (likely due to frozen pipes).
- Thedeckie (10/5): Really great! I'd definitely stay there again. - The room was cosy and all 4 of us were comfortable and slept really well. The facilities were good, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day and enjoyed our stay My only complaint would be the shower leaked onto the floor over the edge of the bath and looking at the water damage has been a long term problem
- Mary (6/5): - The cabin we rented had dog pee on the carpet and we had very little hot water. The fire pit was out of gas’s and not in working order
- Sherman (6/5): - Very near the entrance to Yellowstone Park. Lots of dinning options nearby. Twice the water didn't work. Bed sheets weren't crisp and clean. Seemed old and stained. The cabin was dark with poor lighting. Not good value, especially considering it was late September with few tourists.
