- Palma (10/5): - There was not abundant trace of breakfast items on nice and fresh.
The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was very welcoming. I think his name was something like Reynea. Forgive me for the spelling.
We enjoyed our two nights’ stay. We were very satisfied with the amount of shopping we could do at thrift stores and got quite a few items.

- Patricia (10/5): Extremely comfortable nights sleep.peaceful - Very clean. Beds comfortable No complaints

- Hughes (8/5): Good - The breakfast was awesome The pool wasn't working
- Christopher (8/5): - Great biscuits and gravy for breakfast.
- Guest (5/5): - Good location and comfortable bed Room needed deep clean and minor damage and/or maintenance issues.
- tim (4/5): - Side door to hoteknot able to be locked and no card reader to restrict access. Breakfast COLD. Ice machine shutshut off on our floor. Signs for additional penalty charge signs everywhere. Cig butts in stones outside.... harge you per video feed, no return key card....extra charge, craply experience all around.surveooggaccdss
- Timothy (6/5): - Facility was well maintained and looked nice. Breakfast was excellent. What was unappealing was the pool was closed and had a sign saying "Due to COVID" dated in 2020. That is nonsense. If they don't want to maintain the pool, take it off the amenities. Beds need replaced. There were body sized "sinkholes" in both beds in our room. At least a 3-4 inch dip. They were not comfortable. Get the pool functioning, and replace the beds and it would be a 5 star rating.
- Julie (8/5): Just an overnight - I was there for an overnight before I picked up my granddaughter from camp. I was very happy they put me in a room right next to the front desk. Safe for a solo woman. The Bed was not the best, but it was ok. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
- Luann (10/5): - Excellent front service person
- Lori (6/5): It was a serviceable location and price. Not the most peaceful place to stay. - Location and Free breakfast It was a bit noisy. We could hear everything from the room above us and the cleaners were vacuuming at 8:30 on a Sunday morning.
- Aaron (2/5): -
- Diane (8/5): -
- Guest (9/5): Clean room, friendly staff, adequate parking, restaurants nearby - We stayed in Towanda because it is located between Rickett's Glen and Watkin's Glen. Pool was closed for repair.
- S2663DIjoans (6/5): Just okay - Have stayed here numerous times over the past decade, it has gone from great to just okay. I believe new managers/owners within the last year (?). Rooms need updated. Clean, but starting to look dingy due to age. Would not accept cash as payment with a card as backup. Need new bed pillows, smelled 'sweaty'.
- Leola (8/5): - Comfortable room, shower had amazing water pressure, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
- Juliana (10/5): - Very good
- Steve (2/5): - The first room smelled like wet dog. We asked for another room and she upcharged us to move to a ‘better’ room. The king bed was comfy and nice but that was the only good part of it. The bathroom had paint on the counter and mounted hair dryer. The whole room felt icky. I will never stay here again.
- travelcouple1970 (4/5): Accessible Room - I reserved the accessible room with two double beds and roll in shower (would have preferred an accessible room with a king bed but not sure if this hotel offers one). When we first went into the room, I wasn't even sure if it was an accessible room as there was barely enough room for my husband to maneuver his wheelchair. He was able to store it next to the closest bed to the door with barely enough room. The room smelled musty as did the hallway going to the room. The room is advertised as having a roll in shower but it really isn't. There are bars in the shower and a shower chair but there is a pan so it is not really a roll in shower as we would not have been able to get the wheelchair into the shower. The shower chair is on the same side as the shower head so that was a plus (sometimes this is not the case). The complimentary shampoo and conditioner looked like it had been used as they were not full so I did not even touch those. The breakfast did not look great so we didn't even grab anything small. Overall, we were not impressed with this hotel and will choose to not stay here again if in the area.
- Phil (10/5): - Very nice staff. Nice rooms and breakfast.
- Charles (6/5): - The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property could use some clean up, especially outside. Saw only two staff. Breakfast eggs and meat were cold. Coffee was terrible. Will not stay there again.
- Becky (10/5): Weary traveler. - Clean and quiet. No ice.
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Christina (8/5): Very good -
- Ken (10/5): - I arrived before check-in time to see if room was ready. It wasn't but the staff started working on it and fit it ready quickly.
Mattress was a little lumpy but i slept soundly and was completely rested the next morning.
- Ariana (1/5): Disgusting and staff was rude - It was digesting The staff was rude. My son was bitten by bugs and she tried saying it was diaper rash as it was all up his arms and legs.
- Chester (6/5): - I selected internet price as choice hotels an other brands hotels charge way higher prices. I saved over 30 dollars on line. If expedia an other sites can sell rooms cheaper same goes for amm major hotels. I am veteran, senior, an travel a lot. I am member of many different hotel chains an hold credit cards from thier brands.. points for rooms shoild Not be over 12000 points. Upgrades are to be given for members in good standing. 1 hotel didnt offer upgrade said full status. In morning at check out i asked about hotel being full they said No they didnt fill hotel. Do something for vets an seniors an beat online prices.
- Renee (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing Nothing
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marilyn (2/5): It was sub standard to say the least. - Close to my work. I had to clean the toilet in my room, which was filthy. I went to desk and was given cleanser and a toilet brush. I cleaned it myself. The guy at the desk did not offer any assistance to clean. He didn't even apologize.
The room, not just the toilet, was dirty.
- David (8/5): - Was a good weekend
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Perfect for the days i was there
- Denise (10/5): - Very nice. I like feeling more secure than I usually do at a hotel.
I liked it gine
- Barbara (2/5): - Breakfast was cold & unappetizing. No one cleaned room after 1st night. I had even asked about towels getting picked up. The entire place needs upgrading. We have come there since first opening day over 30 years ago. Many family members have gone per our review. We will never back. We travel there 3-4 times annually.
- Ann (9/5): Great night sleep! - It was very close to where family lives.
The room was quiet and very conducive to sleep!
Each concierge was very welcoming. The smell of the carpet cleaner (I think that's what it was) in the lobby and hallway was very strong, and for me, overwhelming. Fortunately, it was not in the room.
- Warner (9/5): We had a quiet, restful night and a good breakfast to start the day. - Clean, smelled very nice!
- Kendy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chambers (9/5): Superb -
- janet (10/5): - Clean
- misty (10/5): - Was very clean.
- Anthony (2/5): - Nothing
- Al (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): - It was a nice room for the price and the staff was helpful and courteous
- Lisa (8/5): - convenient
- Joseph (1/5): Was not accommodated / majorly inconvenienced - Nothing! This hotel canceled my reservation1 day before I was supposed to check in and causing major inconvenience and running the trip that was planned The fact that this hotel took my reservation 3 months in advance knowing they could not accommodate my stay and the waited until 1 day before my arrival to cancel my reservation causing a major inconvenience and ruining the trip.
- Cynthia (7/5): I was there to be able to visit my ill mother-in-law and then her funeral. The hotel was ok. - Close to my destination. Not clean. Hotel needs an upgrade.
- Carrie Ann (6/5): - Had to ask for different pillows due to having clumpy pillows which messed up my family’s necks the following day.
The food was al done by microwave. Sausages should not be cooked in the microwave especially when it’s turkey sausages.
- Jessica (3/5): I was just in town to see my grandma - Clean The front desk clerk told me that my card would not be charged and it was also I was charged a pet fee that was not mentioned until I was walking my dog in and it’s the same price no matter how big or small the dog is
- Theresa (5/5): Ehh - Too noisy can hear room above walking around and the room smelled wierd
- Robert (6/5): - Would have given better review, but the wallpaper was peeling under the window and it looked like there was some mold there. Tried to get another room but you were booked solid. Wasn't comfortable sleeping in a room that might have mold in it, but at the time didn't have much choice... so that's why the lower marks on the review.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean and accommodating. Nice breakfast. Easy check-in.
- Jill (10/5): Excellent staff - We were incredibly impressed with Tanya, who showed us and others true hospitality. She is an excellent ambassador for the Quality Inn!
- Lan (9/5): Superb - Budget friendly and room is clean. Breakfast is good. A bit noisy if your room is on the first floor.
- Rita (8/5): Very good -
- Tom (2/5): Unfortunate Stay - Hotel was clean. During my second day there was no water. The next day it was fixed but then there was no hot water. I was not compensated for my trouble.
- David (10/5): Vacation 2024 - Was the first stop of a two week vacation
- Eric (10/5): - 2nd time here. Convenient to other destinations. Laid back atmosphere. Bathrooms could use exhaust fans.
- Allison (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast didn’t have many options.
- Tracey (5/5): I will probably not stay again. - Location and proximity to my event The price was very high in my opinion for the area. Check in took a while. The front desk person had to send someone to the room to check to see if it was clean. They could not verify if it was so he had to go check the room. While we were resting in the afternoon, a hotel worker opened the door and would have walked in the room if the safety lock had not been on. She said "oh, I am sorry, I was just checking rooms". The process for "checking rooms" really needs to improve at this location.
- Patsy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fulper (1/5): They cancelled our reservation the night before we were to arrive. Then we had to find a new place l -
- Daniel (4/5): - Had some issues with room and maintenance of the facility. Place needs repairs and could use more attention to details.
- Richard (8/5): - Staff was accommodating and very friendly.
- Ingrid (7/5): Good -
- Martina (8/5): Very good -
- Spcar (9/5): Nice place, convenient location. - Coffee. Clean. Quiet. The light switches were upside down, but that really only bothered us because we were extremely tired from an 800 mile drive.
- Brenda (10/5): - Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure. Heating/AC was responsive and quiet. Would stay here again.
- Hauser (7/5): Not that great of a value - Bed sheets were clean, bathroom was clean The breakfast scrambled eggs were terrible if they even were real. The carpet in the room was filthy, needed shampooing
- Si Zhe (4/5): - Very old and not well kept
- Pradeep (8/5): Very good -
- Barry (6/5): - Needs a renovation. Rooms smelled like tobacco.
Fortunately we only stayed here one night.
- Mark (8/5): - Everything is good. Not great but safe and clean. Gets rhe job done
- Ed (8/5): - I was in Towanda for a class reunion. My stay was pleasant and staff at quality was good. Thank you
- Lisa (5/5): Passable - The breakfast Loud AC unit. Moved to a second room but the smell in the room was not fresh.
- Jin (10/5): - Reasonable price, clean and good staffs and nice breakfast.
(I stayed there on the way to New York City from the Watkins stake park.)
- Pathik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Spencer (8/5): Very good - Location for us. Efficient check-in. Decent room with comfortable beds. It's an older establishment.
- Audrey (9/5): Superb -
- Minna (8/5): great value - Breakfast, clean
- Dutcher (6/5): Pleasant - No vent in the bathroom, almost fell twice due to condensation. Smelled like popcorn in the rioom,e ven bought spray and it didn't help..Tanya at the desk was wonderful, an asset to the place.
- Florence (10/5): Loved it - Very clean and friendly
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Stinky corridor and stinky room. Was not able to Siri properly because of the bad smell.
Not enough breakfast, had to ask multiple times for the breakfast menu items.
- Debra (8/5): Great location and price was excellent. Staff very friendly! -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (8/5): - Pet friendly, a bit off the expressways - very friendly staff.
- Mustavee (10/5): Exceptional - Checked in late. The desk was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Maybe put a tissue box in the living room. I hate to go to bathroom everytime I need a napkin.
- Troy (9/5): Delightful - Breakfast was good I would like to see more morning meats, bacon, corn beef hash The swimming pool working
- Whitmore (8/5): Very good - Bed was comfy, everything worked Shower head sucked, it worked but sprayed every which way.
- Diane (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness Noisy
- Chambers (8/5): Very good - I hung a sign on door so housekeeping would not come in and they did anyway and put the sign in the door behind papers so I couldn't see it.
