Insgesamt super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und obwohl ich aus dem Ruhrgebiet komme und Straßenlärm zu jeder Uhrzeit gewohnt bin, war das echt next Level laut die ganze Nacht durch. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ging es, was ich nachts allerdings eher unangenehm finde.

Sehr schön gestaltete Lobby und Zimmer, sehr professioneller und netter Empfang, leckere Frühstücksvariationen. Obst/Wurst/Käse/Müsli … für jeden etwas zu haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es etwas bedauert, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten… aber wir kommen wieder ;)

The room was large, comfortable, and excellent overall. Breakfast was very good, with a nice coffee machine, fresh bread, ham, and several other options available. Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. However, the first impression of the area does not really feel like Vienna — it feels more like a typical large city with not much to do nearby. The only thing we did not particularly like was the surrounding area. Although the hotel itself was excellent and very convenient for transportation, the neighborhood did not really give the feeling of being in Vienna.

• Jörg (9/5): Ein modernes und überaus komfortables Hotel in guter Lage zum Bahnhof. - Trotz unscheinbarem Äußeren in einem belebten, multi-kulturellen Viertel offenbart sich im Inneren ein modernes und überaus komfortables Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, mit extra großem Bett, sowie Bad und Toilette getrennt. Frühstück Top, jederzeit freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Zwei Tram-Stationen südlich vom Hbf, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Da es auf Grund der vorbeilaufenden Straßen doch besser ist die Fenster zum Schlafen zu schließen, war in unserem Fall die Klimaanlage im Zimmer leider nicht vollümfänglich funktionstüchtig.

The front desk staff at ten am on 3rd May 2026 accused me of not paying despite payment made as far back as 7th January, the man screamed at me, told me he wouldn't let me know, pretended to refer to his computer, yelled at me " it's only the charge on ur card _ we haven't got the payment "- i almost missed my train to prague because of him. The staff didn't appear friendly , rest were polite but detached _indifferent _ not apt for hospitality. I have booked far more expensive hotels like now in prague but the front desk man in hotel Caroline is racist , he seemed to be against me only because of my colour. I have never faced an overt discrimination from the hospitality sector in Europe, it was my 3rd time in beautiful vienna, the man in Caroline spoilt it for me. The subway station to this hotel is Keplerplatz which is unsafe at night due to a lot of suss people _ mostly homeless . I expect a written apology as this kind of supremacy due to color is simply not civilised , we are polite despite our fabulous education _ we expect the same. I expect a full refund. People of colour_ Avoid the hotel. .

Great links to public transport - Lovely clean hotel Breakfast was really good Lovely little sun terrace, ideal for chilling after wandering around the city We were allocated a family room which was massive Helpful staff The room was really nice , very big but was at the front of the hotel on the first floor. The road outside the hotel is very busy especially the trains ( quite noisy ) so would definitely ask for a quiet room if we return If you are confident using public transport the location is great as many options , if you choose to walk it is quite a long way into the centre ..

• Sascha (9/5): Wenn wir Wien besuchen, kommen wir wieder! - Wir haben die Suite gebucht mit toller Aussicht auf zwei Terassen über die Stadt und reichlich Platz in der Unterkunft für unser Kleinkind zum erkunden. Das Bett war super, die Kissen auch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und Schalldicht gegen aussen. Die Möbel und Sanitäranlagen waren in einem sehr gutem Zustand. wir fühlten und während dem Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht sehr wohl. Die Elektroauto Ladestation wird zum Tarif von 40c/kWh (1:1 Energiepreis weitergabe vom Netzbetreiber gemäss Hotel) abgerechnet und ist separat neben dem Hotel in einer Grossen Garage mit viel Platz. Das Ein- und Ausladen mit viel Gepäck wegen dem Kind war aufwendig, bedingt dass das Auto nicht im Hotel stand, sondern neben an. Ein Kofferwagen wäre hilfreich gewesen oder hinter dem Hotel ein festgelegter Parkplatz zum ein- und ausladen. Die Rezeption wollte ein bisschen zu übereifrig helfen, war gut gemeint, aber ein Kofferwagen wäre wirklich besser gewesen. Ansonsten ist nichts zu bemängeln.

• Frank (9/5): Hervorragend - wir waren das zweite Mal in diesen Hotel und kommen wieder. - Die Lage des Hotels zur Straßenbahn (150 m) und zur U-Bahn (350 m) ist hervorragend. Mit 2 Stationen Straßenbahnfahrt erreicht man den Wiener Hbf. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, der Service im Haus insgesamt auch. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, so das man genug Platz hat. Es gibt nichts schlechtes zu berichten.

Doporučuji pro ty, kteří chtějí přicestovat do Vídně vlakem, jelikož je to v dostupné vzdálenosti od hlavního nádraží. Metro je od hotelu do 10 minut chůze a pokud chcete pouze pěšky, tak jste cca 30 minut od Belvedéru a poté navazují další památky města.

• Tatjana (7/5): Sehr nettes Hotel, leider ohne aktivierte Klimaanlage - Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt in der Nähe bzw. sogar direkt an einer (verschiedenen) Haltestellen, so dass es einfach ist überall hinzukommen Was unschön war, wir waren an den wärmsten Tagen im Mai da (bis 30 Grad), aber Klimaanlage war vom Hotelinhaber nicht aktiviert (und wurde auch nicht). Da es im Zimmer sehr! warm war, blieb uns nur die Fenster während der Nacht zu öffnen- leider lag unser Zimmer zur Hauptstraße 😬. Wir hatten Gottseidank gute Ohrstöpsel mit, sonst wäre an Schlaf nicht zu denken gewesen. Aber es war trotzdem immer noch sehr warm im Zimmer. Da fiel das unstete WLAN schon gar nicht weiter ins Gewicht oder das der Kühlschrank nich wirklich gekühlt hat.

• NECATİ ATAKUL (9/5): - İki cocuklu aile olarak oda genişliği gayet yeterli geldi. Metro durağına 5dk, tramvay durağına 3dk mesafede. Otelin önünden kalkan 14-a numaralı otobüs Mariahilfer caddesine gidiyor. Tramvay ve metro şehrin tüm gezilecek yerlerine ulaşabiliyor. Kahvaltıda seçenekler çeşitlendirilmeli

• Martina (8/5): Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt - Wie jedes Mal waren wir im Hotel Caroline gut untergebracht. Das Hotel ist nur 2 Trambahnhaltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und auch mit Bus und U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war mal wieder ausgezeichnet. Schön das es jetzt auch Rührei gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das kleine Badezimmer (wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann) in Zimmer 38 war für uns ältere und auch ein bisschen fülligere Personen wahrlich eine Zumutung. Das kannten wir aus früheren Aufenthalten anders.

• Iwona (10/5): Znakomity pobyt w hotelu. - Obiekt ładny. Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Łóżka wygodne, w łazience było wszystko co potrzeba. Śniadania smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Blisko dworca kolejowego, jeden przystanek metrem linią 1. A i do centrum było blisko, tylko 4 przystanki metrem do Stephansplatz. Pod hotelem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy, do metra ok. 400m. Blisko sklep spożywczy, ale i do ulicy gdzie jest wiele sklepów, restauracji itp. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Polecam ten hotel! Jedynie do czego mogłabym się przyczepić to, to kurz na szklanej półce pod lustrem w łazience. Ale to nie jest coś przez co obnażyłabym ocenę. Może akurat wtedy serwis sprzątający tego nie zauważył.

• Roel (9/5): Vriendelijk en correct personeel, accommodatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. - Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, alles werd goed en voldoende aangevuld. Personeel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt dicht bij metro en tram dus voldoende mogelijkheden om naar de diverse bezienswaardigheden te komen. De kamers zijn ruim met een moderne badkamer. Kan zo niets bedenken.
