• Heinz Otto (4/5): Vollkommen unbefriedigend - Parkplatz , Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten gebucht . Der Vermieter hat uns kurz vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt , dass diese Suite nicht mehr zur Verfügung stände , und uns aber eine vergleichbare Suite anbietet . Bekommen haben wir eine Dachkammer mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Doppelbett , sowie einer Schlafcouch in der Küche neben dem Kühlschrank ; an Schlafen nicht zu denken . In der Beschreibung dieser Ferienwohnung fehlt meiner Meinung nach der Hinweis , dass man die Koffer über vier Treppenläufe zu Wohnung ( 2. floor ) tragen muss .

Property was clean and warm. Great free coffee machine. Facilities were very basic. Toaster didn’t work, oven had several knobs missing. No microwave. Only two coffee mugs despite being three bedrooms. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Very noisy pigeons on roof immediately above bedrooms, cooing and scratching around all night every night, making it very difficult to sleep.

Комнаты большие и чистые. Санузел с биде и большой душевой кабиной приятно удивили. Жл станция в 5 минутах ходьбы. 10 минут на поезде и вы в центре Венеции. Поезда ходят часто. Последний поезд от Венеции открывает в 00.13.. Выбирайте станцию Venezia Mestre Ocpedale Ориентир-большой госпиталь. Есть бассейн ! Можно поставить пару бутылок воды. В инструкцию по заселению добавить информацию о станции Mestre Ospedale

We needed to go to the train station quickly, so they showed us how to get there and sent us the train timetable and a map. Very efficient staff. Thankyou for the stay. • Michael (7/5): Could be sooo much better :( - Pool was clean although none of the filters were operational meaning there were insects consistently present. Restaurant was good and value for money. Massive lack of communication. There was never anyone around in the morning and only when the restaurant opened at lunchtime were there any staff. There was little or no information in the ‘reception’ ( if you could call it that ) in case of emergency or if you had a problem. I called the phone number on the sign on the front of the property and it just went to voicemail. The owner only ever replied via the Booking.com messaging system - which, in fairness he did reply relatively quickly, but to get a decent rating here they must sort this out. We stayed for four days and the bins were never emptied - nor given the option of where to empty them ourselves. The bathroom needs updating (+ cleaning better) and our shower was small coupled with the shower head stand nearly falling off.

The B&B had no staff on site as they were away on holiday, this was not communicated prior to our arrival. This meant essentials like towels and toilet paper were not replenished. The restaurant was also closed without any prior warning, and given the location of the property, it was very difficult to find meals - we were expecting to be able to purchase breakfast and evening meals as is advertised as available

• Romain (6/5): Bien, mais décevant. - L'hôtel est très bien situé pour être à l'écart de la folie de Venise. 5mn (20mn à pieds) en voiture pour rejoindre la gare qui vous amène en 15mn dans le centre de Venise. Situé en plein coeur de champs de maïs et à proximité des voies ferrées, vous pourrez être isolé sans soucis. Centre commercial à 15mn à pieds et 3mn en voiture. Le restaurant étaient fermé, nous n'avons pas pu le tester. Nous en avons été informé à notre arrivée. Nous avons croisé du personnel parfois durant nos cinq nuits. Nous avion l'impression d'être dans un Airbnb plutôt qu'un hôtel ou un agriturismo. Appartement confortable, mais pas très propre. Appartement vieillissant et vendu pour cinq personnes. Cependant, une de nos filles dormait dans un couloir avec la lumière du jour dès 6h30. Deux fenêtre, et non des moindres, ne possèdent pas de volet. Appartement pour 4 personnes, aux vues des couverts disponibles. Pas horrible, mais pas très confortable. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans une sorte d'hôtel fantôme. Pas de personnel, piscine non entretenue, terrasse du restaurant en l'état...

Nicely placed residence in nature and really close to the train station, supermarket etc. Going to Venice while leaving the car and personal stuff at the well guarded hotel is awesome. Owner is really nice and welcoming. Although the apartment was cleaned just before arrival you can see many spots that are more dirty and that haven’t been cleaned in a while. It would be nice to have a bit of coffee pads and thea bags around on arrival.

• Vacancevoyeur (6/5): Prima verblijf op een top locatie wanneer je op doorreis Venetië wil bezoeken. - De locatie was fantastisch. Super dicht bij het openbaar vervoer om zo Venetie in te komen en je auto op een veilige plek achter te laten. Het restaurant beneden is ook echt een aanrader. Het interieur van het appartement is echt verouderd en veelvuldig gebruikt. We sliepen in het bovenste appartement en het dak is niet geïsoleerd. Hierdoor hoor je de duiven op het dak alsof ze in je kamer zijn

Gradina din fata apartamentului si terasa acestuia fac toti banii.Restaurantul locatiei este unul dintre cele mai bune din zona,cu preturi corespunzatoare si un bucatar extraordinar. Desi am inceput cu stangul relatia gazda-turist (datorita unor neintelegeri provocate de booking, a sustinut proprietarul locatiei) , nu au fost aspecte care sa provoace neplaceri.

Restauranten anbefales virkelig - Bra beliggenhet hvis du reiser med bil og ønsker bo utenfor Mestre. 10 min gang til togstasjonen som tar deg til Venezia på 18 min. Restauranten er helt super og anbefales. Vi bodde i suiten og jeg syns sengene var dårlige, sengetøyet, dyne og pute svært lav kvalitet.

• Els (9/5): - Ideale, rustige locatie als je met de wagen bent en Venetië wil bezoeken. Treinstation op wandelafstand. Binnen een half uurtje ben je in centrum Venetië. Ruim appartement. Zwembad is leuk om af te koelen na een dag in de stad.
• Sinisa (10/5): Very good place to stay in Mestre. - Surprisingly well positioned out of town location with a restaurant (lunch/dinner), swimming pool, spacious parking and good accommodation. Easy access by train to Venice. For people with limited mobility, the property has two upper floors with no lift.
• pryor (10/5): Amazing accommodation in the middle of Mestre for tranquil ultima or prima night stay near VCE!!! - Alessio was amazing/welcoming/helpful/accommodating. . .!!! to me, who arrived per solo, in advance of my friends, three of whom (a mother and two of her three daughters) were staying overnight w/me. . .then, was so similarly welcoming to the troupe of that family, dad and the oldest daughter in a car separate from mom as well as separate from the two daughters who drove yet another car. . .none of which were turned away from convening with me; for what I had invited as "dinner" (not knowing the restaurant, in residence was closed on Mondays. . .) We had yet another friend drive to enjoy a dinner coincidenza. . .fortunately, we all brought foods for a pre-dinner happy hr on the grounds; and were satisfied with our picnic, to not need to go out to dinner elsewhere. . .we thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and left what we thought was appropriate gratuity for the two additional family to all be at the pool together; as they have not been as all daughters are in university and/or other areas for work. . .a great/unexpected reunion. . .at a most amazingly amenity-filled, excellently located guest accommodation in Mestre. . .so isolated but graced with the nearby train line, encircled by local roads, but set far enough for no noise or light pollution, yet, so close to VCE. . .absolutely the best!!! I was unaware that the wall switch below the water heater in the apartment bath controlled that water heater; so two of the overnight guests showered w/out hot water. . .until we investigated more thoroughly. . .engaged in a bit of trial and error of switch this on; that off; that on; this off. . .a small label/sign there would be beneficial, even to vero italiani guests. (as my plus 3. . .) The balcony of the apartment was amazing for sky watching both in eve and am; with coffee. . .however, the three terracotta planters with skeletons of previously tended/now forgotten/flowering plants detract significantly from the charm of the balcony and the view. . .as an architect, I recommend the planters be removed from the railing and only two retained; each placed on floor at either side of the arch; and planted with a flowering vine, such as bougainvillea or other, (with cord placed to allow the vines to climb to the height of the arch; which would allow staff to readily water the boxes, without overspillage onto entry patio below; and continue the amazing "greenery theme" of the residence courtyard and pool, to thrive there, as well. . .the L-shaped lounger seating just outside of the restaurant in front/side yard (near pingpong table area of courtyard; but nearest the building) could benefit from being shifted (to the right as when facing it) to not have the roof downspout outfall onto the last cushion on the left. . .it was a bit sporky and damp with constant algae (yuk) and, the one umbrella (to the right of the L) which blew over, onto the head of the dad who was sitting exactly there on the lounger seating could be better ballasted during wind events. . .we tried to keep other items from blowing around, so hope such was helpful. . .the fact that the restaurant was closed only intrigues me to return here on my next travel thru VCE, to taste the specialties of the Grilliata!!!!

• Margit (10/5): Wir kommen definitiv wieder – 100 % Empfehlung! - Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Mestre! Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage im Baco da Seta verbringen zu dürfen – und es war rundum perfekt. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war einfach ausgezeichnet: Frisch, geschmackvoll und zu wirklich moderaten Preisen. Eine echte Seltenheit! Das Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam, aber niemals aufdringlich – man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben, ohne dass es zu viel wird. Unser Appartement war ein Traum: stilvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und richtig gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine kleine Oase – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Venedig oder einfach zum Genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight: Am Abreisetag durften wir – obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten – den Pool noch kostenlos nutzen, bis unser Zug ging. Das war nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, mit wie viel Herz und Gastfreundschaft dieser Ort geführt wird. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – 100 % Empfehlung!

• Boris (10/5): Super Lage für Kurztrip. - Die Lage zu Venedig ist sehr gut. Wir haben ein Taxi genommen, preislich lag es bei 35€ für drei Personen. Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kochherd, alles was man brauchen könnte für einen Kurztrip. Restaurant gleich nebenan im selben Gebäude und die Besitzerfamilie(allesamt sehr nett!) ist immer vor Ort, falls man etwas braucht. Sehr kleine Duschkabine, und gewisse Ecken/Möbelstücke sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

• Jean-Jacques (9/5): - - Parking privé, nous permettons de laisser notre voiture sur place le long de notre séjour. - Gare à 10-15 minutes à pied, grâce à un chemin privé qui nous permettait d'éviter de faire un grand détour avec ligne directe pour Venise. - Responsable sympathique - Belle piscine à disposition, idéal en cas de beau temps. - Excellent restaurant dans le complexe, parfait après une longue journée - Grande terrasse avec notre appartement - Sans véhicule, accès un peu distant avec des bagages.
