- Roulien (8/5): Valeu cada centavo. - O Flat está bem localizado, em frente ao Complexo Matarazzo e bem atrás do MASP. Além disso, a equipe é super simpática. As acomodações são confortáveis. O café da manhã servido no restaurante é ótimo, assim como o restaurante à noite. Embora esteja sofrendo reforma, as equipes de limpeza são eficientes. O lugar é maravilhoso. com certeza, voltarei. Embora não tenha me incomodado tanto, o ar condicionado não estava funcionado, assim como a TV a cabo. Reclamamos no primeiro dia, e os problemas foram solucionados naquele instante, mas no dia seguinte nada estava funcionando. Como se tratava de uma viagem rápida a trabalho e estava frio, estes problemas não nos incomodaram. Sugeriram a troca de quarto, mas isso não foi necessário.

- Corinne (9/5): - Excellent emplacement à deux pas de l'avenida Paulista. Vue exceptionnelle depuis le toit-terrasse. Grand appartement, avec chambre à part et balcon. Jacuzzi dans la salle de bain. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Comme souvent, l'isolation phonique n'est pas excellente et, même depuis un étage élevé, le bruit de la circulation automobile s'entend.

- Arthur (7/5): AVALIAÇÃO HOSPEDAGEM - Jacuzzi, vista para a Paulista, piscina e o tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Não gostei que não tinha talheres, pratos ou fósforos para acender o fogão (já que ele não era elétrico), não tinha papel toalha. No banheiro tinha somente dois rolos de papel higiênico. O armário do quarto as duas últimas portas tinham um cheiro ruim dentro dele. TV que não é smart.

Es dificil dormir con el ruido de la caja del aire acondicionado. El desayuno sin opciones solicitadas de Gluten free y cero lacto. NO tienen adaptadores para poder usar el computador.

Banheiro pequeno e banheira dispensável e desajeitada pra quem quer só tomar banho. Instalações do banheiro não são muito novas. Tomadas também poderiam ser de três pontas, ou as que se usam atualmente. Poderia ter tomadas pra celular perto das camas.

- Hermínio Antonio (8/5): Satisfatória - Localização e café da manhã. Tive um problema no ato da reserva, pela segunda vez. Não sei se é problema da booking ou do hotel, mas nas duas vezes, meu cartão foi recusado no ato da reserva (sendo que este cartão funciona em todas as outras reservas que faço pelo booking). Nesta segunda vez, além de eu pagar o valor no hotel, tive um débito no meu cartão de um valor parecido e eles confirmam que não foi deles. Acredito que eu tenha caído em algum golpe virtual, não sei se atrelado ao site do booking ou ao processamento entre booking e o hotel.

A conservação do quarto apresentou falhas. A cantoneira da cortina da varanda e do roupeiro estavam se soltando. A cortina box estava com manchas de mofo. Na academia a iluminação estava fraca.

- Jéssika (4/5): Consistently room changes, good location, many issues sith rooms - Location was great and the staff tried their best to be supportive They made me change rooms at least 4 times: the first two rooms didn't have plugs in the room area, then they gave me an appropriate room but by the time i got there with my things, they said the room was already reserved so then they gave me a new room. The new room's door was hard to close, it was stuck a bit and we had to pull it hard, so when the cleaning ladies came they left the ROOM DOOR OPENED!!!' I was so scared when i got back and my room was opened. Then again they sent maintenance and tried to fix the door, but they couldn't and made me change rooms again.
- Javier (1/5): Avoid this hotel. Really bad service, premises and people - Absolutely nothing. They offer things on the web that aren’t true. Breakfast was bad. Room was very very old, looked dirty. Toilettes were open half of them, it wasn’t reviewed from previous guess. Smell was awful. Free WIFI… well, it’s free yes, but internet was extremely slow. Asked reception for help. Nothing was done. Next day it was even worse, no connection at all, we had to pay a SIM card to get decent internet. They sell it as apartment with kitchenette and kitchenware. Not a single glass in the kitchen! They say that there is valet parking, but only at their willingness, we were said to park ourselves but charged the full amount… really terrible experience. We moved to another hotel and wow… what a change! Avoid this one.

- Douglas (5/5): - Ótima localização, perto da Paulista, cama confortável e estrutura de apartamento com frigobar e fogão. Porém, disponibilizar fogão sem oferecer panelas ou utensílios torna o recurso praticamente inútil. É um detalhe que compromete a proposta.
- susigi (7/5): Dachterrasse geschlossen - Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig mit Küchenzeile und Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir durften kostenlos am letzten Tag bis 14Uhr im Zimmer bleiben. Die Dachterrasse war geschlossen, da der Poolbereich umgebaut wurde. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen der Dachterrasse und der angeblich tollen Aussicht gebucht. Wir wurden beim Einchecken nicht darüber informiert. Wie kann man einen Pool im Sommer schließen???
