- Carolyn (5/5): No recourse if using Booking.com and something goes wrong with the reservation. - No recourse when booking on Booking.com if you don’t receive the room you booked or have an issue. We did not get the room we reserved and paid for (one night). Once the large group left the next day we got our room but the others clearly had priority over our reservation. Staff wasn’t truthful. Front desk reservation staff were not truthful. The staff in the restaurant and the others were great.

- Sindy (5/5): It’s ok for the money paid , lovely hotel but there are some issues that need solving to elevate ser - The hotel is aesthetically pleasing , looks classy They don’t have enough supply for towels , they knock early so they can wash towels and you have to wait until for them to be dry to have them back . Also a staff member made an odd ask for me to given them cash in exchange for a staff voucher they couldn’t use . I think that’s not appropriate behaviour. Maybe I’m just pedantic . The fridge was not working at all I informed staff and they promised to “ look into it” and never did . The room was beautiful bit it was hot and stuffy .

- Lucy (1/5): - Honestly nothing much, except for the guy who tried to reach out after I expressed my disappointment 😔 Arrived late, after 22:00 dead tired, when I got to the reception was informed by a Lady who was working that they are offline to wait until back on line in order to be checked in. Waited to be informed that they back on line and that didn't happen, only +/- 40 minutes later when I went back to actually go request for refund and go book somewhere else. As I was exhausted and needed to check out at 05:00 to travel to Mpumalanga. Got a gentleman who was very kind unfortunately was so disappointed at that time. However was kind and told me that they've been back online for a while, when I asked but why didn't they tell me then as was informed to sit and wait. And that I was sitting there the whole time. The room was not clean seemed like someone just woke up with the TV playing some series on SABC, and bedding for the other bed with creases. So no, I didn't enjoy my stay
