- Nicola (6/5): - Comfortable bed Very helpful lovely staff Location- on a busy road with lots of traffic noise. To get to the historic centre one had to cross an extremely busy road. Also I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel , more a bed and breakfast.

As I was traveling alone as my husband could not come with me, staff were very helpful to show me how to get to some local place, Tget were kind, friendly and helpful as well.

AC, comfortable bed, desk, storage, everything you need for a good stay. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. No complaints

Un hôtel boutique à la fois discret et plein de douceur et de caractère. Bon rapport qualité prix. L'espace petit déjeuner que du coup nous n'avons pas pris.

- Juan (10/5): Super lugar para estancia en Oaxaca - Me gusto mucho que es un lugar pequeño, con buena atención, buena limpieza y que tienen varios detalles hacia los huéspedes y la habitación, como por ejemplo un frigobar. No hay nada que no me gustara como tal, quizás el único detalle que note es que el estacionamiento es reducido en tamaño, lo que dificultaría la entrada a algún vehiculo grande.

- Megan (9/5): Lovely place just outside of the historical centre - The property is lovely, the room had lots of space and the bathroom had great water pressure. It was good to have a separate toilet too. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. The staff were really helpful and kind, we were greeted with a shot of Mezcal which was great! The location was about a 20 minute walk out of the centre and on a busy road, however the walk is easy and taxis are around to get you back at night.

It was quite close to the bus station but not directly located in the city center. Yet easy walkable. We tried the breakfast once, it was ok but not fantastic.

- Kristan (10/5): - This was excellent stay for us. Yes, it’s on a very busy road, but the rooms are tucked in a garden courtyard. The location made it easy to explore neighborhoods we hadn’t seen before. We walked toward El Llano park and has an amazing meal at Elefante Cafe.

El recepcionista que se queda “de guardia” en la noche es poco servicial e inaccesible. Si llegas tarde en la noche prepárate para esperar a que te habrán, a veces tardan. Avise que mi esposo llegaba más tarde y no le permitieron entrar a la habitación, se quedó horas esperando afuera de la habitación. En general el servicio es pobre, el lugar es acogedor, las recepcionistas del día si son amables.

- Horacio (8/5): Muy atenta estancia - El personal es mucho más que amable, nos dieron consejos e indicaciones que nos sirvieron de mucho, muchas gracias!! El baño tiene un marco de puerta que tiene una altura de más de 3 metros, pero la puerta de cristal solo tiene al rededor de 2 metros de altura, así que queda un claro de 1 metro sin cerrar. El resultado es el equivalente a tener un baño sin puerta en cuanto a aislamiento acústico. Para algunas personas esta falta de privacidad puede ser importante. A pesar de que hay entre 8 o 10 habitaciones, el estacionamiento, que se dice tiene el hotel, es solo para 3 automóviles. Sin importar que tú hayas reservado y hablado al hotel para decir que llegarás en automóvil, el estacionamiento puede estar ocupado y tendrás que dejarlo en la avenida.

There was plenty of filtered water. The room was small and noise traveled in easily. Bed not very comfortable. The outdoor space was not made accessible or easy to use by guests. The room did not have any type of outdoor seating.

The facilities were safe, clean, and felt like a gorgeous little oasis within Oaxaca. Our highlight of the accommodation were the incredible staff. Ever morning we were kindly greeted in the breakfast area where we would have morning coffee. We looked forward to seeing Daniel each day who was always so positive and helpful!

They were always very friendly and great at helping us with whatever we needed. Only negative thing i can say is the water pressure of the shower was not good at all... i had to wait for weird hours to shower when i knew no one else was showering lol

The whole staff greeted us helped us call a taxi and gave amazing recommendations on what we should prioritize visiting. The hotel is super clean and very neat. My mom is a tough critic when it comes to cleanliness and she said this was amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay that was so comfortable to stay at. Felt like home.

- Atsuko (9/5): Cozy and lovely boutique hotel with great staff - We stayed at Casa los Cantaros for 9 nights on our first visit to Oaxaca City. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offered breakfast in a quiet area in the courtyard. The staff members were all friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and comfortable there. The location was just north of core “downtown” area, but it was within 10-15 minute walk to most of the popular destinations, and 30 minute to the south most area of the central zone. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We didn’t mind being a little outside of the central area (it was close to a very good Telcel store and one of the best restaurants we tried as well). If you don’t like to walk much, you may find it less convenient.

The receptionist were helpful but at times there was miscommunication between us very few amenities could’ve had bottled water and breakfast was not included

- Rajeev (6/5): - Quiet area. Ok hotel. Lady at reception was very helpful. All receptionist spoke no English, making it difficult to translate and communicate. Property is not close to the main area of interest ti tourist. Especially when you are tired from walking you want to be close to your hotel to relax and refresh before getting out again. Far to go back and forth. 1 Coffee packet for coffee maker was provided in the room. After that you have to pay for next days coffee. Stone Floor was dirty on first day. Other days it felt like you always had dirty feet. Shower had mold and drain right in the center where you stood.

The bedroom they gave us was behind a school super loud kids yelling weren’t able to rest, and I did specifically asked for a quiet room. You only get one time free coffee the next days they charge, first time that ever happened.

- Claudia (6/5): - Reportamos que estaba sucia la regadera y al día siguiente en lugar de hacer la limpieza, solo tendieron las camas. No hicieron aseo de la habitación y la regadera igual sucia. En el desayuno del primer día el café era sólo agua pintada, sin sabor y sin café.
