- eva (10/5): Great location, best staff, amazing pool, felt like home! - Firstly the owner is the kindest and helpful man, very thoughtful and does his outmost to cater to your needs as a guest. I asked for a silent room which I got, the building and furniture are cool historically and the cleaning was good for my standards. The pool is well kept and big for good swims, morning and lunch you have the sun too. I loved it there and would be back for the staff and calmness the accommodation gav me. Nothing!

- Noemie (7/5): - L'emplacement est top. L'accueil est sympathique Il manque de quoi poser ses bagages. Chambre légèrement étroite a plusieurs Nous avons laissé notre linge a la laverie de l'hôtel. Plusieurs vêtements nous ont ete rendu abîmé et délavé. Des sous vêtements qui ne nous appartenaient pas nous ont ete donné. Nous logeons là-bas 5 nuits et on nous a désigné les chambres coté rue qui sont extrêmement bruyante. Impossible de dormir tellement la circulation est dense jour et nuit. Il y avait des bêtes dans une des salles de bain.

The beds were not very comfortable, there was a lot of noise from the mosque beside the hotel and the motor bikes throughout the night. It would have been nice to have a shelf or dresser for clothes - our clothes were on the floor because we didn’t have anywhere to put anything.

Outside of central but near to the river, cheap to travel by Grab to other areas. We arrived a day late due to transport issue but the host was very accommodating and changed our booking to a day later for the same price which was unexpected and very gracious considering it was entirely our error. Would recommend and likely book again on return from Chiang Rai No issues.

Op de boven verdieping een aangenaam gemeenschappelijk balkon met tafeltjes en stoelen, waar je wat kan chillen met uitzicht op het mooie zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel (was zeer sympathiek en begripvol met onze verkeerde boeking/datum). We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, dus wel een beetje lawaai van het verkeer. Naast moskee, maar die hoorde je maar zeer stilletjes.

Bij aankomst lagen er al een aantal bruine haren op de grond en op bed. Ook de wc zag er niet fris uit. Ze verwisselen alleen de handdoeken elke dag, maar verder maken ze niet schoon. Verder waren de bedden ook enorm hard

The hotel itself was cute and charming, and the staff were very friendly, in addition to the 2 cats that live there. It was a great value at only $28.50 per person per night. It's on a main road and it was very, very loud. Many noises of cars going by where our room was and hard to fall asleep. I also wish there was food offered here.

Hotel nás zklamal, pokoj byl tmavý, skoro bez denního světla, náš pokoj měl rozbitý odpad u umyvadla, takže protékal na zem. Sprcha byla také rozbitá, protože horní hlavice stříkala vodu po celé koupelně. Wifi připojení bylo hrozné. Klimatizace zapáchala, v pokoji byl nakyslý zápach a vlhko. Jediné pozivitní bylo, že nám pan majitel vyměnil pokoj za jiný.

You can buy soft drinks and beer at reception and the staff were nice. I would stay here again. Location was great, walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

- Jeremy (8/5): Decent place, in a good location, but terrible WiFi - The room was fine. Had a bed with a firm, but fine mattress, and everything worked. The desk where I could work was very nice to have. The seating and pool were very nice, had outlets for working, and ok WiFi (about 35Mbps upload and download). There as a king sized bed in the room, which I used, and then another single bed, which took up space and made the room feel pretty cramped. The WiFi in the room was unusable. I could not get a strong enough signal in my room on the 3rd floor to effectively do anything.

Bedrooms with the glass showers are very beautiful and the pool at night with all the lights, so nice to sit by - comfortable beds - clients were mostly families. Very quiet and friendly, no noise, no party people - staff is kind and helpful - you can bring your own food and dine there in the main hall, there's no restaurant but there's tables and chairs. Good local coffees and restaurants for an authentic experience. NB: This area and the hotel are NOT bougie. Expect what you're getting for the price. - the area : it's not supposedly an attractive area but we very much liked it. 2mn walk there is the Changpuak night market from 5pm, delicious food and more locals than tourists which after visiting the other night markets like the Night Bazaar, you will appreciate if you don't like crowds. You are walking distance to the old town and pretty much anything if you like walking, or by taxi just 5-10mn. We rented bikes one day to discover more places outside of the old town and it was a great way to get around Paying for bottles of water. Everything else was perfect

Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The ONLY thing was the bed. It was too hard.
