- Tara (7/5): as you felt guilty. Constantly observed to make sure you are obliging by the rules. - Cleanliness. Junior Suite room with sea view. Location. Food was generally good. Very comfortable beds. Staff apart from 1 were very friendly and helpful. Very strict rules. 1. Can’t move sun beds without being made to feel guilty for doing it. 2. Can’t take drinks out of the restaurant. 3. Can’t eat by the pool. 4. Supervisor in blue by the pool was militant and constantly watching to ensure rules were not broken.
- sharonmL3546HN (10/5): Fabulous Holiday - Location brilliant, rooms lovely and clean also cleaned daily, atmosphere all good very friendly staff, food plenty to choose from,
Said, the entertainment guy is so funny we feel so comfortable with him and join in the game when ever we can..we have a good laugh.. it’s our 4th time here all the bar staff..restaurant manager Eais they all remember us by name and make us very welcome, will always return, 5 star ⭐
- 223traceym (10/5): Amazing Holiday - 4th time back, staff feel like family now, very friendly, beautiful hotel, clean, perfect location, animation guy Said is lovely he likes to make your holiday fun, has also become a friend, the staff always make us feel very welcome, would highly recommend, 5 star ⭐
- Companion20838034606 (6/5): Holiday experience - We booked this Hotel then after reading some reviews we did think that we might have made a mistake . We have just returned and wanted to do an honest review. On arrival the Staff at the Hotel were lovely and informative, our room was 338 which was quite small but was clean ,we noticed on other reviews about a lack of hanging space, this was very true ,a small wardrobe but not full length to hang my wife dresses, she had to make do,with hanging them over the back of a chair, people said about a lack of sun beds,we never had a problem the main pool is not in the sun all day, tip get the beds opposite the main restaurant as they seem to have the sun on them most of the day, only a few umbrellas and they are fixed to the floor. Entertainment in the evening was ok nothing special, but the seating areas were mainly wicker chairs and were very uncomfortable , the restaurant served a lot of various dishes ,and you could always make a meal . Hotel is in a good location, with plenty of bars and restaurants and shops nearby all in all we did have a lovely relaxing week here, and as its Adults only but would not say 4*, you had a mix of age groups, would we go back probably not as it didnt wow us .
- 566JulieB (10/5): Fresh and clean hotel - This place was lovely, close to shops and food courts. The hotel was lovely and clean with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was lovely too. We would definitely recommend here.
- Uģis (7/5): Normal resting place - Location Quite loud and low-level entertainment in the evenings, the water in the pools was cold, the dining area was quite small, and the room was only cleaned in the late afternoon.
- U8896EAclaireb (10/5): Great fun at Ereza - Brilliant activities and hosts, Good holiday enviroment, Hotel clean and tidy.
Throughly enjoyed the daytime activities
- iancB3712NE (8/5): Great value, will return - A lovely hotel with great staff, decent food and drink in a nice resort.
If you get the chance to upgrade to a seaview junior suite then do it as it's worth every penny
- 588sheenat (10/5): Fabulous holiday - Lovely hotel, the room was really nice, the bed was comfortable, we had a fantastic sea view, there were some negative reviews regarding the food, but it was lovely plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and we would definitely go back
- debbiejA973BD (10/5): Great hotel. - Stayed for 5 nights with my mum and will definitely be back.
Room was large and clean with a side sea view and very comfortable beds. Clean towels etc. every day.
Food was good quality and was better than some other 4* hotels I have stayed to in the canaries.
Wine was very drinkable although the cocktails could have been better.
Pool area and hot tub area very nice and quiet with lovely views.
Staff were really what made this hotel. So friendly and quickly remembering that you are all inclusive and your favourite drink orders.
Chairs in the bar could do with replacing and entertainment could be better. But with so many bars nearby we headed out a few times if we didn’t fancy the in house entertainment.
Had a lovely few days and very good value with Jet2.
- mikehill102 (10/5): A fantastic holiday!! - We have just returned from a week at Ereza Mar. We were a little wary of going, having read some of the reviews, combined with the Spanish airtraffic controllers strike, the potential baggage handlers strike and the new EES system.
It turned out to be the smoothest airport experience We have ever had. We were the only plane and we were straight through customs and collected our cases very quickly.
The transfer was 45ish minutes as there were 9 drop offs, but still not bad at all.
The receptionist was extremely courteous, helpful and efficient.
All of the staff were equally as friendly.
Our room was ready and it was spacious and clean, with a 'glass' balcony over looking a footpath and a partial sea view.
The beds were amongst the most comfortable we have ever had on holiday.
The sunbed situation was not too bad, apart from the usual selfish people saving beds with towels etc. The pools were great. On the 'roof' were more sunbeds, with a sauna, 2 hot tubs and 3 cabana beds. Spotless again and with the amazing views, this was our favourite place to soak up the sun.
The all inclusive food and drink were the usual offerings, with no complaints from us whatsoever from us. Always something to eat. Absolutely minimum queuing, ans always smiley staff to help.
The situation of the hotel was brilliant with the best seafront walks we have seen. All flat, block paved and went for miles. Plenty of bars and eateries with in easy walking distance.
I suppose there were a few (very picky) negatives. We felt a little background music round the pool and early evening would have added to the experience. More comfortable outside seating for a night would have also been good and stuff name badges would also be helpful.
The evening entertainment was sporadic but with local bars being so close, we could be choosy!
Overall, a fantastic week. We would definitely recommend Ereza Mar, and will definitely return!!
- 482basilj (10/5): Just Fantastic - my wife &I just got home from this fantastic hotel, the Manager Nelson a big man with a big heart & Louise & other people at Reception were all helpful, the Restaurant had so much choice with special dishes at every meal we were only half board , but had buck's fizz every morning and wine or beer all free ,the rooms are all very clean and towels and linen changed daily, the staff infact everyone at this hotel made you feel welcome we go away 3&4 times a year and this is the best we have stayed in,we were not treated as guests. ! we and everyone were treated like one of the family , certainly going back there soon, what a find, and I'm 93yrs old and Disabled so they cater for everyone and nothing is any trouble to make your stay a dream,, thank you all .
- Starresources (10/5): Excellent value for money - great location - 4 star (but not 5 star) - We've just returned from a week, all inclusive stay at this hotel, booked with Jet2.
Overall, the Ereza Mar offers excellent value for money. Whilst it's not 5 star accommodation the staff are very courteous, polite and friendly and do everything they can to meet your needs.
BEDROOM: had a lovely sea view with adequate sized, private, balcony. The laminate flooring had separated in several places - probably as it was washed every day - but didn't really bother us. As a previous reviewer observed, coffee was not supplied in the room (so we brought our own) a kettle, tea and fridge/minibar were available. Flat screen TV with very few English channels available. The view from the balcony was picturesque and extended to the infinity pool also. The early morning sunbed baggers were placing towels by 07.15 - so there were none available for the unaware!
BATHROOM: clean, adequate, walk-in shower and basin. Towels were changed frequently; lashings of hot water.
POOL BAR: great service with Sangria, draught beer (and soft drinks) included along with several food refreshments.
DINING ROOM: was large enough to accommodate all guests and, once the staff got to know you there was no need to provide a room number. The food was of an above average standard and whilst I chose mainly salad a cold meats there was a full spectrum of the usual fish, meat, chips and Canarian potatoes. Wine and beer to help yourself and a great selection of desserts. At breakfast, made-to-order omelettes were superb - so no complaints from any of the food: we loved it all.
RECEPTION: knowledgeable and friendly staff were on hand to welcome and advise.
PARKING: we hired a car an, whilst limited parking was available, it entailed making a tricky multi-point turn to get the car out of the (private) high-kerbed parking space.
SUMMARY: A great stay, with no need for any other purchases of food. The area is mostly flat with plenty to see. (We didn't use any entertainment facilities so can't comment on these.)
- Ramón Castilla (7/5): - La habitación y el personal muy amable y su ubicacion La piscina está rodeado por el hotel y en muchas ocasiones carece de sol
- Steph (7/5): Quiet hotel, not for families or groups. - Nice hotel, really clean rooms, great views. Super location. Lots of staff were quite rude and not seeming to want to make holiday makers feel welcome. Reception staff were great but bar and pool staff really unfriendly and had ridiculous rules.
- fabrizio (9/5): -
- 96paulf (2/5): Not worth it - Been for a week, STAFF ARE FIRST RATE, and that’s all good I can say.
Food is only good at lunch, breakfast lucky if it’s Luke warm, evening dinner is rubbish
Drinks, more alcohol content in coke cola than the beer
Entertainment, is BLOOOOOODDDDYYYY AWEFUL
Rooms, very second rate,
Hotel, needs millions spending to bring it up to scratch, toilets hanging off the walls and urinals not working.
Restaurant, why they have a flight of stairs in the restaurant is beyond me, when the core clientele are older people, GET IT SORTED
NOT, a place for youngsters.
Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back
Only good thing was the weather, which I’ve been told can be hit and miss
- Guarnerio (9/5): - Buona
- Zoe (8/5): Lovely - Hotel was great, super clean, attentive and friendly staff who work incredibly hard. The bed was the comfiest I have ever experienced!! The hot tubs and sauna on the roof were a great addition. I'm a bit of a fussy eater but I thought the food was excellent, there was always something I liked. The desserts were amazing. Location was excellent- close to the beach. I never had to wait long to get a drink. Cleaners would also leave chocolates in the room which was nice. Overall I had a great stay and I think the value for money was excellent. The hotel could be more strict on people reserving sunbeds for long periods of time. I saw some people disappear for hours but reserved the best beds (e.g. the sunbeds by the infinity pool and the beds on the roof). A water dispenser on the roof would also be great so you don't have to go down 4 flights of stairs to refill. Breakfast was also sometimes not that warm. Overall was great though!
- laura (10/5): - Everything thankyou!
Though I didnt join in with any of the evening activities but I could have
Pools lovely, staff great!
Good value the food at hotel and delicious!
View from room great!
Just found the swap book area last day of my stay but that was perfect as I left a book and brought 2 with me for flight home.
Complimentary shower on departure day and continued use of Pools fabulous many thanks! It was fine but I thought the coffee at the eating area was a bit weak and tasted more like hot chocolate than coffee!
Other than that everything perfect thsnkyou very much!
- sallycatherine65 (8/5): A nice hotel - Stayed here over easter for 5 nights, upgraded from B&B to AI which was very reasonable. staff very friendly, room was modern and cleaned daily to a good standard. This hotel is in a good position literally 5 mins from bars and restaurants. Food was pretty good plenty of choice and hot. Drinks were okay typical AI standard. I would definitely return as we felt it was good value for what we paid.
- Paul (7/5): -
- flopcop (6/5): No vegetarian menu options - You get what you pay for.Food is better than I expected but there is little or no food on menu for vegetarians.
Everything at pool bar had meat.
Please can this be corrected, even a cheese sandwich would surffice.
Apart from this very we are content with the hotel and staff are pleasant
- anthonyrS2354RX (8/5): Good and bad - Room was a junior suite and was excellent . Views were amazing and location is excellent. Hotel was very well kept and clean .
Food is poor enough no variety. We were all inclusive and wouldn’t go all inclusive here again. Food was very processed and basic. Alcohol was the pits . The wine in the restaurant was like petroleum. Ye need to get rid of that cocktail machine it’s terrible. Also adults should have more cop on than to run the gauntlet at stupid o clock to hold sun loungers. I know it happens everywhere but if management stopped it once then it would stop .
- Hellin (9/5): Rauhallisuus ja hyvä palvelu, runsas aamiainen, siinä avaimet hyvän loman viettoon. - Pidimme sijainnista, rakennuksesta, ympäristöstä, merestä ja super ihanasta huone siivoojasta. Rauhallinen sijainti. Hotellissa kaikki toimi hyvin. Saimme nopeasti apua pariin pulmaan. Vuoden oli kehno, nariseva ja liian pehmeä. Olisi hyvä, jos hotelli tarkistaisi vuoteet.
- Maria del Pilar (9/5): - El personal muy amable La animación podría mejorar un poco más
- Saranainen (10/5): Mahtava hotelli - Upealla paikalla mahtava hotelli. Rakastettiin ruokia, ruoat olivat erittäin hyvät ravintolassa! Meillä oli all inclusive paketti.
- Teadrinkingcakeating (6/5): Not a 4 star - Clean enough, nice enough hotel, but not a 4 star, not enough sun beds for number of guests, food is good but breakfast generally lukewarm. Only able to get 2 drinks means you can’t fetch for everyone and have to give room number feels like being watched, just give the all inclusive wristbands. Drinks are ok but small cups, cocktails are from a machine and are sickly sweet syrup with cooking alcohol. Bar staff walk of to do other jobs and leave you standing, waiting at the bar while one ignores people and stocks up. Its cheap enough for what you get but nothing special.
- Charles (10/5): Can be whatever you want it to be has potential for everyone - Shower food junior suite and brilliant view Entertainment needs an upgrade
- Storyteller814172 (10/5): Super hotel - A super friendly hotel. All staff were very helpful. Good location. We would agree it's a 4 star hotel but we had nothing to complain about and do would give it a 5
- Amanda (8/5): Great location for our short break - Fantastic location - all we could hear from our room was the waves of the sea Paying cash deposits for the safe and towels
- Q1373WKpaulr (8/5): A nice, good value for money hotel - This hotel is good for the price.
Lots of positives and a few negatives. From check in to restaurant, staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with nice comfortable twin beds. We asked if they could be made into a double and by the time we returned from a walk that had been done. The room was kept very clean by the staff and a chocolate on the bed was a nice touch. You need to pay for the room safe at reception and rent the pool towels.
The food in the restaurant was really good. The salad bar was especially good and there was always something on offer at the hot section, even roast beef with yorkshire puddingson Sunday, a good selection of desserts and help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks for those on half board (which is what we booked) which I think is brilliant. I would say that the food is typical at a buffet style hotel. The pool area is quite spacious but there seems to be a shortage of sun loungers and staff are quick to stop you moving the loungers in certain areas but allow people to reserve them with towels even though they may not sit on them all day. I noticed some people reserving several loungers in different locations. The hotel has 2 pools and unless you reserve yourself a lounger by the infinity pool very early in the morning, you stand no chance. We will never reserve a sun lounger, if you want to reserve it, sit on it is my mantra. The second pool is in the centre of the hotel in a sort of atrium where it gets the sun on one side in the morning and the other side in the afternoon. This area echoes so can seem quite noisy, particularly in the evening during and after the entertainment. The location of the hotel is good for exploring the area and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We travel frequently and have stayed in all sorts of accommodation and I think that, at it's price point, it is a very good hotel
- Q7386AKvickym (4/5): Look elsewhere - I wouldn’t return…… booked with 2 friends, so 3 of us, arrived checked in all good, got to the room, view over the sea was amazing, bedroom 2 single beds all good, 3rd bed was a camp bed with a very thin mattress, and just a sheet, asked for a better bed and was told no other rooms available, I had to ask for a duvet like the single beds and a king size quilt arrived for a camp bed!!!!! I could have the sofa made up if I wanted, there was hair on the floor from previous visitors and fluff and dust, only 2 chairs on the balcony so again, asked for another chair. Food - shocking, the selection was poor, my friend couldn’t eat there so had to go out lunch and eve meals. Didn’t see 1 entertainment staff during the day, especially as the weather wasn’t good nothing was put on to extra to keep guests happy. To think we paid over £500 each for 4 nights was shocking for what we got, including a bad back from a camp bed…… I would stay clear for here in future

- Lia (10/5): Fantastic Hotel. Will definitely stay again. - Beautiful hotel. Central to everything. There's a sauna and jacuzzi up on the roof and a fabulous infinity pool. Everything is so clean. The bedrooms have very comfortable pillows and mattresses and air conditioning and a super strong shower. Really nice touches in your room like chocolates left on the bed. Fridge with drinks and snacks, big fluffy great quality bath towels and dressing gown robes. Also a courtesy handy bag with toothbrush shower hat sewing kit etc in it. The chambermaids and reception staff are all brilliant at their job. A special thanks to Aaron who is a really nice receptionist, he made sure that I got the same room that I requested as before, and also Louise who is also really nice, she was beyond fantastic at helping me when I had an issue on departure. The breakfast bacon and sausages are awful. Nothing like European sausages and bacon, which was a shame as those two things alone can make the breakfast either good or bad for visitors who are used to much better quality in their own countries. Also the coffee comes from a machine and is totally bland and tasteless. Things that could be very easily fixed.
- 39tonyh (6/5): Nice hotel but average food and service. - Good points: The hotel itself is in a good location in the resort, our room overlooking the sea was clean and we found most restaurant and reception staff very pleasant.
The food was okay but I wouldn't say 4 Star, very samey most days and certain things were luke warm at best. We met a few new friends on this holiday and had fun amongst ourselves so that was a bonus.
The pools looked inviting enough but certainly weren't heated and as the weather wasn't great the week we were there, hardly anybody used them. A shame. The life guard was bored out of his skull.
Bad points: Bar staff aren't the best, they are more interested in disappearing somewhere then serving drinks. For example, when the pool bar closes the main lounge area is opened straight away ready for the evening's entertainment (?). However, the bar staff disappear to clear down the pool bar so there was always a queue of people waiting to get refreshments in the main bar. When they did eventually return there was no apology for the people waiting 5 mins or more before getting served etc. They need another member of staff to clear down the pool bar separately but I guess that means extra hours and extra wages ...
The seating in the main bar/entertainment lounge are mostly wicker chairs without any cushions so people were borrowing the ones on a back seating area. They were really uncomfortable and a poor choice of seating for the main social area, especially for the age group that use this adult only hotel.
Entertainment is pretty dire. The entertainments manager has the personality of a snail and doesn't say hello or anything as he walks past everyone. The quiz night and bingo night were so drawn out and boring and the musical acts we did see were pretty average.
Our weather was poor so we spent a lot of time in the hotel and it's not the greatest place to be in this situation as the main bar is closed during the day and the seating near the pool bar (which is mostly covered by a walkway above but the wind still howls through) is again very uncomfortable.
Snacks in the pool bar are poor and they have to be asked for rather than help yourself. Not much choice, a few cakes and bits of pizza. No chips or lollies or ice cream, just bland stuff.
So not that impressed overall and certainly wouldn't book this hotel again.
- Camper434860 (8/5): Lovely hotel in perfect location - First off dont get transfer from the airport to the hotel. Its quicker to get a taxi, 10 mins tops for 20 euros otherwise youll take an hour. The hotel is great, has a stand out bright blue roof which you can see you from a distance.
Its very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful. We had a 3rd floor room will spacious balcany. The room is spacious with tv. You can connect your smart phone to it to watch Netflix and Prime etc. Has a sliding door for bathroom which was a bit odd.
Hotel has hottubs on the roof and a sauna.
2 swimming pools. I recommend the small one as its warmer.
Has a ping pong table and dart board . Bring your own darts. Also 2 pool tables but no access till 6pm and they are E1 each game.
Location is perfect. Not too busy and youre on the coast with the black volcanic rock.
10 mins walk up the coast and its sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and a great crazy golf course x 2.
Local cafe de claudia for the best brunch and coffees. Also a great choice of restaurants, Hopscotch, My Tapas1966, Fado Rock steakhouse, IT different, D3 restaurante and Punjabi Masala which is just around the corner of hotel
Re food we got fully inclusive but ate only breafast and desserts after lunch and dinner elsewhere as their food is just ok. And on holiday you want more than just ok. Overall would recommend hotel but get breakfast there only and eat out.
- carolwhite1601 (6/5): Could be so much better - Just returned from a week at this hotel
Have to start with a massive shout out to Louise on reception who went above and beyond when my husband lost his wedding ring and guided us to correct bus and police station to report the loss
Food was edible but choice not great and not great service behind the fresh cooked section if you didn’t get in early had to queue to get a seat ,
Room was good size but one bottle complimentary water for the whole week isn’t expected in a four star hotel , one bar area at night with the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on ( everyone scrambling for cushions from the long bench to try and make the seat a little better ) absolutely no atmosphere in the entertainment area and entertainment was just awful , lights switched off over the pool tables way before any entertainment started meant people couldn’t even play a little pool to relive the boredom
Due to position of the bar I don’t think there would be many rooms that didn’t hear the entertainment and the then loud guests making their way back to their rooms
The weather wasn’t great whilst we were there but not helped by having nowhere to sit to shelter from the rain and wind it would have made sense to open the bar / entertainment area for those that didn’t want to sit in their rooms
Our balcony doors rattled something awful in the wind making sleeping difficult but can’t fault the beds or pillows which were very comfortable
All staff with the exception of the entertainment person and pool attendant were very polite and helpful
DO NOT try to move your sun lounger unless you want to be told off for doing so we witnessed plenty of this going on
For any managers reading this please look at different entertainment options and making your bar area more inviting and comfortable to spend some time in and try getting the bar staff to make fresh cocktails rather than relying on a machine which produced poor quality drinks this hotel has much more potential
- Jasmina (10/5): Fantástico alojamiento - Todo en general. La ubicación, la habitación, el personal.
- Jackie (10/5): Excellent and we will definitely stay here again - All food was delicious
the room was very clean
staff were so friendly
will definitely stay here again & I would highly recommend
- Natalia (8/5): Nice - What I liked the most were the employees. Both recepcionists were so kind and also the employee from the restaurant. Sink from my bedroom was not working properly, water would take too long to go. Also not bei mg possible to rent the pool towel with card and the lack of possibility to do a late check out nor early check in. Check out time was 12pm but around 11:30am my key was locked and wasnt working anymore, if the time is 12 the hotel needs to wait until 12 to lock you out.
- Lia (10/5): Lovely staff especially Aaron who made sure I got my favourite room again and Lorna on reception. - Beautiful sunny balcony. Room comfy and clean with a fridge for drinks. Lovely fluffy bathrobe included and big lovely towels. The room is cleaned as often as you hang the ask on your door. Brilliant you gone back to a fresh bed and chocolates and lots of towels. The centre where the pools are doesn’t feel very inviting. I skipped it and went out instead. Though the jacuzzi’s on the roof and sauna room are great. Also the gym and Pilates classes. The infinity pool is beautiful too.
- Joanne (7/5): - The property was very close to the marina, clean and tidy. The staff were particularly grumpy, not very helpful and fairly miserable
- Matthew (10/5): Very enjoyable - Very clean, good location and plenty of helpful staff I didn’t enjoy the standard of breakfast but my colleagues had no issues.
- lindasB8677FK (10/5): Perfect place to relax and make new friend. - Just returned from a 5th visit to this amazing hotel..the weather wasn't kind to us this time but 4 out of 7 was sunshine.. lots of activities run by said to take part in which are advertised near the bar.. take a look and join in make new friends. Bar staff amazing as always... In fact all this hotels staff are a credit too the company ...Special shout out to Louise on reception who went above and beyond to help me with a query about my (go green ) discount nothing was too much trouble.see you in sept keep up the good work
- StephTins (6/5): Ok hotel but only for older couples/older groups - Fine as a base. Room was large and lovely and clean (paid extra for sea view which was nice). Food fine. Reception staff all lovely and friendly. Bar staff and security/pool staff very unfriendly which ruined things for us. Sunbeds - people reserved and then went off out for hours which was selfish. Pool staff ridiculous about positioning of sunbeds and anyone moving them slightly at all. Was their full time job policing sunbeds, drove us all mad.
Limited entertainment. Anyone deemed to be having a good time (laughing loudly or similar was frowned upon and got lots of stares). Some people even told us they’d been told off by staff for FaceTiming family on their balcony and being too loud !
If you are an older couple going for a quiet break it will be fine. Don’t go as a group of friends far too reserved and quiet and restrictive.
- juliajon (6/5): Not as expected - We have had multiple visits to Fuertaventura and it was when staying at the Elba next door we thought we would try this one as it was adult only, to be honest wish we had saved the extra money we paid. Weather was dire for the first 3 days but there is nowhere indoor to sit, so when very cold you had to sit in your room.
Our room was clean and large but with limited storage, beds and pillows very comfortable. Apart from one complimentary bottle of water on arrival everything in the mini bar was payable, Ive never been to a 4 star hotel that doesn’t supply bottles of water.
Cleaning staff, the lady in reception and the restaurant manager were friendly and welcoming but the rest…the women cooking the omelettes in the morning and the chefs were incredibly rude when you asked questions, omelettes were undercooked and inedible, when this was pointed out she would just walk off.
Food was shocking for vegetarians, myself and others complained, as an example one night the ‘vegetarian’ option was broccoli or mushrooms. Foods were mislabelled, one night a ‘vegetarian cannelloni’ clearly had meat in and when I asked the chef I was rudely told yes it was meat and no other options were offered. We did complain to TUI as if paying all inclusive you should be able to eat something at least once daily that is not only a vegetable or a salad. You would be starved here if vegan, GF or lactose intolerant.
Considering this is an adults hotel all drinks were served in the day in plastic beakers, this included prosecco, tea and coffee! Paper cups for tea and coffee were chargeable apparently. All cocktails are out of a machine. I assume at night you get a glass.
Be prepared to get up early for a sunbed, they all have towels on by 8am half of which stay empty all morning. And whatever you do dont move them to a sunny spot, you will soon have the entertainment man striding towards you to put it back.
The noise at night is ridiculous as the layout of the hotel means the bar noise and those screeching in the smoking area echoes around the middle of the hotel, also there were a few who once the bar shut would shout across the balconies on their way back to their rooms when the bar closed at night. Take earplugs if you want to sleep before midnight.
Would not return here, there are cheaper and better hotels
- rachelfR9717HC (6/5): Good but not great - The hotel was nice & staff very friendly. We had a super room, was quite big as it was at the corner of the hotel so the balcony was double size, just wish the weather had been better so we could have used it. Rooms are bright & airy & beds super comfortable. Large bathroom with a great power shower. Not much in the way of storage space though. They supplied tea in the room but no coffee so we had to go put & buy some, not a problem as it was very cheap in the supermarket. The choice of food in the restaurant was ok, the soup was delicious I had that everyday, the selection wasn’t massive but definitely edible. Nice selection of breads but the salads weren’t great, just a plain salad would be nice but they were all laced with something & quite sloppy, the drinks were ok, I’m normally a wine drinker but it wasn’t the best so I went in shorts, the beer was also ok. The entertainment was average at best, we had a great time at the karaoke night but that was about it. A lot of older end holiday makers that don’t really want to get involved, atmosphere needs work, it’s not really for the young. We ate out a couple of nights, the tapas place round the corner was awful!! Definitely frozen offerings & the waiter was quite rude, should have trusted our instinct & left before we sat down! We also went to a Chinese that was poor at best! The resort itself is nice, some lovely places on the harbour to sit & have a drink. I also swam with the sea lions which was amazing! It’s very small though & can be walked in a day so once you e done that you even it all. Had a lovely day in the beach which was nice, very windy so caught the sun without realising, all in all it was a nice week, we went with friends & enjoyed it. Would I go back? Probably not, unless going with the same friends who go every year & love it
- ForceAwakensYes (10/5): Refreshing break, lovely hotel, clean - Went with sis-in-law on a long weekend break last weekend.. had a great time!
10 min ride from airport (approx €15-20 in taxi)
Lovely clean light and airy hotel Reception, (Louise was lovely) good first impression. Towels are €5 deposit (refunded when you give back your receipt so don’t lose it) Saves you packing one in suitcase.
Stayed All Inclusive and food and drinks were yum, something for everyone (brand name spirits were extra but hotel did own version and recommend the Pina Coladas, Sangria, shandy and wine.. also the coffee/ lattes are good. Special shout to Asis (Restaurant manager) - what a lovely welcoming man! We miss you ..
Weather wasn’t great so maybe that’s why we had no trouble finding a sun bed but ppl tended to move around anyway.. Right by the Ocean so you can lay by the pool and have a fantastic view.
We didn’t go to evening entertainment but lots of bars and shops a short walk away. Fairly flat so easy to get around. Lots of souvenir shops and places to get clothes etc. Also beach with sand is within walking distance but we saw a sign if you want sun bed u have to pay (we just went for the walk so didn’t bother)
Tip- they provide kettle in room and couple tea bags but wld recommend nipping to a local shop to get mini coffee/ tea bags and milk if you like a cup first thing (you can get mini Nescafé coffee for cpl euros). Handy for the room.
Been back 2 days and we loved our time there so much we just booked to go back in September!

- garyl332018 (8/5): Relaxing Break MCFC - Just returned from our 5th visit to the lovely hotel Weather was not the best but still had some sunshine and a few days at the beach The staff are super friendly especially the bar workers The whole area is spotless especially the rooms and the dining hall is immaculate The food was ok with plenty of choice but the breakfast bacon n sausage was very poor and needs upgrading The omelettes made fresh were super and saved the day wine at lunch and dinner was very good
Evening entertainment was not for me apart from Karaoke night which was a laugh
Plenty of local bars for a good night out and a special mention To Tommy Nutters up near the African Market where you get lovely home cooked food
Will return soon !!!!
- benidorm88 (8/5): Hotel was good, weather was a downer. - Check in was quick, and everything was explained, enough to get us going. We were given one electronic key card, we asked for another and was given it. We were there for 10 nights and wanted the room safe so we had to pay 30 euros and 20 euros refundable deposit.
The room was a decent size, however the bathroom was tiny, with barely enough space to move. The wardrobe didn’t have enough hangers, so we asked for more and the maid gave us some. There’s hardly any storage space so be prepared to live out of your suitcase, why they have an armchair in the bedroom I don’t know, they should take it out and replace it with a set of drawers. We were only on half board but there are bathrobes and slippers each in the room. Plenty of electrical sockets for charging appliances, a kettle but no coffee and very little milk, go to the supermarket and buy your own. Tiny cups, so bring mugs, there is a well-stocked fridge, but you will be charged a premium to use the contents. The aircon was very good and not noisy. The balcony is quite small with a table and 2 chairs and a pull-out clothes dryer, bring pegs as it can get quite windy. You will need to claim the better located sunbeds between 7am and 8am. You can hire pool towels for 10 euros refundable deposit.
Food at breakfast was quite good with most things you would want, however the evening meals weren’t as good and sometimes not labeled correctly, but we always found something. I made use of the microwave at both mealtimes. A welcome bonus was the drinks were free at both mealtimes, this included soft drinks, lager, and bottles of red and white wine.
Entertainment in the day was the usual Darts, Table Tennis, Pool and Archery etc. In the evening it was Bingo for prizes that took about 2 hours to complete, but it’s ok. There is a quiz, in our case it was film stills shown on the big screen. The Karaoke night wasn’t too bad, but they only had one microphone which isn’t good if there are two people who want to sing together. There were a couple of professional acts brought in, but in my opinion weren’t very good. There are only a couple of places that you can change your pounds for euros and the rate when we were there was 1.08 not good, so bring euros and credit cards. If you need to hire a disability scooter there is a hire shop 100 meters down to road.
- lorraineh764 (6/5): A cold weeks break - First impressions the hotel reception was bright and welcoming. The hotel has a couple of very small lifts, one of which remained out of order all week.
We were situated on the third floor and the balcony overlooked a residential street ( see attached photo) with a yapping dog each night! The room was ok and cleaned every day with a good supply of Spanish teabags but no coffee, which wasn’t a problem for us as we take our own. There was a supermarket within a 5 minute walk to buy milk etc. Our shower leaked and constantly soaked the bathroom floor and this was reported three times during our stay and never fixed. The bed was comfortable too. The rooms aren’t sound proof either as you could hear people in the bathroom in the rooms adjacent. As shown in my picture limited hanging space for long dresses etc. The food was not the best, though breakfast was better than the evening meal which included only one or sometimes no vegetable each evening. Most of the time we found ourselves having to find a table, clear it and then find clean cutlery i am not sure if this is a staffing problem? As there was just the two of us we were not allowed to sit on a table for four as they tell you to move, but these tables were often cleaned and relaid promptly.
We did not use the pool as it was too cold, but did note as previously said by others how the sun-beds are reserved with towels so early. We went to a quiz and bingo during our stay which was good fun, though though as mentioned previously it is a relatively small area, with the stage set to one side and you have to be able to see the tv screen for quizs etc. Another thing to note is that it can be very noisy in the evenings during/after entertainment time, as when this finishes everyone spills out into the centre, with the rooms directly above and certain people who had way too much to drink shouting and screeching can be a burden. I would not stay here again, but would point out that the reception staff were very helpful if you wanted advice on the local area or help with booking a car or renting a bike and they arranged for these to be delivered to the hotel. A plus is that you can park the car within the vicinity of the hotel.
- amandawS9705QP (4/5): It just wasn't for us - It was our first ever holiday to the island and felt quite disappointed.
We expected the weather to be better than it was, and found it quite chilly with occasional rain (totally out of anyone's control, obviously).
We found reception bright, welcoming and smelt absolutely amazing.
We stayed on the 3rd floor above reception, overlooking the road. It was a fairly quiet area, with no major noise concerns. The room and terrace were large and very clean. The room maids worked very hard and kept everywhere spotless. The bed was a large king-size with memory foam mattress and was extremely comfortable. I don't think I've ever slept so well on holiday.
The bathroom was compact and clean, with a large powerful rainfall shower and shower gel and hand wash provided.
Also provided where lovely thick bathrobes and slippers. Tea & coffee making facilities were also in the room. An extra charge was required for the safe and items in the fridge.
The rooftop terrace was nice, with 3 hotubs and a sauna. There were plenty of sun loungers available. The only downfall is, you need to down 4 levels to the ground floor to to top up your fluids. A water station would be nice to keep your fluids up.
Both pools on the ground floor looked clean, but the disabled access for the main pool looked pretty green. I'm guessing it rarely gets used or cleaned.
We were ok getting a sun lounger, but I'm guessing during peak times and at the height of the season, sun loungers may be difficult to obtain.
The restaurant seemed clean, with access for those mobility challenged. Again, staff were welcoming, hard working and friendly. Food wasn't great. Limited choices to what we are used to for a 4*, chicken everyday!
Bad points,
No access to fluids on roof terrace
Daytime Bar area very small, with limited area to sit if weather bad
Extra cost to use a la carte
Has a security gate to swipe in and out of at the rear of the hotel, but anyone could walk in via the a la carte restaurant
Dart board falling apart
Limited areas to go on cold wet days
At the end of the day, it was a clean hotel, but Coleta de fuste and this hotel just wasn't for us.
- C9810GLvickyn (10/5): Fabulous fun time! - Fabulous time and the entertainment and staff were amazing. Siede, Danielle and Sergio were exceptional !!!
- 407mickn (10/5): Fun times - Excellent Staff total fun from start to finish great place Saed kept us entertained. Daniel & Sergio kept us topped up with Alcohol.
- A376EHlizh (10/5): Great time - Brilliant time, staff were brilliant and I had good fun.
- F589FOalisonw (6/5): Disappointing but with some bright points. - Room and bathroom were lovely and clean with the bed being exceptionally comfortable and the shower one of the best! The staff work very hard and are generally friendly but the building itself lacks atmosphere and would benefit from some upgrades.
Nice beach within easy walking distance which is just as well as a sunbed by one of the pools, with day long sun is not possible. Sunbeds claimed before breakfast.
Stayed half board and house wine/beer included with evening meal which made up for the canteen feel to the restaurant and food.
The hotel knew we were travelling in a group but the restaurant manager was adamant we could not join tables in order to sit together.
Only spent one evening in the entertainment which was ok. Not enough seats in the bar for this so guests dragged furniture from outside in. Stage set to the side of stage so difficult to engage with performance.
The hotel is well situated to easily access the resort.
- Mandymeddy (10/5): Stunning location - Fabulous location with stunning views. Staff very friendly. We had sea view rooms well worth the little extra. Very clean and spaciuos. We had breakfast only. Plenty to choose from. Would definately stay again. However 2 small moans sunbeds are taken very early we had to be up by 7, as it was winter many beds are in the shade. 2 pools and a rooftop solarium. The pool guard was like hitler you could not move them into the sun he was very strict some of it i understand as people were blocking paths.
2 mins walk to bars and loved feeding the chipmunks in the rocks.
All in all a fabulous hotel
- Neville (1/5): Not good - Everything
- F9448QAgerardc (8/5): 4th visit to Ereza Mar Hotel. - This was our 4th visit to Ereza Mar in less than 2 years. The location is superb. The hotel is extremely clean and staff work very hard. Food is generally very good and we always found something tasty to eat at all mealtimes . Asis is very friendly and efficient.
The animation leader Siad is excellent at his job.He is always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. A special thanks to Aaron, Danny and Hicham who remembered us from previous visits. They were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We hope to return at some stage.
- 918vink (10/5): Another wonderful holiday. Thanks Ereza Mar - Once again a wonderful holiday at Ereza Mar in Fuerteventura.
Special thanks to Said from Animation for the daily activities and Danny behind the bar. All hotel staff make this a special hotel for me. That is why I keep coming back, sometimes twice year
- Laura (10/5): -
- John (9/5): Wonderful. Very nice. Relaxing and comfortable. We would come again. - Clean and well maintained.Engaging and polite staff. The food was plentiful, varied and tasty. The house wine ( Sotillo) was below average. Not enjoyable with our dinner. A cheap plonk. Yet many others seemed to like it. So,I accept, that it is a case of personal taste.

- JAVIER (8/5): -
- Luke (10/5): - Everything The largar could be the local tropical that would be lots better than amstal
- MyVeganWellies (6/5): Good location - Stayed here B&B but did not use the restaurant as it is buffet style and I use two sticks to walk with so couldn't serve myself or carry plates or drinks. I did ask for help but was declined by the bar staff so I didn't use the bar or restaurant.
However, my room was lovely. Plenty of space, good closet space and plenty of sockets.
Lovely walk in shower with great water pressure. Room cleaning was daily and always completed to a high standard.
Location is great. Just 10 minutes walk to Castillo centre and sandy beach.
Reception were brilliant on check in to ensure I had all I needed as a disabled traveler, it's just a pity the bar staff were so short sighted refusing to carry my drink to a table.
The local restaurants are many and I enjoyed something different each night.
I would recommend this hotel for location and room but not for the service sadly
- Audrey062 (8/5): A lovely second stay. - We have just come home from our second January break ( one week) in Ereza Mar. We had been concerned by some of the negative reviews over Christmas. But there was no need to worry. As we did last year, we simply loved staying in this hotel. It is small, which means that the restaurant is not like a mega canteen. The food is generally very good. ( I love the soups!) Great chips, chops, ribs etc as well as a lovely range of salads. We do not generally eat a lot of sweet treats, but we did on this holiday, find ourselves eating a lot. The eclairs in particular are irresistible! Being Adults Only, there was no rowdy behaviour - just friendly, pleasant people relaxing and enjoying themselves. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the infinity pool ( although cold!) was lovely. The staff are not intrusive, but friendly and polite. Our room had a lovely big shower room and it was very well serviced every day, with fresh towels and lovely little chocolates being provided. Most days too, we were treated by staff who came around with little deserts or chocolate drinks while we were out sunbathing. On a more negative note, the entertainment is pretty poor - quizzes and bingo don’t really do it for us! Although there was a very pleasant violin/ Flamenco show on our last night. Also, the range of foods available in the cafe throughout the day is not wildly exciting, although we liked the mini burgers and cheese bites. However, with lots of alternative entertainment and eating places close-by, yiu can venture outside. ( Legends Night Club is great and just a short step away.) The biggest bonus with this hotel is the location. It is so lovely being right beside the sea and the walk to the Marina is just lovely. So while I am not saying this hotel is totally perfect, it is great value in January and we will almost certainly be booking it for this time next year.
PS. If you like cats, the hotel cat is just class. A beautiful friendly little soul. I am missing him since we came home!
- Chelsea (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- CymraesUn (6/5): Great seafront location - This hotel is in one of the prime locations in Caleta de Fuste, right on the seafront. It was absolutely fine as a base for exploring the island, but I wouldn’t want to hang around here for days on end.
There didn’t seem to be much in the way of public areas – no comfortable lounge and the indoor bar didn’t open until the evening, which was a problem when it rained. We heard people baggsing their sunbeds from about 6.30am (nearly two hours before sunrise) so if you’re too late to get one it’s just too bad, although it’s worth checking what’s available on the small terrace on the top floor.
We didn’t use the bar, but we definitely heard the evening entertainment which echoed around the central courtyard, but at least it stopped at about 10.30.
Our seaview room was fine. There was just about enough storage for clothes, and a space for cases. We had a kettle and small fridge, and clean cups and glasses were provided every day.
Towels were (unnecessarily) changed daily, and we also had slippers and towelling gowns. The shower was excellent, and included nice shower gel. However, the window of the shower opens onto the corridor so best not to open it fully while you’re lathering up. And the door of the bathroom was weird – just a sliding pane of frosted glass, with no handle. It must be very difficult to open and close if your hands aren’t nimble.
There is more than enough choice of food at breakfast, but as others have said the evening offering is pretty underwhelming, occasionally inedible (“moussaka”). However, the beer, wine and soft drinks available with dinner were a bonus.
We hired a car for several days. On-street parking is free, but there’s not always a space in the road the hotel is situated on. However … there are about half a dozen spaces for guests’ cars on the lowest level, accessed by the ramp between Ereza Mar and the hotel next door. It’s not signposted, but (so?) we were able to park there every day.
Staff were lovely, and the whole place was spotless.
TUI’s 3*+ rating is probably more accurate than its official 4* rating.
Klimanlage?) (Südseite), daher auch nachts relativ laut.
- Sami (9/5): wonderful - Loistava -
- K5532KOamandaw (6/5): Little disappointed - First and foremost, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly
As for the food well, I'm no food snob but it was yes very fresh and looked inviting but tasted bland and very monotonous, been and had alot better food in other jet 2 4 star rated hotels.
To all the sad people who were sat on the sun loungers in there coats and scarfs at 8am hope you enjoyed hogging them all day, little tip, if you want to get one make sure your down at 7am with your towel as you won't stand a chance otherwise, this is January so lord only knows what it's like in high season hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly

- dirk (8/5): - Location It is not all in .....
- Stephen (8/5): Relaxing, descent facilities and good meals. - Food was good. Staff helpful Seemingly a lack of communication on things like laundry service, charges for safe use.
- hmostlyharmless (8/5): Great location, great food. - A very clean, attractive hotel in an excellent location. It’s right on the sea front with easy walks along the sea to the harbour, to the big beach, to the shops and to the main shops and bars. Only fifteen minutes from the airport.
I had a sea view, which was a bonus. The shower was excellent, beds comfortable.
The infinity pool was lovely with warm water most of the day except when it was wet and windy. The courtyard pool area was in the shade at this time of year. Plenty of chairs by the infinity pool. Sun Loungers were popular.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
I thought the food was excellent. I don’t understand other reviewers’ complaints. Fresh vegetables and a variety of salads, a range of meat, fish and seafood dishes. Lots of fruit, gorgeous pastries, cakes. Help yourself to as much as you like. All lovely. Wine free with the meal.
There was entertainment of some sort every evening in the bar area. This was variable in quality. Singers with backing tracks, live singers, karaoke, quiz nights, flamenco dancers. New Year’s Eve party was fun.
