• Sara (7/5): A reason able place, moderately priced, near an activity I do periodically. - Staff was very hospitable. There was ice outside the door to the lobby, and no sand had been put on it. I fell going back to my car. They could do better in removing snow and ice around the whole facility.

• Carla (5/5): - What really stood out was the staff: the night before, they kindly lent us a wine opener, and in the morning, they waited for us to arrive so they could prepare fresh coffee on the spot. Breakfast is very limited — for me, almost non-existent. It includes just sliced bread, orange juice, milk, coffee, a muffin, and sweetened yogurt. There were no fruits or vegan options available.

Je renouvelle mon expérience dès que possible, j'encourage les gens à visiter le motel Bécancour. Vous ne serez pas déçu . Peut-être une cafetière dans les chambres.

• Eileen (5/5): It’s a motel, nothing fancy. Overpriced for what you get. - Comfy beds and clean linens! Laminate floors were much nicer than usual motel carpets. Very friendly staff at reception. Patio doors would not lock. The view is the cars parking in front of patio doors. Bathroom really needs a remodel.

Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., which was slightly inconvenient for me as I began work at 7:30 a.m. The provided toiletries were limited but sufficient for a business trip. Overall, a good choice for business travelers.

While this was cheap the interior was very clean and comfortable. Felt like a nice hotel room. Very happy to stay here. Staff was great! Easiest check in I’ve ever had Continental breakfast was a little basic but not really a big issue as the room was worth the money

I thought the breakfast was good and the dining area bright, well organised and cheerful. We had a friendly reception and the bathroom while not luxurious, met our needs. No complaints. It was good value.

• Clive (10/5): Great spot to rest on our tree watching tour. - Looks like a 1 star motel, inside rooms are lovely like a 4 star hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. All the amenities you’d expect from a high end chain. Missing a coffee maker in room. But the coffee with breakfast was good.
• Ghislaine (5/5): In general the stay was great, - Great Didnt like the fact that when booking, I told them that I had a dog. I taught the price was including the dog. But noooo they text me the next day telling me that I didn’t declared the dog and that I had to pay 23$ or 250$ for a penalty. Really not appreciated it especially after driving 11 hres. The lady at the reception make me feel that I was cheating not declaring that I had a dog while I put the dog in the request when booking . Very inconfortable

(left before 6am) The blankets and pillows smelled strongly of bleach. Although clean and comfortable, it made it hard to sleep on.

• Nancy (6/5): good for an overnight stop - bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. we arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday and the Pizza place that was mentioned was closed, the Subway near by which was all there was, was horrid!

I was traveling with 2 medium size dogs and it was big enough for their crate and has some grass around the site they could walk on. Pizza place and restaurant 2 mins up the road. Good value and I would stay there again!
