Karin (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel zum Wohlfühlen ! - Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Hier stimmt das Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit einem kleinen Pool. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zum laufen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und kann auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Es ist auch ein kleiner Garten vor dem Haus wo man Abends noch gemütlich sitzen kann. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln !!

Mi marido es celiaco y el segundo día se ofreció a hacerle una tortilla porque nos dijeron que había opciones sin gluten pero no es cierto. Cuando solicitamos las opciones sin gluten el primer día , solamente nos trajeron unas galletas sueltas en un plato. La cama. El cabecero suena cada vez que te giras.
Andrzej (7/5): ABC - Po przyjeździe zaproponowano mi jak to usłyszałem większy i lepszy pokój i faktycznie pokój był większy ale niestety bez okien i jakigokolwiek widoku. A zamówiłem pokój z tarasem i widokiem na miasto. To była 1 noc więc ok, ale gdybym miał tam spędzić cały urlop to by było nieakceptowalne. Poza tym reszta ok. Czysto, blisko do morza, łóżko wygodne. Parkowanie w maju bez problemu za darmo na ulicy w dzień i wieczorem. W recepcji mówiono mi że wieczorem jak mieszkańcy wrócą z pracy to niezaparkuję ale w maju nie było problemu. Może w sezonie być gorzej. Opis jest wyżej.

Our room was basic with everything we needed - AC, fridge, balcony etc, and very clean If I ever returned to Torremolinos I would definitely stay there again

Kevin (8/5): Small hotel with everything you need. - Staff are brill, very helpful and happy in their jobs. Breakfast buffet is really good, both hot and cold food. Bar menu is quite varied and available practically all day. On road parking nearly always available. Supermarket 100mts away and bars and restaurants close by. Easy downhill (slight) walk to the beachfront. Beds a little old and unstable, matress could do with a topper.

Piotr (10/5): This is a good value hotel. Great service and all has been clean. - The team makes a very relaxed holiday with great customer approach. Rooms are high and not small. Third additional bed was of great size. We liked the breakfasts and they were served long beynd 10am. The bar serves good draught beer. We walked to the beach and rented beds there for the day. There is a bus stop nearby. This is a good value hotel but nit fancy one. Great service and all has been clean. Water is the pool was not heated but this is standard in this region.

I am not a breakfast person but did try it and food was Luke warm. Maybe as not very busy and I came down towards end of service it was not as hot as if I had come down earlier.

colettec190 (10/5): Fun vibes at Arcos de Montemar - We stayed in this hotel this week and we had a ball. The rooms were clean and had good amenities. We had a lovely terrace outside our room. The food we ate in the bar was very good too. The jewel in the crown in this hotel has to be their staff; Beatrix on reception was friendly and informative and a lovely girl. However, the real star of the show was Julian. We went to the bar for one drink, but thanks to Julian’s effervescent personality, we spent the whole day drinking in the bar. He was so warm and welcoming and he really made our stay unforgettable. He was full of fun whilst providing excellent service and he is a credit to his employers. Make sure you spend time with Julian if you visit this hotel! We entered this hotel as guests, but left as friends 🫶🏻

Stephen (9/5): Ticks all the boxes for me! - The staff were excellent. I was given an upgrade, as I had a cycle with me and they said it would give me more room. I checked out at midday and they allowed me to leave my bike in their locked storage room until 17.00 when I had to leave for the airport. I was also offered the shower to freshen up.. Also the breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. This is my 2nd visit and will be staying again in the future.. No strawberry jam at breakfast. A few squashed mosquitos on several walls in my apartment across the road. .

725b4c51e830724e95631ae730a2c106 (10/5): Tailored amd enjoyable stay - I needed a quiet room and they were so lovely to show me a couple of options and pick the one a like the most. In the end, I needed a room change and they were very flexible. I also needed to keep luggage after checkout and shower. They kept the luggage safe all day and they offered a separate shower for me to use. Staff members were lovely and approachable. Menus were really good and room very complete, soundproof and comfortable I had to leave, hehe. I would have stayed longer.
