- MAURICIO (2/5): LAMENTABLE - La peor experiencia que he tenido. Las FOTOS NO CORRESPONDEN con la realidad, la zona comun es deplorable en su estado de mantenimiento. Se intento cobrar mas alla de lo reservado. De lo peor que he visto. No entiendo como esta en HOTELS.COM.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not what you see in the pictures - I had a great stay in Russia everywhere, but unfortunately this place was dirty, the owner was rude and you have to climb up 70 steps
- Jorge (2/5): They changed me to another location - I booked this place around 6 months ago because I knew it was going to be difficult to find a place to stay ( soccer world cup ) when I got there....I was not able to find this place. Thanks God a Russian couple helped me to call the number that Expedia had provided me....... they did not speak any English...I did not have internet in my cellphone but the bottom line was that this apartments were not available anymore so they told me that I needed to go to another place ....around 10 mm away from the soccer stadium when initially my original reservation was only 3 blocks away. I paid again in cash and left a deposit....the deposit was return to me the following day. Really bad experience........
- Federico (2/5): They never showed up to allow us to check in. - The property owner never showed up. We called like 50 times (literally) and when she finally picked up the phone she told us that our reservation was cancelled and that she could do nothing for us, and just hung up the phone and never answered again. We ended up having to walk all over town looking for a room and lost many hours. We ended up finding a weird hotel inside an apartment that was in construction. So I’m never using Expedia again. Your contact information is imposible to use when not in the US or Canada. There is no chat to help your users.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - There were quite a few problems that we encountered with this reservation. First of all, communication was made very difficult with the lack of English speaking personnel. When we arrived to the property at the specified time of check in, the apartment that we were offered was nothing like the displayed imaged. I have attached some photos of the apartment we were offered. The apartment was in a very poor condition and when we inquired about a different unit, we were told that this is the only thing available. Additionally, the apartment was still dirty and not ready from previous occupants. There was stuff in the kitchen sink and bed was not made. Given that we did not have any other plans, we agreed to stay. We came back later after the apartment was allegedly cleaned and we still felt that the bed sheets were not clean. Also the apartment was extremely cold without any heating devices available. We are requesting that this property be looked into and also requesting a refund of the amount we paid.

- MAURICIO (2/5): ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. - Im traveller for many years. This is one of the worst experiences. Bad department, the photos are NOT REAL. The neighbourg is really complicate at night. Bad wifi. Bad bed ( really bad ). Building conditions: REALLY BAD. DIRTY.
- Craig (2/5): Very displeased customer - I did not stay there. The apt. was not what was shown on internet. They showed me a different apartment than what I had reserved. Then tried to show me another one in a completely different area. I was told they had rented the reserved apt. out to someone else. I could not believe this. On top of all this, to get to this apartment you had to climb approximately 12 to 16 flights of stairs with no elevator. I was very upset. I would never rent from them again and I will be leary about renting from this site ever again. We plan on a return trip to Russia next year but will look elsewhere for accommadations.

- Евгений (8/5): Удобное расположение - Однокомнатная квартира на пятом этаже жилого дома (Малышева, 21). Мебель в хорошем состоянии, чистота. Расположена в центре города, но, в то же время, в тихом месте. Единственный недостаток - плохая антенна у телевизора.
- Nikita (8/5): Просторная квартира для четверых - Заявлено что кваритра на шестерых. Шестеро в ней поместятся, но уже будет тесно, а вот для четверых она как раз подходит. Просторная и уютная. Но, к сожалению, не очень чистая была она.
- Борис (8/5): Кровати как раз неудобные, но приемлимые - Именно то, что нужно для непродолжительного проживания.
