La piscine était en traitement et donc inutilisable alors que j'avais réservé cet hôtel à cause de la piscine. J'ai attendu 40 minutes pour avoir une omelette au petit-déjeuner. On m'a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée alors que j'avais demandé une chambre en étage élevé au moment de ma réservation.

Food at restaurant was really good. Did not have anything that i really did not like. If I were to knit pick, the bed in my room was a bit small and I wish that there was the provision for room service (food delivery).However rooms are not far from restaurant so dining or collecting food was not a hassle.

Tom (10/5): Tolles Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und viele Pflanzen. Auch der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem sehr gutem Bett. Es gab ein Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage in Kingston. Das Frühstück wechselt jeden Tag und ist sehr gut. Aktuell ist der Fitnessbereich geschlossen.

We had to go and buy soya milk from the local supermarket. The hot water in the shower was very temperamental and coming out cold; the tv was not working properly.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was present in the room. My stay was great and it will be my go to place whenever I need to stay in Kingston. The housekeeping lady was great, also the front desk lady that worked the evening shift on Friday 1st of August. She help to locate extra pillows for me as I have a bad neck. Elaine (7/5): - As usual the staff is nice and the property is at a good location. I didn't like the room I got this time. It seemed close to the kitchen and had a bright light shining around the curtains, also the bedding seems a bit dusty. Myself and my husband didn't sleep much.
Laverne (8/5): Overall, a wonderful, restfuful stay in ckean and quiet surrendings, with very helpful staff members - Breafast was very good. I ate the Jamacian option every morning and enjoyed every bite, every morning! The breakfast time in the morning could have been better organised, maybe they could have had a few more servers. The wait time some mornings was a bit long..

Vangelise (1/5): - The lady at the check in was friendly. We got a refund when we decided we didn’t want to stay in the hotel because of the dirty sheets. The bedsheets had bloodstains on it. We got a new room but the sheets also had stains on it. We pulled the sheets open to check it after the bad experience with the first room and the staff member that joined us to check the new room commented negatively on the fact that we pulled the sheets. I think that’s very weird since I hope they will change the sheets since we showed him the stains. We left the hotel.

It needs refurbishment, and the rooms are outdated. - The location Nearby, there is a park that is really nice for walking and running, but in Kingston there is nothing much to do. It’s better to go outside Kingston. One day there is more than enough. It is cheap no other reason to stay there The hotel is not like the pictures. Ryan (8/5): The hotel is good for a quick stop over, but I wouldn’t stay longer than necessary. The staff made this place worth sta - The property is in walking distance to halfway tree, Devon house and other parks. Also, staff made it a good experience while struggling through a hurricane and being away from their families during a difficult time. The hotel needs a renovation, the facility is kinda of run down and is showing its age.
