Richard (8/5): Amazing Medellin with perfect SPA treatment. - Personnel were very friendly and the SPA was amazing. Try the treatments from Milena. There was not a bar to have a drink in the evening.

Dana (10/5): - We had an amazing stay here. From helping with transfers/luggage/anything you need , the staff was excellent and very prompt. Spotlessly clean, very good breakfast, location is great, rooms are huge. We would definitely stay here again. The only small thing was the refrigerator noise, but you can just unplug it and solve for this.

Backwaren sind alt und trocken. Chef ist profitorientiert aber nicht kundenorientiert. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels in Poblado.

Desde el que barre y limpia las escaleras, hasta el gerente general. La atención de todos siempre fue de primera, con una vocación de servicio excepcional. Los mejores desayunos de todo Medellin. Recuerdo esa sopa de costillas, o el delicioso trozo de torta. Todo era exquisito. Por supuesto, si regresamos a este hermoso país, de gente amable y trabajadora, este hotel sería nuestro lugar favorito. Durar 3 días :)

Karakus (4/5): Ungemütlich - Hotel war sauber aber alles anderes , entspricht nicht 5 Stern Hotel. Bett war sehr ungemütlich und immer wenn man gedreht hat sich gequetscht. In dem Zimmer gibt es Küchenblock, ich habe es nicht verstanden, wozu man das in 5 Hotel braucht. Außerdem war kein Besteck oder Teller oder Töpfe vorhanden. Also insgesamt komme ich nie wieder zu diesem Hotel.

Isabel (10/5): - Property is very clean, staff is very friendly, and location is excellent. It is right in the middle of parque el poblado and parque lleras Like two minute walking distance on either side. I loved that it was close enough to walk anywhere but far out enough for piece and quiet . Breakfast was great. Will definitely come back to this hotel in our next visit.

Dicho esto, el personal y el hotel son de primera categoría. El desayuno y la comida del restaurante son deliciosos. Y finalmente, está en un gran vecindario, El Poblado.
ANTHONY (6/5): - I am American and have a younger Colombian wife. The staff was not friendly to her as if she was escort. We invited an old friend from her youth for a glass of wine, but they wanted to charge an additional 160,000 pesos. However I watched several times as guest brought other guests that were closer in age with no charge. It made my wife very uncomfortable as they thought she was a call girl. It really put a damper on an enjoyable week.

Alan (10/5): - I totally enjoyed the atmosphere. Before I stayed at the Dan Carton, although the staff there was very nice and welcoming, the hotel accommodations did not completely my expectations. So, this time I stayed at the Du Parc hotel and I have to admit that this place met all my expectations. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and accommodating on all occasions. I been to some of the pricey hotels in Medellín and none of them can compare with Du Parc. For the price of the rooms, I can’t ask for more. Rooms were always kept clean every day, the hotel itself was always clean. The breakfast at the Du Parc excellent. A lot to choose from. And most importantly, they didn’t serve the same breakfast every day, most is it, but some foods were different. The breakfast was good every morning and always on time. I liked staying at this hotel so much that I can’t think of any other place to stay each time I return to Medellin, I spoken to some of my friends about this hotel and my experiences and they’re now excited about staying there also. What I like most about this hotel, and this is always most important to me, is the friendliness of the staff. Every staff member, desk clerks, the custodians, waitresses and waiter’s all had great attitudes.

LAWRENCE (10/5): - I travel all around the world staying in top class hotels. This one is a gem. Not a big hotel and not like the big chains. This is unique and the owner is totally hands on. The way the hotel is laid out and decorated makes it very special. Great breakfast included and rates are extremely reasonable. I rarely recommend hotels but this one is highly recommended.

Tsfrn (7/5): Just fine for 3 days - Hotel was just fine! I think that they overcharged me at the Laundry. I paid for 7 t-shirts, 6 underwear and 4 pairs of socks + 1 water from the minibar almost 48 euro . That was a "rip-off" I think!

Stephanie (6/5): Clean room, great location. - Clean and spacious room. The spa and masseuse were great. Fitness facilities were poor. The hotel staff weren’t very welcoming, but we also had very little Spanish so it could have been a language barrier. However, there was no atmosphere of warm and hospitality in the hotel.

rkigervaron (6/5): Hotel OK- city area not great - The hotel itself is ok- rooms are reasonably comfortable and clean- the service of the people in the hotel is friendly. The common areas are a bit dank and the overall ambiance of the area is terrible. Full of tourists with young girls and seedy locations. Reminds one of the seedy areas in cities like Bangkok. Very sad.
