A little hard to find-it is in the “Khama” resort but that isn’t mentioned anywhere on my reservation docs. Taxi driver couldn’t find it. Eventually I used my maps app & we worked it out.

• Marge (10/5): Amazing accommodation for the Bali traveller that wants to experience some peace and quiet luxury. - What an amazing 2 days to end off our Bali trip. Putra is an amazing person, and he made sure that our stay was memorable. He prepared our breakfasts each morning with care and consideration. He even arranged for us to have our own BBQ with the assistance of a chef and additional staff. I wish we had spent more time here as the relaxed and luxurious environment was a wonderful break from the business of Bali. I would have preferred to have hired our own vehicle to not be reliant on Tax's etc.

No one offered to help with our luggage, and staff in general just seemed disinterested and rude. Would not return or recommend. So many better options out there in Bali.

Завтрак на выбор, заранее выбираешь по меню и время обговариваешь. Готовят на твоей кухне. Рядом пляж, нам пляж не понравился. Купаться там не стали. Ходили в рыбный ресторан вечером на берегу два раза . Заката так и не увидели , два дня было пасмурно . В ресторанах одинаковый выбор . Второй раз я отравилась морепродуктами . Целый день пролежала. При выселении донесли наши вещи до парковки . Она прям за забором виллы. . Не могли найти заезд. Указателя на виллу Накула нет. Есть указатель на карму. В бронировании указано было карма и номер виллы 21. Персонал кармы нас отсылал к этой вилле. В итоге объезжали эту карму сверху вниз два раза, интернета на телефоне нет. . Персонал Кармы сам позвонил в Накулу, пришли представители и показали заезд. Оказалось что наша вилла Шанти 33 находится на территории Кармы, заезд тоже через них , но Ресепшена у них нет. Находится внизу. Через дорогу от пляжа. В бронировании получается данные неверные указаны У бассейна стоит только два шезлонга . Хотя нас было трое, нашли у забора в кустах ещё один, без матраса. Вытащили для себя. Рядом нет магазинов и массажных салоном . Первый раз сходили в салон Коко массаж на пляже , он там один. Не понравилось и дорого. Второй раз пошли дальше вдоль дороги и там зашли в первый салон, 140 рупий за час массаж с маслом. Было отлично.

• Екатерина (9/5): Комфортная вилла рядом с пляжем Джимбаран и аэропортом - Жили на вилле Umarya. Понравилось. Вилла чистая и комфортная. Было тихо. Просторный дворик с прудиком с рыбками и бассейном. Циркуляция воды в бассейне включалась по расписанию, ночью не шумела. Пляж Джимбаран около 5 минут пешком, вокруг есть различные ресторанчики. Рано утром до аэропорта доехали меньше чем за 20 минут. Так что отличный вариант пожить перед ранним вылетом. Нет поблизости полноценных продуктовых магазинов.

Gardens , pool and fit out were top notch - just like the pictures indicate. Really well thought out layout. Having restaurant and gym available also helpful. Hot water was very slow coming through (thought there was none for a day or so) and air con in master bedroom was out of balance causing a lot of condensation to point floors were slippery / dangerous

Even organised a surprise cake for my husband’s 70th birthday and cables so we could watch the Grand Prix live from Melbourne. Very private. Facilities showing their age. Cracked basins, leaking showers, slow drainage. Noisy fan. Rusty fridge door.
• Sueyoun (10/5): - The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa was fantastic. The villa was conveniently located close to the beach, making it very easy to walk there, and it was perfect for morning strolls. The area around the villa was very quiet, and it felt completely safe to walk around inside. The staff were extremely friendly.

Our kids don’t like being separated from us so we all ended up in room 3 with them on the bottom bunk- together! Top bunk too high up. The floor of the living room always felt a bit dirty and cupboards in kitchen looked a bit dirty and didn’t shut. The local restaurant refused to serve us coffee when we wanted one for breakfast and said we had to purchase the entire breakfast to get one!
• Clare (9/5): Serene and peaceful stay - Very well maintained and well appointed villa in a lovely complex. Nice quiet area close to the beach, restaurants and good hotels but still with a local feel. Close to the airport so no traffic nightmares. Freshly cooked breakfast in the villa each morning and very nice staff.

• Anita (10/5): - It was our first time visiting and staying in Jimbaran and we really enjoyed our stay at Karma Villas. The staff were so hospitable, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
• Andrzej (6/5): Too mant broken things to make it good value for money - The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The villas are really old and beaten up. Bunch of appliances were broken - dishwasher, jaccuzzi, some door locks. It could take a handyman and couple of days to fix this but the management clearly doesn’t care. Towels looked like someone pulled them out of the dumpster. Stains all over them. In house breakfast was nice at first but very quickly we got tired of it. Would definitely trade it for buffet breakfast with professional chefs.
• Gemma (7/5): Good - Seperate rooms with bathrooms. Good for groups adults travelling together. The gardens are beautiful. Quite worn and dated furniture. We had friends staying in Villa grasshopper it's more modern. Black mold in main shower. Breakfast wasn't as we expected. Limited options. Cold once we sat to eat.

• Marcelline (6/5): Unfortunately won’t be able to sum up our experience as we stayed for less than 6 hours due to the snake incident but th - The villa itself is beautiful. Great location, very near to Jimbaran beach. The property is located in the middle of gated community so it felt very secure. Staffs were attentive from the short engagements we had. I am considering not to write this review but I feel like I must do it for other future visitors. As this villa is a tropical villa, please be ready for few crawlies. In my experience it was a snake inside our villa. In other experiences of staying in Bali or other tropical countries, I have encountered them before but never inside the house/ villa itself so this experience has been quite something for me. Also it happened in the middle of the night so help was relatively slow and the snake in question has disappeared. We moved out soon after for our peace of mind. The facility was not able to refund the remaining of our stay due to lack of physical evidence. We felt a little bit gaslighted with the way it was handled but surely the staffs were just adhering to refund policy so we let it go because our (especially my) peace was worth more than few days stay. It is really unfortunate because we loved the villa so much and has been so excited to start our holiday in Bali.
• Clare (8/5): A comfortable stay. - Great location close to the beach, nice hotels, restaurants and shops. Not too far from the airport. Great sense of space and nice pool. The villa was comfortable and had a lovely rustic Balinese feel and charm. The villa was serviced daily including cleaning the pool and tidying the garden. Good breakfast cooked to order each day in the villa. Our villa, was looking a little tired and in need of some upgrading to surfaces, tapware and soft furnishings. The tropics are a harsh environment and things need to be carefully maintained to keep them looking good with everything working. We had problems with water ingress into the living area due to blocked gutters, a leaking aircon unit and appliances and blinds that were not working. Staff were responsive and attended to issues quickly and without fuss.
• Sin Ying (6/5): - We booked this villa based on the high reviews. In theory, this place would have been a perfect vacation spot but there were many issues that tainted our stay. PROS: - Communication was great. Staff consistently reached out before and during our stay. They helped with grocery shopping to ensure our fridge was stocked before we arrived. - There is a butler/staff who helped cook breakfast every morning. They also stay on the premises to assist with housekeeping and other needs. A gardener comes daily to clean the pool. CONS: - The villa is run down and requires an upgrade. Roof tops require maintenance. Bird poop fell down a couple times in the master and living area. Shower drainage sucked especially in the master bathtub causing pooling of water and a slipping hazard. Air conditioning in 2 rooms were weak and finicky. - Premises was not very clean. On our first day of arrival, there was a trail of ants crawling from the walls onto our kitchen counters. Staff had to exterminate and deep clean our kitchen area. - Not their fault but frogs kept coming at night into the fish pond and croaked for hours. This made it hard to sleep for everyone especially in the two rooms closest to the pond. - Upstairs of the villa not accessible and locked as it was owner's property. - We went in November and there was an abundant amount of mosquitos everywhere. - Staff who were not working awkwardly camped inside the garage at the foot of the villa by the villa's front door.
• Suzanne (8/5): - Lovely property. Nice bedrooms. Nice garden. Nice resort restaurant. Grounds very clean. Very convenient for beach, restaurants and shops. Great location Very good breakfast. I didn’t realise there would be a person coming to the villa to cook breakfast. It felt strange cos it made the villa less private. I imagine other people would love it. I would prefer privacy. He did cook a great nasi and mei goreng. I found some of the cleanliness of the property a bit suspect. Felt a little grubby. And had a prawn shell fragment in my fruit salad which probably came from cooking mei goreng but it put me off a bit.
• Bret (10/5): - We had an amazing stay in Villa Gracie! The villa was very spacious and laid out for our extended family. The pool was amazing and the koi and turtle pond was an added bonus. The beach is just across the street and plenty of food and shopping nearby. The best part of the stay was having our own assistant Bagus to cook breakfast in the morning and help book any activities during out trip. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

• Yeo Jia Hao (10/5): - Service, serenity and safety. Excellent trip with my family of 6 1 infant. It’s huge and really brings us closer to the nature of Bali. The breakfast was holistic and has a decent variety. The chef was detailed oriented and a good cook. I would say the trade off is the convenience to supermarket and shopping areas. But otherwise the peace was appreciated.

• Maddie (10/5): The staff made our trip! Everyone was so friendly and incredibly helpful, our dedicated helper Dedy went above and beyon - Beautiful villas, spacious but still very private. Stunning traditional Balinese style, beautiful pool and outdoor setting. Quiet area very near the beach and beachfront seafood restaurants, away from the hustle of busier areas in Bali but easy to get to beautiful beaches towards Uluwatu or Nusa Dua by grab.

• Feng (2/5): Rats at property and unprofessional management. - It is quite big. The property was in general not very well maintained, the sofa is a bit dirty, but it’s passable. However, what eventually ruined our stay was that during the night we started to hear rats sound in the kitchen, as we were traveling with an infant, this is quite scary to deal with. I called the management and the hotel manager came after about 1 hour. And the only solution was to put a trap in the storage room, as you can imagine, once the rats were caught, there was a fair bit of screaming and struggling, which ruined my entire night’s sleep, and more than 1 rats were caught. The next day we requested to check out immediately, at first they were a bit unwilling and only offered to move us to a different villa, eventually they agreed but didn’t offer any further compensation. I’m writing this review almost a month after the incident, I still have not got my refund for the second night. Their only response was “the finance team is processing it”.
