- anh281 (6/5): Acceptable services - I came here in a private trip with my friend. We had normal twin room I guest but it was so small. The room was so small. It supposed to be a twin room. I have never seen that small twin room like that in my life till now. Well the services were good thought. There were strange noise at midnight that I couldnt sleep well. Thanks for the service anyway. And why dont you put a garbage basket in the toilet. There wasnt a sanitary garbage basket in the toilet. Only one in the room. I just dont get it.

Chambre propre et suffisante pour 2 personne, sauf le lit beaucoup trop petit (peut être 110 cm). Cafetière à grain disponible au tes de chaussé gratuitement.
- EmilyH627 (6/5): Dusty hotel - Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Car park is just behind hotel with cost. Hotel is small, Room is in standard size for twin room. Our family booked 4 rooms. All rooms were not clean because of full of dust especially windows behind curtain. Luckily we just stayed for 1 night. Hotel should take more care in this matter even hotel offers low price.

- Verified traveler (10/5): とてもいい立地です！ - 友達に会うための一人旅で利用しました。禁煙で安くて繁華街にも近いところを探していて、こちらに泊まることになりました。中央駅も天文館も徒歩圏内で近く、とても満足です。部屋はビジネスホテル風ですが、一人で泊まるだけなので、十分です。ホテルの従業員の方も感じがよく、立地的にもすごくオススメです！

- Seow Hee (6/5): Stay at Kagoshima - Conveniently located near Kagoshima main subway station and shopping belt. Room is small but clean. Staff are friendly but do not really converse well in English.
- IN (8/5): 立地は良いと思います。 - 立地は路面電車、高見馬場駅から徒歩２分ほど。徒歩ですぐ裏手のほうにスーパーもある。徒歩５分ぐらいのところに銭湯もある（温泉）。天文館へもすぐ。それと、レンタルサイクル？東京などにも最近ある、街が貸出してる自転車。これがすぐ近くにあってこれが以外と便利。桜島へ行くフェリー乗り場の方へも全然行けます。そこに返す場所もある。 ホテルのスタッフも親切丁寧。 部屋はちょっと狭め。所々古さはあるが、清掃はしてくれて清潔。

- LeontienBenjamin (8/5): Nice little room - We spend two nights in this hotel in a nonsmoking small twin room. The room was indeed small, but clean and nice enough. The staff was very friendly and we could borrow boardgames at the reception. There was free coffee, tea and wifi available. All by all it was good value for the money. And a nice central location.

Résultat, même si le prix est correct, ça devient un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Pratique en tous cas pour une nuit ou deux, d'autant qu'on n'est pas loin de la gare.

- 208GregM (6/5): Good value, but hit and miss - We stayed here on two separate nights as a stopover, first in a double non-smoking room on the South East corner of the building, the second in a double smoking room on the North East corner. We found it hard to sleep on our first night due to significant amounts of traffic noise (trams, cars, buses, pedestrian, you name it we could hear it). Everything else about the hotel was fairly good for the price, two of the staff even spoke a small amount of English (although one had a giggle fit and couldn't even talk anymore :)). Our second stay here was also not so fantastic as the non-smoking rooms had been fully booked, leaving us with a room that smelt strongly of cigarettes that our clothes absorbed. The room suffered from much less noise, but it was still enough to wake us early during the morning bustle. Rooms themselves are what you would expect, prefabs and small bathrooms. I would recommend this hotel only if you are able to get a room away from the noise (North and Western sides of the building should be OK).
- ashatan (6/5): Good value in a semirefurbished room - The hotel is situated between the railway station and the shopping / restaurant area. It is also possible to walk to the pier (for a ferry to the mountain island). The hotel has English Internet pages, the staff does not speak English, but is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been refurbished, but they kept some old elements and an old smell still sits in the room. I guess the smell was our biggest problem, but we kept the window open and then everything was ok. The room is being cleaned every day. There is free bottled water in the fridge. And one can take free coffee from a vending machine in the mornings. There is also breakfast available for only 500 Y. The rooms are very cheap, so it is great value.
