- Paulina (10/5): - Spędziliśmy tu swoją podróż poślubną i nie mogliśmy wymarzyć jej sobie lepiej. Zostaliśmy miło powitani przez personel hotelu. Nocowaliśmy w Coconut Cottage, który był duży, wygodny, zawsze czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Teren hotelu jest przepiękny i zadbany. Obsługa na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie - bardzo pomocna i miła, zawsze dostawaliśmy wszystko, o co poprosiliśmy. Hotel jest kameralny, przez co nie jest zatłoczony, co daje komfort odpoczynku np przy basenie. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się kilka fajnych restauracji. Kilka razy dziennie kursuje bus do centrum Ao Nang i z powrotem, co jest bardzo wygodne, ale chodziliśmy także spacerem. Dodatkowym atutem jest brak sprzedaży alkoholu i dbałość o środowisko. Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Jedyna rzecz, która nas zawiodła to to, że w żaden sposób nie uczczono naszej podróży poślubnej, mimo poinformowania o tym. Widzieliśmy, że inna para dostała życzenia i tort.
- Dean (10/5): Amazing experience! - Amazing location! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. The resort is beautiful, with a nice backdrop of the mountains. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool and gym are great. Breakfast was delicous. We had a pond view room, and the room view was amazing! There sre also different types of animals around the resort, such as squirrels, frogs, butterflies, which were always nice to see.

- Kelly (10/5): Probably the nicest accommodation I have stayed in - The serenity was incredible living in such a beautiful calm natural environment amongst beautiful trees and flowers, monitor lizards, squirrels, birds and butterflies to name but a few. The gardens and accommodations are spotless and staff all incredibly pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/breakfast area has the most beautiful views. What a way to start the day. Resting in a hammock overlooking the lake is sublime and calming. Very very comfortable bed, great shower with lovely toiletries provided and spacious accommodation with very efficient air conditioning . Whilst alcohol is not served here the smoothies and sodas are delicious and it is permitted to purchase drinks and consume within the hotel establishment. Lighting for applying make up or contact lenses difficult. A make up mirror /lighting added would be very helpful. A ceiling fan on the verandas would be a great addition to enjoy outside space as provided in the dining area.

- Adeline (10/5): Séjour incroyable - Nous avons tout aimé ! Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé, donc jacuzzi dans la chambre. Le lieu est magique et très calme, en plus de ça proche du centre. Il y a même une navette qui vous amène directement dans le centre gratuitement. La piscine était très jolie. Le petit déjeuné était parfait : beaucoup de choix et très bon. L’hôtel propose également des excursions pour visiter les îles d’à côté qui sont juste paradisiaques. Nous recommandons ce logement

- Marie (9/5): - Sehr schöne , saubere Anlage , mega schöner Pool. Es sollte einen bewusst sein, dass dort kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird. Das Frühstücks Restaurant war mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf dem See mit Besuch von Wahranen. Im Zimmer war die Beleuchtung sehr dunkel. Es hat ein Schminkspiegel gefehlt. Wir hatten ein Eichhörnchen auf dem Dach, das Personal hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert .

- Natalie (10/5): Een geweldig verblijf in Krabi. - Een geweldig resort. Ligging is perfect. Heerlijk rustig en binnen 5-10 min lopen in de drukte van ao Nang. Direct in de buurt al vele eettentjes. Kamers groot en schoon. Kregen zelfs een up-grade van kamer. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijtbuffet erg royaal en lekker. X

Totul a fost exceptional aici, camerele foarte mari, curate, baia cu cada mare, serviciul de curatenie zilnic, piscina curata si mare, peisajul foarte frumos, micul dejun diversificat , personalul foarte amabil . - Matan (10/5): Perfect!!! - One of the best places I’ve been in! It’s quite a small resort which in my opinion is a big plus. Location is private, right in front of an amazing mountain, but still very close to the center. Everything was amazing here! The view is breathtaking. Service is too. Food is amazing. The pool is very cool. We loved every minute.

The rooms and facilities were clean and so comfortable. The food was great and we liked the location away from the busy beachfront. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Het personeel was perfect, prachtige kamers, mooi zwembad, heel erg lekker ontbijt en echt complete rust. Er is een gratis shuttle service naar de stad. Lunch en drankjes zijn aan de prijzige kant

- Aline (10/5): Relaxant - Le personnel est fantastique. Très souriant et sympathique. Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner, les bengalow étaient agréables mais les moustiques entrent facilement. Heureusement, il y avait des moustiquaires pour les lits et des répulsifs offerts. Notre téléphone de chambre a été réparé le jour même où nous avons fait la remarque. Aussi, la piscine était relaxante surtout avec la vue sur la montagne ! Les prix des en-cas à la piscine sont trop élevés. La vitre de notre chambre donnant sur la montagne n'était pas propre. L'hôtel devrait proposer un service de navettes plus fourni. Il y a peu d'horaires disponibles. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau hôtel qui nous laissera de magnifiques souvenirs

Même si cela pourrait être un inconvénient, l’hôtel met à disposition des navettes, car il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville. Un mélange de modernité, d’authenticité au milieu de la nature. Notre chambre était juste magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil, réactif et souriant, à la hauteur du niveau de qualité de l’hôtel. Je reviendrai si j’ai l’occasion de retourner à Krabi. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garni.

- David (10/5): Highly recommend this fine resort. Staff were so friendly and happy to arrange tours and transport for us. - Excellent location in town. Off the main road and very quiet for relaxing after spending time at National Park. Accommodation very comfortable and clean. Nothing. All was excellent.
- Freddy (10/5): - Nous avions la chambte 1104 avec vue sur le jardin et dans l'axe du coucher du soleil, à deux pas de la piscine. Le resort est d'une végétation luxuriante avec une vue sur la.falaise. Le petit déjeuner est très correct au pied d'un étang, très agréable. Au calme, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Des restaurants tout aussi calmes à proximité. Possibilité de louer un scooter à côté, bon plan pour se déplacer rapidement sur les différentes plages plus au nord. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, d'autant que les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues et propres et le personnel très sympathique. Vraiment rien à signaler.

- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional stay, will definitely be returning. - From the views to the services, this has been a truly exceptional stay. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and lovely tea, the hotel staff were available and happy to help at all hours of the night. The rooms were well kept and modern. The resort strikes the balance between quiet and lively throughout the day, it was the perfect resort to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. However, by far the most noteworthy aspect of this resort was the breakfast offering. The traditional “self-serve buffet” alongside made-to-order breakfast is a brilliant idea and works great. Nothing of note.

Los bungalow son amplios y muy cómodos El desayuno es muy bueno tiene mucha variedad y el sitio es fantástico. Empezar el día así es un relax total. El baño es una maravilla súper grande y con una ducha excelente. El mejor hotel en todo el mes por Tailandia No hay enchufe en el baño
- Kanchana (10/5): - I really enjoyed everything and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly. We would love to come back. I enjoyed everything. It’s a little bit far from the center on foot, but that’s to be expected for a bungalow-style resort. I would always prefer this kind of setting over hotel rooms in the city center. Also, there’s a small parking lot for motorbikes, so problem solved :)

- Anita (10/5): Amazing Place - We loved everything about the resort! The scenery is breathtaking, like a paradise. Close to Ao Nang beach and restaurants but also far enough to make it very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
- Tabea (9/5): Eine ruhige Oase - Die Lage des Hotels ist pefekt. Man ist superschnell überall und hat trotzdem eine ruhige, grüne Oase, einmal abbiegen und man ist wie in einer anderen Welt. Das Personal ist wunderbar. Alle sind extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Krabi war unsere letzte Destination und wir waren von den Tourustenmassen etwas schockiert. Umso schöner war es, jeweils wieder ins Hotel zurück zu gehen und davon nichts zu merken Nichts

- bruno (9/5): Au calme et gentillesse du personnel - L’hôtel est à l’écart de l’agitation du village d’Ao Ang où il semblait qu’il y avait plus de touristes que de thaïlandais.. Le bungalow était vaste, bien décoré et protégeait l’intimité, même sur la terrasse. La gentillesse du personnel, toujours disponible.

Das Frühstück am See werde ich sehr vermissen, einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Das Personal ist herzlich, freundlich und lustig. Unser Zimmer Mädchen hat uns mit niedlichen Handtuch-Tieren überrascht. Wir hatten ein schönes Chalet, umgeben von Grün und immerzu Geräusche von Tieren...ein Traum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt,ebenso der Strand. Ein kostenloser Transfer dorthin fährt mehrmals am Tag. Wir kommen wieder...ganz fest versprochen!!!Danke für alles liebes Ban Sainai Team

- Clare (8/5): Little Changes - Beautiful location and rooms. Amazing gardens and wildlife. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were given a welcome back pancake plate which was thoughtful. Having stayed here previously and feeling the place was perfect, we were just slightly disappointed this year. Only little things, but they make a difference. The running machines weren't working in the gym; only the cross trainer worked. There were no tables to eat lunch at; only one big table. The food was so lovely last year and we didnt want to eat on our sunbeds. Not quite sure if there was anywhere else to sit at a table. We ended up going out of the hotel to eat, as we felt uncomfortable sharing a table with someone already eating.
- Carmen (10/5): More than perfect - We loved everything about it. The best resort we ever stayed in , in Thailand. Is like heaven 💕. The cottages are placed in an amazing “botanical garden” where you can see flowers, trees, butterflies, fishes and monitor lizards in a big pond. Was a great value for money also, as we did the booking 6 months in advance. Fresh fruit juice of different kinds are added to the perfect breakfast every morning. Is a place where you can find peace even if is just 5 min from the crazy night life of Ao nang.

- Małgorzata (8/5): - Basen w pięknej scenerii, spokój i cisza wśród natury, wygodne domki, smaczne śniadanie, miła obsługa w recepcji. bardzo fajne miejsce, piękna roślinność. Nie jest to rzecz do poprawienia, jednak warto być świadomym, że w domkach, na tarasie jest całe mnóstwo komarów, ponieważ jest duża ilość wody na terenie hotelu (rzeczka, staw). Nie da się tego kontrolować nawet używając regularnie DEET. Znajomy zamówił coś do picia i zapłacił gotówką od razu przy zamówieniu, przy wymeldowaniu kazano nam zapłacić za te napoje, poprosiliśmy o przejrzenie kamer i sytuacja się rozwiązała, jednak nie była to komfortowa sytuacja. Osoby w barze nie rozumieją angielskiego. W pokoju mieliśmy karaluchy, ale w sumie wśród tak bujnej przyrody można się tego spodziewać.
- Alexandra (10/5): Quel bonheur ! - Deuxième fois dans ce resort à taille humaine et toujours aussi charmée … Le personnel est d’une gentillesse infinie ! Le cadre exceptionnel de l’hôtel, près de la falaise, avec ses petits bungalows paisibles mais non loin des bars, restaurants et petites échoppes du bord de plage permet un dépaysement total. Le petit déjeuner avec une petite carte et un service à table est très appréciable ! De plus, La literie est divinement confortable !

At night rooms weren’t lit outside brightly enough. Someone tried to enter our room at 02:30 mistakenly because they couldn’t see the number of the room. Breakfast could be improved.
