• TOMAS (8/5): Agradable hotel en Oaxaca. - El hotel es hermoso, amplio, muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y la atención es muy buena. El desayuno es muy rico, aunque deberían incluir opciones de café con leche que actualmente cobran aparte. El baño de la habitación es muy pequeño e incómodo, se inunda cada vez que se toma un baño y las cortinas de la ducha en lo personal me parecen un poco antihigiénicas. El baño no condice con el precio de este hotel. La habitación si bien es amplia, es oscura y con mala ventilación. Cuenta con aire acondicionado pero deberían considerar incluir ventiladores de techo para mejorar la circulación de aire. El desayuno incluye opciones de infusión como té o café negro, pero si se desea pedir alguna otra variante como café con leche o fly white o cappuccino esta debe comprarse aparte lo que me parece una política desacertada.

Pedro y Alexis muy bien en el restaurante. El desayuno extraordinario. Todo muy limpio. Las señoras del aseo son muy amables. La arquitectura y el mantenimiento del edificio extraordinario. Para nosotros el are de oportunidad son las almohadas están duras, angostas y altas.

Spacious and comfortable room and great location close to historic centre. 24 hour reception and we were allowed to leave our bags on first and last day. AMAZING breakfast and all the staff in the restaurant were so helpful when we needed to leave early for a tour. Also very nice coffee shop attached. Bathroom could be updated and it might be nice if breakfast started a little earlier

• Hilary (7/5): - The building and especially the interior courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast - both food and service - was wonderful. The front desk staff helped me in organizing both my laundry service and a taxi to a nearby village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located. It was unusual in my experience both working in and staying in mid-range hotels in Mexico that there was a limit to the amount of drinking water provided to guests (one small bottle per day). Unless I'm sleeping in a hammock on the beach, amenities such as drinking water and toilet paper are best included in the room price. I requested a check out time 45 minutes past the official check-out time that was denied. While neither of these complaints is major, these types of details can make a guest feel accommodated -- and for a hotel at this price level, these types of accommodations should be included.
• William (3/5): You can find better in Oaxaca - The location. The breakfast was pretty good. The property was missing amenities in the room and in common areas. The street noise was loud during fb the night. During my brief two night stay the neighbors dogs were continuously barking in the middle of the night. Apparently, the staff is aware but cannot do anything to stop the noise. I was woken up at 3am the first night and 5am the second night. The entire property was.

• Lucia Marta (9/5): Hotel tranquilo y muy agradable, experiencia 100% recomendable - La experiencia fue excelente, el lugar y la decoración elegida al detalle, el patio lleno de plantas es muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico y la atención de los meseros extraordinaria, la habitación muy limpia y agradable, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la atención del personal fue correcta. Lo recomendaremos sin duda. Únicamente, nos hubiera gustado haber tenido la opción de tomar algo al llegar al hotel por la tarde, ya que llegábamos cansados y con ganas de hacer una pausa pero el bar cerraba pronto.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful (finding me last minute cab to the airport since my original transport was canceled) Breakfast starts at 8AM, and all day trips start at 8, so I missed breakfast everyday except the last day. It will be great if they started breakfast at 7AM Outside 8-11AM there is no coffee/tea available (not a big deal but something to consider)

• Lennart (9/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis om Oaxaca te ontdekken - We hebben 4 nachten in XTILU verbleven. Het was een ideale uitvalsbasis om Oaxaca en de omgeving te ontdekken. Het ligt net buiten het échte centrum waardoor het er iets rustiger is, maar alles is perfect te voet te bereiken. De kamer is ruim en proper. Het ontbijt was gewoon fenomenaal!

Top marks for that The rooms were very nice albeit a few things would make them better. It would be a big improvement if there were ways for guest to be able to hang their wet clothes in the bathroom area and dry them. Travellers don’t have the luxury of using washing machines, but can wash their clothes in the sink and then hang them in the bathroom. The rooms don’t have that available.
• Otto (6/5): While the city was amazing, I’m sure one can find a more service minded hotel for the same price point. - The courtyards filled with greenery were really lovely, the quiet area was much appreciated, and the breakfast offered a nice variation. While the breakfast selection was good, the portions were too small for two adults. For the “choice of pork” dish in the room, I would also have expected more flexibility from the staff, for example being able to swap a coffee for another drink, or skip one item and choose two of another.

• Werner (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Nah vom Zentrumeine Oase der Ruhe Im meinem Zimmer gab es keinen Tisch und das WiFi Signal war zu schwach
• Hyun Kyu (9/5): Clean, comfortable and enjoyed our stay - 1) Breakfast - the breakfast was exceptional and better than in many European 5 star hotels we have stayed at. 2) Location - Hotel is a short walk to the centre of Oaxaca City and nearby many restaurants and bars 3) Quiet - The hotel was peaceful and the rooms very quiet at night 4) Cleanliness - everything was very clean and well maintained. All furniture was new and modern. 1) Private bathroom - Our bathroom (Room 110) could do with a makeover. At the very least the shower head and controls should be replaced as they are old and faulty.

El hotel en perfectas condiciones y con una ubicación muy cómoda para ir caminando a todos lados pues queda cerca de todo. El personal muy atento y servicial. El cuarto en el que inicialmente dormimos, tenía un baño muy pequeño. La cama era matrimonial y me tocó una cama que se sentía vencida de un lado. Debo comentar que después de comunicar esto al personal a cargo, me hicieron el cambio de habitación de forma muy amable y sin ningún problema. El nuevo cuarto tenía dos camas matrimoniales.

• Leslie (7/5): - Las camas y almohadas cómodas. El desayuno buenísimo los 3 días que nos quedamos y el personal del restaurante súper amable La primera noche, no hubo agua caliente y el personal no pudo resolver hasta el día siguiente.
• Jennifer (8/5): no muy recomendable para viajes de negocio - El desayuno es espectacular y las habitaciones lindas, igual que el patio. Para un viaje de trabajo, no lo recomiendo mucho, porque en las habitaciones no hay una mesa para trabajar y el internet no es suficientemente bueno para algunas llamadas (MS Teams me fallaba). A parte el desayuno tarda a veces 45 min en que entregan y eso para reuniones de trabajo no es muy favorable. Además empieza recién a las 8am y para nosotros era tarde para llegar a nuestras reuniones. De repente se escucha a la gente que llega muy noche, porque es un patio donde todos pasan y también en la mañana puede que se escuchen algunos ruidos del desayuno.

• Aida (8/5): Un lindo lugar para relajarse con excelente ubicación. - La tranquilidad del lugar, las plantas y los espacios en los patios y pasillos . El personal es amable y muy servicial. La ubicacion esta excelente porque se encuentra cerca del centro. La regadera: tarda mucho tiempo en salir agua caliente, tiene unas cortinas de plastico que dejan que se moje todo el piso dentro del baño. Los horarios del desayuno son limitados, no pude tomar desayuno tres días porque mis actividades eran temprano y le hace falta una cafetera en la habitación.

Un agradecimiento especial para los chicos que están en la recepción y el restaurante. TODOS son muy amables y atentísimos. No me gustó mucho la comida y no por que fuera mala o no estuviera rica pero es una verdadera pena que no sirvan platillos típicos oaxaqueños, la riqueza culinaria de Oaxaca la distingue de otros estados y no ofrecer platillos típicos es algo absurdo. De la habitación no me gustó que no tuviera una sola silla o taburete, no me gustó que la regadera no cuente con barras de apoyo ( el hotel es para adultos y deberían pensar que se hospedan adultos mayores) ni una sola repisa para poner el shampoo.

Excelente relacion calidad/precio - La ubicación nos pareció bien ya que esta cerca del zócalo pero lo suficientemente alejado para ser silencioso. En cuanto al desayuno estuvo muy rico (desearia que iniciaran desde las 07:00am ya que muchos tours los tomamos a las 08:00 y ya no alcanzamos), la atencion del personal tanto del restaurante (alexis) como de recepcion fue excelente. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpio, silencioso, la habitacion limpia al igual que el baño, aire acondicionado en buen estado, television. En general fue una estancia agradable y si volviera a oaxaca en definitiva si regresaria a este hotel. Relación calidad precio esta bien ya que si bien no es el más barato pero para la experiencia y calidad esta excelente. Me gustaria que se pudiera tener cafe en la recepcion (unicamente habia para agua o te negro). Ademas estaria genial que la hora de inicio del restaurante fuera a las 07:00 ya que la mayoria de tours comienzan a las 08:00 y ya no alcanza uno al desayuno incluido en el alojamiento.

• Samantha (8/5): The breakfast alone is worth a stay! - The breakfast was incredible and our server Brisa was the best. The courtyard was beautiful. The room needs curtains to block the light from the courtyard. It was bright in the room all night.

• Thomas (6/5): - we checked in after 3 pm and one of the two rooms was not ready and we had two wait 1 hour to get into the room. bed sheets were dirty and the staff could not change the sheets because the cleaning personal was not at the Hotel, we had to sleep without bed sheets, clean sheets were brought the next day. we had a sick person with us and we asked for late check out to give the person the opportunity to stay in bed until return trip. request was declined. we asked several times for late check out due to the sickness of our friend but no exceptions were made. On the other hand the restaurant and kitchen staff was wonderful and extremely nice. We would not recommend the Hotel due to the lack of professional attention and handling during our 3 night stay.

• Tyla (10/5): 10/10 - amazing hospitality - This property was a standout for us! The staff were so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and there were plenty of options to choose. Such a peaceful spot in the middle of Oaxaca. Would definitely recommend! Nothing
• Rocha (7/5): The setting was clean, staff were amazing, but didn't like the extra charges. - The breakfast was fair but very limited. It was disappointing that we were charged for extra coffee and/or hot water. That was a bit too much considering the amount we paid for our stay. Being charged for extra coffee and hot water was disappointing. Even the staff seemed uncomfortable having to charge for these items.
• Gonzalez (7/5): Good - Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. The Courtyard in the center was beautiful and everything was near by. The bed's were hard for both me and my wife. Might want to work on that. I also told them that my wife was pregnant and I wanted a downstairs room. But they couldn't change our room for idk what reason. There no elevator here fyi only stair so make sure to notify them if you want a 1st floor room.

• Susana (4/5): Disappointed - The place is quiet. The hotel is clean and looks nice. But the help of the staff was really poor. I left in the lobby one of my bags. When I noticed the problem, unfortunately, I had left the state, and I asked for support to ship the bag; they didn't try to support or help at all. The same happend with the support to carrying the bags to our car or to pick the car from the car park. It seems the hotel doesn't know about the hospitality service. Its a shame, it doesn't represent the people from Mexico or Oaxaca.
