• Jaison (9/5): Very nice host and staff with proximity to the center at cost effective pricing - Very helpful and nice host. Therir Staff Mr.Melano was very helpful and having a great smile. No need to stay near Skii center as Jollykop provided free transport multiple times a day. It is hardly 10 minutes away from the skii center. No need to stay near to sk Wifi provided is weak as it is not available everywhere in the room. It needs a wifi booster or extender. We are not facing issue as we had sufficient data available on local SIM purchased.

• Bogdan George (6/5): extraordinara statiunea pentru ski, la cazare e mult loc de mai bine. - Pozitionarea unitatii de cazare in apropierea restaurantelor, la strada principala. In apartament era destul de cald si puteai regla caldura dupa bunul plac. Liniste pe timpul noptii, Apa aclda la discretie. Transport cu bus la partia de ski asigurat de gazda. Mancarea de la micul dejun deloc variata. Timp de 5 dimineti am servit aceeasi mancare, fara a schimba macar ceva. Lipsa masline, rosii, castraveti, lipsa duzator de cafea, Se comanda la bar cafea, dar era extrem de slab calitativa. Am luat cina intr-o seara la restaurantul unitatii de cazare si ne-a fost trecuta o taxa de "coperta" pe nota de plata cu toate ca am cerut sa fie trecut si tips la final pe nota de plata, insa nu am fost de acord sa platim si tips si taxa de "Kuwerta". Ni s-a explicat ca asa este in toata statiunea. A fost prima seara si ultima. Bineinteles ca vis a vis era un restaurant mare cu mancaruri bune si variate unde culmea, nu s cerea taxa de kuwerta. personalul nu zambea, am observat pe casa scarii dulapuri la fiecare apartament pentru echipamentul de ski. Cand am solicitat cheia ni s-a spus ca la apartamentul nostru nu este disponibil. Pe durata sejurului nu a venit nemeni sa ridice gunoiul sau sa faca putina curatentie. Din doua televizoare niciunul nu functiona (unul deloc si la celalalt telecomanda functiona doar de la 1 m distanta si nu era de la baterii). Mobilierul apartamentului era foarte vechi, cabina de dus insalubra, o masina de spalat rufe in baie foarte ruginita si neracordata la apa. Patul din dormitor acoperea 80% din suprafata acestuia. Cel care dormea la fereastra trebuia sa coboare din pat escaladand partenerul. in ultima seara nu am mai gasit loc de parcare in fata unitatii si am parcat intr-o alta parcare a lor unde ne-a deschis un lacat cu lant, baiatul de la receptie. A doua zi am ramas blocat in zapada si cu ajutorul unui prieten am reusit sa ies, Gazda mi-a spus ca nu am anvelope bune, nu ca ei stau si privesc in loc sa curete parcarea de zapada asa cum ar fi normal pentru turisti. Apropo, masina mea are nici doi ani si anvelopele de iarna au aprox 10.000 km rulati.

• Laurentia (10/5): - Apartament spațios, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru câteva zile, frigider mare cu congelator, cuptor microunde, bucătărie cam cu tot ce este nevoie, cine vrea să-și gătească acolo poate să-și mai ia niște oale de acasă, în rest este destul de bine pentru prețul plătit chiar foarte bine. Gazda ne-a întâmpinat în parcare, ne-a prezentat locația și facilitățile din apropiere. O zona liniștită. Mult mai sus în stațiune găsești localuri și magazine. Lângă această locație este un mic magazin cu preturi foarte bune cam cu tot ce ti-ar fi necesar. Nu prea am ce sa spun. Doar că turiștii sa păstreze mai bine locația, se vede cum au murdărit pereții. Și încă veva, nu aveam net în dormitor, în rest funcționa bine, poate era telefonul meu de vină.
• ΕΥΓΕΝΙΑ (10/5): - Ολα ηταν υπεροχα! καθαρα δωματιο, με ωραια θεα, ζεστο και το πρωινο πολυ ικανοποιητικο. Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο, αφου χρειαστηκαμε τη βοηθεια του, για ενα προβλημα με το αυτοκινητο και ανταποκριθηκαν αμεσως, βρισκοντας για εμας μηχανικο. Σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε.
• Blaz (9/5): - Zelo dober samopostrežni zajtrk v etno restavraciji. Transfer do smučišča je brezplačen in zelo prilagodljiv. Voznik zelo prijazen.

• Oana (8/5): It was ok-ish, not good or wow, but at a good price for the purpose we came: to ski - I liked the warm in rooms+ the view with snow The fact that they provide transport from the hotel to slope, 10 minutes by car. The breakfast very low, cheap: the same food everyday! 😞 not even changing the fried eggs with an omlette 🤷‍♀️ a lot of food (at the breakfast) based on bread, puff pastry; no fruits or fresh vegetables, cold milk only, the coffe is not included in and the worst fact for us travelling with a children: the smokers are allowed to smoke inside, and during breakfast we were inhalating the smoke and the kid also 😢

• Eva (10/5): Family ski trip - This was our third time at Jollykop, we rented the same apartment every time, it is very cosy and spacious. Breakfast buffet is great and there is free transportation to and from the ski slopes, which is very convenient. We love this place and we hope to be back next year! Nothing to mention.
• Jurij (3/5): - Расположение неплохое, машину можно было припарковать прямо возле входа Номер, грязный. Диваны все в пятнах. Постельное с желтыми пятнами. Ощущение брезгливости повсюду. Мы не придирчивы особо, но здесь было реально все противно. 4 звезды даже рядом не стояли. В туалете был один рулон бумаги на семью из 3х человек на 3 дня. Завтрак посредственный, эконом варианты порой в разы лучше предлагают
• Tünde (10/5): Szuper - Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Meleg, felszerelt apartman fogadott. Segítőkész,udvarias recepciós. A reggeliztető hölgy is kedves volt illetve a sofőrök rugalmasak. Az pedig ahogy megoldottàk a sípàlyàhoz való eljutàsunkat igazán megható volt. Köszönünk mindent,màr hàromszor voltunk itt,de jövünk még.🥰 Ilyen nem volt.

• Daria (4/5): - Nice location, there is nice owen, and a lot of dishes, mostly clean It was mentioned that in the Luxury apartments are 1 double bed and 4 single beds, but there were only 1 double bed and 2 single beds, there are also two sofa, but they are too small for sleeping on. Also there is big trouble with water, it was really poor water pressure, almost impossible to take a proper shower, and almost always it was only cold water, or no water at all. There is sauna, but the door of the sauna has a big gap close to the floor, so it’s meaningless to use this sauna, all the heat will come out to bathroom and even to the room itself. Breakfast is also not so good.

• Oana Doicaru (4/5): Curățenie "0" - Complex de apartamente situat la 8km de partia de sky, intr-o zona destul de linistita. Oferă transport gratuit spre pârtie și înapoi cu mașina sau decontează prețul biletelor de autobuz (in zilele in care nu au mașina disponibila). Oferă parcare gratuita. Destul de receptivi la nevoile oaspeților. Curățenia lipsește cu desăvârșire.. Condițiile sunt decente, apartamentele sunt destul de dotate, dar curatenia se face superficial. Timp de 4 zile nu a venit nimeni sa ne ridice gunoiul, nu mai vorbesc de schimbat prosoape sau altceva.

• Milan (4/5): Zimovanje - Doručak i pogled iz apartmana Smeštaj na 3spratu sa stepenicama, i nošenje stvari stepenicama, sa malom Bebom. U apartmanu nisu imali osnovne stvari: sapun, deterdžent za sudove, sunđer za sudove, toalet papir. Topla voda u kuhinji nije postojala. Kreveti totalno neudobni. I ono najvažnije, čistoća, prepuno dlaka i prašine. Slike sa Booking-a, nemaju veze sa realnim očekivanjem, onog šta zatičete u apartmanu.

• Natalia (7/5): Fair place if you are a smoker - The apartment consists of living room with a sofa and small kitchenette fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, saucepans, microwave and a small separate bedroom. Both rooms have a TV, but there is no transmission) we used own notenook and cable, this worked fine, There us a skibus service free of charge, we appreciated it as the apartment is quite far from the slopes and because of the snow the traffic was heavy. The breakfast was good. The room was for smokers and it felt, the shower was not very clean and water was leaking to the floor, the restaurant was smokers-friendly and for our non-smoking family it was not really pleasant

• Vlastimir (10/5): - Apartman komforan, čist i opremljen i sa svim potrebnim sitnicama, doručak odličan a ljudi sa kojima smo bili u kontaktu izrazito ljubazni i predusretljivi. Sve je za svaku preporuku i kad budem dolazio ponovo njih prve zovem.

• Elizabet (6/5): Ски в Копаоник - Идеята за апартамента е хубава, но изпълнението не. Имаше закуска, което е удобно за ски почивка. Шатъл до района на Копаоник, което позволява да не ползваш собствен автомобил и да търсиш място за паркиране. Но си ограничен от часовете, за които се предлага. Сауната, която може да се ползва от 3 човека. Спалното бело, не беше по размер, за 6 нощувки не беше сменено нито веднъж, никакво почистване на стаята. Духаше през стените и от прозорците. Особено последните два дни, когато имаше много силен вятър. Има проблем с водата, понякога е много слаба. Вратата на сауната не е до пода и не може да се затопли особено, хаби се електричество.

• Csaki (8/5): Ski si relaxare intr-o zona frumoasa. - Mic dejun standard de hotel, suplimentat cu 2-3 produse locale, cafeaua lipseste dar poti lua contra cost de la bar. Locatia este buna, in zona linistita, cu acces usor la partiile de ski prin intermediul transportului in comuna sau cu cel oferit de gazda. Aproximativ 10 minute cu masina pana in centrul statiunii. Sunt si cateva Centre SPA in imediata vecinatate. Un expressor automat de cafea cu jetoane sau plata card ar fi indicat in zona de servit micul dejun.

• Daniel (8/5): Nu a-s mai repeta experiența ! - Micul dejun a fost ok, într-un final am primit și camere cat de cat ok. Pozele nu reflectă realitatea 💯, au încercat să ne cazeze în camere mult sub ce prezintă pe booking, după certuri și insistente am schimbat două camere și astea im care ne-am cazat erau mai aproape de realitate.
• Liviu Gabriel (1/5): Dezamăgitor, de evitat !!! - Nimic Totul groaznic, locație, curățenie, mobilier vechi, ușile scârțâie, nu am avut uscător de păr a trebuit să mergem la recepție să cerem, în altă cameră nu aveau cuptor cu microunde. Ne-au dat alt fel de cameră decât cea rezervată, nu mai aveau altele, plătești pentru ceva, primești altceva. Micul dejun plictisitor, același în fiecare dimineață
• Eva (10/5): A wonderful stay - The appartment we booked is very comfortable and spacious and has a small sauna. The ski lifts are just a few kilometers away, and the property offers free transportation to and from the ski center, which is extremely convenient. The restaurant is great, with a lot of breakfast options (buffet style) and very tasty meals for lunch / dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at this property, and we will be back for sure. -

• Radu (9/5): Good stay, good staff, good breakfast - For the 3 big apartments that we rented, we received clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location, great staff. Nice breakfast. Extreme windy condition led to high noise on top floor (attick)

• Azamat (7/5): Awesome was the room someday in the past - Our room was upgraded from comfort to lux with no extra charge - many thanks there! Astonishing views, nice & cozy interior, 3 separate bedrooms with large dining hall are things I'd like to stress . Fridge & kitchen are included as well. A private sauna is in the room, which is quite useful. Light is a disaster there. No bedroom has light working. In-room sauna has no light working. TVs show nothing (cable tv must be off or unpaid). It looks like in the past the sauna had had good door but we saw and used only that ridiculous replacement: a small door that leaves plenty of space for hot air to dash away. People suffering from problems with back might notice not perfect mattress. Breakfast barely scores 4 out of 5 - I'm sure you have seen way prettier food in your hometown cafes.

• Dumitru (10/5): - Nice staff, good breakfast and good accomodation for the money The apartment we stayed-in was missing room doors and had curtains instead of doors, but this was not a big problem. Not all wall sockets were working and not all bedrooms had lights. Also the bedrooms and the beds were really small/short. The shower was working most of the time but not every time. The electric boiler was losing water pressure and sometimes you had to wait until all was back and hot water was running again.
