• HIDEAKI (7/5): よいホテル - 駅近で、空港までのバスもあり便利です。設備は古いですが、色々気遣いが感じられ、悪い印象はないです。アメニティほかもこれが無いから困ったというものはなく、むしろ他ホテルよりしっかりしていました。歩いて5分強でコンビニもあります。 良くない点ではないのですが、不満無しまでもう少しという感じでしょうか…。空港までのバスが予定していた時間のが満席で乗れなく、焦りました。
• Mika (5/5): 場所は良いがスタッフのサービスが今ひとつ - 湯沸しポットが大きかった 傘も効かないような大雨の夜に荷物を沢山持って駅から歩いてずぶ濡れになって到着したにもかかわらず、誰も出て来ずカウンター前に来るまで荷物の置き場所すら教えてくれなかった。しかも朝のエアポートまでのシャトルバスサービスについてや、ベッドサイドの空調システムの故障について、私には案内が無かった。加えて、チェックインの際、連絡先が全てprint outされているのにも関わらず、何故か同じ事をその下に書くように言われたが、意味がわからなかった。全体的にフロントクラークのカスタマーサービスレベルが低いと感じた。

Also, free washing machine but note the soap is 50yen a pack available at the front desk. Dryer also available but charges 100yen for 30 minutes. Still, cheap. Free shuttle to airport I know everyone mentions the property is old, but I think it’s really cool to find a time capsule like this. Has a lot of charm

• KKT24 (8/5): 期待以上に良かった - ●部屋が広い。 シングルルームだったが、ベッドが思ったより幅があり快適に眠れた。 大型のスーツケースを広げてもまだ余るような広いスペースがあり快適だった。 ●大浴場が良い。 洗い場は2つとコンパクトだが、思いもかけず温泉を楽しむことができた。 大浴場のフロアに置いてある笹炭のお水もおいしかった。 ●朝食がおいしい。 朝食のビュッフェの種類が豊富で、また厨房で作っていると思われる品もあり、どれも美味しく楽しめた。 マナーの悪い客などもいなく、静かで快適な空間で朝食を摂ることができてよかった。 コーヒーを淹れるのも、マシンで豆をその場で挽いて淹れるマシンがあり、コーヒー好きにはカフェに行かなくて済んだ。 ●千歳空港までのシャトルバス ホテルに1泊してから翌朝新千歳空港へ行く予定でいたが、シャトルバスがあったため朝ゆとりを持って準備することができた。 ホテルは駅にもアクセスが良いが、ホテル前から移動できるのは大変ありがたかった。 ●上の階の物音 上の階から不定期にドスンドスンと聞こえてきて、明け方目が覚めた。

• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect one night stop after a long day of travel - We stayed here for one night after traveling to Hokkaido with three kids. It was a great place to stop for a night before traveling farther the next day. The ofuro was small but hot and felt great after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, the free parking convenient, and the hotel was fairly accessible (had an elevator and no steps into the room, however the bathroom was tiny and had a small step down). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

• Judy (8/5): Pre airport stay - Good business hotel steps away from Chitose train station and offering a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage. There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great. Nothing. Would stay again.

• Lorinda (5/5): Close to airport but so are other hotels - The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Cheap taxi ride to and from the airport. The rooms are small and dilapidated. We had to get 2 rooms for 3 people. The bathroom was more like what you would see on a train with the sink overlapping the tub. The airport shuttle doesn’t fit a ski bag so we couldn’t use it, which was one of the selling points of this property over others when we booked it.

• Min (9/5): Great stay nearby the airport - Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation). No USB plug, so you need 2 charger heads if you have 2 devices.
• Mathius (8/5): Comfortable, cozy and relaxing. - The onsen was great! The atrium at the top floor was especially cool to walk through since it was freezing outside. The staff was patient and helpful. Nothing worth mentioning
• Peter (8/5): Clean and simple good value - Hotel is easy to get to. Short train ride from new chitose airport. 2 stops to Chitose station and then a five minute walk. Bed was comfy. Black out drapes. A rod to hang clothes was useful since I was drying out my ski stuff. Having a kettle and mini fridge was nice. All in all good value. No restaurant but some close by and there is an Aeon shopping mall just 6 minute walk away. Staff were great! Did not get a chance to try the public bath on the 6th floor.
