• Aaron (10/5): - The lady of the house was super friendly and welcoming. Was kind enough to change some cash for me as well. Breakfast was fantastic! I feel bad since the staff were outstanding but the shower is one of those super eco friendly ones with very little water and wasnt very hot. I like super hot showers to relax with max water possible but get the environmental concious.
• Martin (9/5): - All fantastic - would stay again My only comment - and this is probably personal preference - was that shower water pressure was a little lacking. Everything else - breakfast, service, room, cleanliness - was outstanding. And at that price, great value.
• Maria (10/5): - Joel & Tracey are terrific hosts who have a very welcoming guest house. The room was super comfortable, and had all the amenities that I was hoping for, even a bathrobe. Breakfast was delicious, and they were ready with recommendations for a local dining options and even where to buy stamps for my postcards. Perfect location within walking distance of many restaurants, the train station, and stores. Definitely recommend!

Decor.... was a bit floral for my taste. Carpark was terrible. just take down the dwarf wall at the front and it would cure the access problems.

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und das Frühstück war wirklich super. Wir würden immer wieder hier übernachten. Man kann gut an der Straße parken. Das Bett war etwas schmal, aber sonst alles top.

It's very well located if you go to Colwyn Bay by train. I would have only added more fresh fruit instead of fruit salad. But it was all right.

A wonderful home-cooked breakfast by the lovely owner and the waitressing done by his beautiful wife a star team A personally owned business, they go the extra mile they are better than the big chain hotels. highly recommended 😀 The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, there was nothing else that we didn’t like.

I was greeted at breakfast, but even if i hadnt, each table had a clear painted stone with your room number on so it was clear where youd sit. Loved the mini thermos flask handed to me for my room containing milk in for tea/coffee, more than enough milk, reusable container, Brill. Loved the main entry doorway with the original colored stone floor. My bed was really comfy. Super clean Full breakfast was varied and plentiful, cooked to perfection.; with continental options as well, prunes, cererak, toast, real butter and jam, brilliant And off street parking with no charge Not much really, if I'm being picky my room was painted blue, and it didn't do it for me.

Quiet area, amazing location (promenade very walkable) really barely anything to fault at all. Shower in Room 1 a little inconsistent in terms of heat, fluctuates quickly having to constantly readjust. Workable but not ideal. TV should be connected to Internet so can use Netflix, Prime etc

• Amber (6/5): There were pluses and minuses - The owners were very nice and the breakfast was exceptional I booked and paid for the larger standard twin room that came with two twin beds but got a smaller room with one bed. The bed was mushy and it sagged. The room had only one full sized towel and one hand towel for two people The shower had no water pressure (and I’m from California and am used to low flow showers).
• Phillip (8/5): WOULDN'T HESITATE TO STAY AGAIN - Competent owners know how to run their business. Amazing full breakfast. Wonderful selection on the plate with perfect proportions & cooked to perfection. Comfortable bed. Only a short walk to pubs, restaurants & convenience stores. No need to take the car out. If I'm being picky, the shower was quite a tight squeeze, but water pressure & temperature were fine.

• Franky (5/5): - Staff were lovely and very friendly. Really passionate about giving u a good experience whilst staying with them. It was warm and welcoming when entering the guesthouse. Bed was comfy and big, it was clean and tidy and we had a good night's sleep Lovely towels and breakfast was fab! In need of a revamp, the rooms were old and tired (smelt a bit fusty) and the bathroom was so small...no room to get dressed. The shower was not great It is a real shame as it could be amazing with a few updates and tweaks
