• Patricio (3/5): - Buena atención del personal y buena vista Encuentro bastante mal que corten los suministros básicos, entiendo bien la situación de Haití Pero el hotel tiene paneles solares por lo que no es escusa para cortar la energía eléctrica a ratos por la noche y lo peor fue que cortaron el agua toda la noche,coordine mi salida para las 06:20,por lo que me levanté a las 06:00 para ducharme y me encuentro con la sorpresa que no había agua ni para lavarme las manos después de defecar,es algo básico en la higiene en mi cultura poder bañarme en la mañana

I had to switch multiple times due to various issues: the water in the first room had an unpleasant odor, and while the second room was slightly better, the faucet water still smelled, and the air conditioner was leaking water. In the third room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years and have always tried to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this time it was too much. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to change rooms during my stays.

Throughout my 5-day stay at this hotel, I only ordered food on two occasions due to the extensive wait times. The personnel displayed commendable professionalism, yet there is room for improvement in the housekeeping department regarding room maintenance. Unfortunately, the presence of numerous cockroaches and water bugs in the bathroom significantly detracted from the overall quality of our stay. Regrettably, due to these inconveniences, I would not consider revisiting this establishment.
