Le personnel de l'établissement était disponible et tout à fait sympatiques et serviables. Le eptit déjeuné était tout à fait correct. Les fenetres de l'hotel sont en simple vitrage, et il est situé au bord d'une route très passante, c'était vraiment très dérangeant pour dormir. Egalement le lit grinçait. La douche dans la salle de bain était trop petite.

stefano (9/5): Week end a Varazze - Abbiamo soggiornato da venerdì 15 ad oggi lunedì 18 nella camera n. 30, in occasione delle Frecce Tricolori. L' Hotel Le Palme si trova a pochi passi dal budello di Varazze 3 dalla passeggiata lungomare. La camera l, che si trova nella parte del 700 della struttura, è molto ampia e pulitissima. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente, prontamente risolto dallo staff sempre molto attento e gentile. La cucina eccellente come il servizio. I gestori sono cordiali ed attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti. Sanno coccolare tutti.

Colazione molto ben strutturata con un buffet molto vario e abbondante. Ma la cosa che ho apprezzato più di tutto è stata quando rientrando dalla spiaggia ho trovato tutti gli asciugamani e tappetino del bagno sostituiti con quelli puliti pur avendo soggiornato solo due notti è molto raro che viene fatto COMPLIMENTI.....

marco (4/5): Varazze merita sempre e comunque. - La posizione Molto tempo in fila per scaricare un cappuccino a colazione, una macchina automatica soltanto per moltissime persone. Camere poco curate, lampadine fulminate, cavi tv mancanti, pile telecomando esaurite, insomma si potrebbe fare di meglio.

Ivette (10/5): Everything you need and more… - The Hotel location is great, a short walk to the beach and also to the city center. There is also a small super market across the road. The staff were super accommodating, kind and friendly. We will most certainly return on our next trip to Liguria.

Silvia (9/5): - posizione centrale e comoda a tutto , hotel molto spazioso ,colazione varia ,c'è anche un bel giardino con tavolini e sedie . il personale è cordiale e disponibile. ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera era un po' datata come arredi e poco insonorizzata ,ma i proprietari ci hanno spiegato che stanno provvedendo a un rimodernamento delle stanze e alcune sono già rinnovate, comunque molto pulita e spaziosa e letto comodissimo.

Claire-Lise (7/5): Aufenthalt schön,. - Das Hotel. Das alte Gebäude. Die Lage super. Der Garten sehr angenehm. Schade war der grösste Teil des Strandes, für "normale" Schwimmer, ohne Liegestuhlmietung, verboten! Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Aussicht wäre im vorderen Teil besser gewesen. Der Safe war nicht zu gebrauchen, da niemand einen Schlüssel dazu hatte. Also kein 2. Schlüssel. Er blieb verschlossen.. Das Frühstück war OK. Vielseitig, halt italienisch. Leider für uns alles zu süss.

Donatella (7/5): Hotel forse da rimodernare, il mio soggiorno di una notte è stato comunque gradevole. - Ho dormito una notte con mia figlia. Il personale con cui abbiamo fatto sia il check in che il check out è stato davvero molto professionale. Anche se non lo abbiamo sfruttato, la struttura ha un giardino molto bello ed ampio. Ho scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza al mare. L'hotel ha degli spazi davvero molto ampi, forse un po' da rimodernare. La camera bene, il bagno da riavere, asse del water rotta pulizia non eccellente. Colazione buona, peccato per i caffè /cappucci fatti con le macchinette quando hanno anche le macchine professionali.
