Gary (3/5): Cleaning rooms should be a priority if you want repeat business.👨‍💼 - Breakfast was OK. There were no cleaning services at the hotel. Our garbage was not picked up. We had to ask for new towels. Laundry machines should not be used!

Olga (9/5): - Una estancia muy agradable Los turnos de desayuno, muy incómodo tener que planificar de antemano y comunicar los turnos al hacer el check in. Luego puedes cambiar, pero muchos turnos pueden ya no estar disponibles. Incómodo, sobre todo cuando tienes niños.

El apartamento está genial, bien equipado, las estancias separadas, la cama cómoda, algo pequeña, mi marido mide 1'90 y se le quedaba algo corta. Las personas de recepción, spa y restaurante muy amables y simpáticas. Ha sido una estancia increíble, repetiremos seguro.

STERGIOS (1/5): - Good breakfast. Spa and swimming pool is a bait. They asked to make an appointment to use them, even if it not in the rules. We went ten minutes prior to the scheduled time, and there was no one at the pool. They didn't want us to use the spa and the swimming pool. Also, their rules are stupid. You must wear a cap in order to use the facilities. And I understand thevrule about the swimming pool..I asked to use the sauna and even for the sauna they wanted to wear a cap. They are STUPID. Imagine in the sauna with 70 degrees Celsius waring a plastic cap on your head. I have traveled in many places all over the world using saunas, and it is the first time I have encountered this STUPID rule. But reading also other customers' comments, I think that they want to minimize the number of people using the facilities. Also, the personnel speaks barely or no English, and the communication is very basic.

Cama muy cómoda El spa muy recomendable, pequeño pero perfecto con muchas alternativas (saunas, duchas variadas….) para una desconexión de una hora. El desayuno fantástico. Buffet y muy variado. Si no eres una persona que te guste andar mucho, El hotel está un poco alejado del centro (25-30 minutos andando) Hay autobuses públicos en la puerta pero pasan solo cada hora y a la noche el último es a las 21:30 o algo así Estuvimos en el puente de mayo y debido a la cantidad de gente había tuvimos que reservar una hora para exacta para el desayuno, no es un gran impedimento pero no te da margen como en otros hoteles a tener una franja horaria en función de tus necesidades de descanso.

Mahmoud (7/5): Ein nicht in der Stadtnahe gelegenes Aparthotel Mit gutem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. - Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Die Duschbrause war defekt. Der Klopapierhalter war defekt. Die Beanstandungen an die Rezeption waren sinnlos und dem Personal war es egal. Die Lage war weit Weg vom Zentrum aber ruhig. Die Aussicht war gut und schön. Die Küche war in Ordnung. Wir habe es nicht benützt. Das Frühstück war o.k. Der Kaffee war nichts Besonders. Parkplätze kostenfrei vor dem Hotel. Der Apartment war groß und mit eigenem Wohnzimmer. Aussttatung wie oben beschrieben.

Personnel d'accueil qui ne dit pas bonjour et qui (dans notre cas) a mis 20 minutes à faire le check in car ne savait pas rentrer notre code postal. Personnel de restauration qui vous sert tout-venant discutant avec son collègue. Le tout m’a donné l'impression que le Personnel n'était pas épanoui dans son travail.

En el hotel no hay servicio de cafetería! nos han indicado desde la recepción que había una máquina.! Pero la verdad se hecha en falta un servicio tan básico en un hotel de estas características. Y El secador de la habitación no sacaba ni aire frío ni caliente 🫣

Eipä tarvitse toista kertaa erehtyä pitsalle!

Marta (9/5): Puente relajante - El personal superamable en todo, recepción, desayuno, spa. El spa y gimnasio muy bien. Desayuno bueno pero no varían. Mucha calor en los aptos aunque no tuvieras la calefacción. Al no haber persianas, de día hace mucha calor también. A 20 minutos a pie de la catedral, aunque hay bus si se quiere.
