- Osama (7/5): Excellent Stay - The hotel is excellent in terms of location and cleanliness. The reception staff were very caring and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is only one drawback in this hotel: the bathrooms do not have a bidet spray “Shattafa”, which is quite surprising in an Arab Muslim country.

They added a breakfast order and deliberately added a $40 late checkout fee to the bill. They are scammers. - Alexander (3/5): Be careful - Not much Food 5/10 Breakfast disaster - fresh orange juice with a domestic machine and sometimes there is and sometimes there’s not, you need to spend 5 minutes trying to find a staff to come squeeze the oranges lol! - breakfast selection is very poor. You think you’re booking in a hotel and then they put you in an extension part which is not nice as the main hotel and is 5 mins away, please be careful. Staff are not consistent, they have attitude and they just dont understand how to deal with tourists. Telephone in the room did not work. They tell me its fixed but it wont be. I reported that it’s saying network unavailable 3 times in 3 days. For room service i had to always go down to reception. Lift is old and takes ages to travel 2 floors.

The Hotel is old and requires an urgent maintenance so that it is rated as 4 stars but with the current conditions, i do not think it is the eight choice that someone to stay in.
