She was so caring from the moment we walked in and even called us immediately after we left to let us know we had left some valuable items behind to arrange a pickup. It was not clean and the food was cold and they didn’t prepare enough. Also the work sat out watching everyone and it was very unpleasant.

Martina (8/5): Will be keeping this place as my go to midland airport hotel - Really only stayed to get some sleep between fights because I live in Terlingua and wasn’t trying to drive home 4 hours after 8 hours of flights and landing at 11pm. Front desk lady with the cool face tatto was hilarious though she deserves a raise. She got me so good with a joke about staying there shy of 365 days. I was so tired from the trip it got me so good. I needed that laugh thanks if you’re reading this!!!! Sorry I forgot your name. I’ve stayed at a few places in midland before flight and it was terrifying. I will keep this as my go to spot. There’s a really good nail salon and a Marshall’s down the street so it’s got what I need. !it’s ginormous clean and comfy and I’m very particular about hotels and it definitely gives 4+. 12 minutes from the airport quick and easy. No issues

The hotel was clean, no musty smells, the beds were comfortable, and we had enough towels. We had everything we needed. If we need to come back to Odessa, we will be staying here. This is the best hotel I have been to in a long, long time. Everything was wonderful. No complaints

Bathroom- It was dusty, had hard water stains on the sink nozzle, and the shower pressure was low. the water stopped flowing twice during my quick shower. I was cursing and cold. Sofa bed- No blanket or pillows were provided in the room. I called the front and was provided with a pillow and several top sheets. My daughter woke up chilled due to her being right underneath the split ac unit. We were provided with a blanket the 2nd night after making a 2nd request. AC- the half of the room near the unit was cold, but the other half never got to desired temperature that was selected on the thermostat. I had to get my own personal fan to use for the other side of the room. Water-There was a storm and water poured into the windows of the breakfast area. The staff had no way to stop it. I slipped in a puddle due to there not being a wet floor sign.
