Guest Reviews
- James (10/5): -
- Gerd (8/5): -
- Alejandra (10/5): -
- DAYONG (7/5): -
- TJuanchi (7/5): -
- Brian Giovanni (10/5): Excelente hotel - Excelente hotel
- Elizabeth (7/5): - The floor was very dirty
- JORGE (3/5): Find someplace else if you can, with access to airport. - Not much Noisy, everything closed, staffed by 1 person.
- Teresita (6/5): -
- Dr. Waldemar (10/5): TOP, sehr gern wieder - alles TOP!
- Concepcion (6/5): - Nice facility The room was very cold.
- Martinez (10/5): -
- Luis Fernando (10/5): -
- Magaly (9/5): - Hubicacion Todo bien
- kathleen (8/5): - Beautiful hotel but on the freeway.
- James (10/5): - The Hotel restaurant and the front desk was great.
- Taylor (8/5): Ok for a short stay - Stayed here the night before an early flight out. The complex is nice, but right off the highway and didn't seem to have much around it. The lower level had no air and the frosted glass on the front doors let in lots of light while trying to sleep. We weren't given a remote for the AC unit upstairs. Otherwise, place was huge and in good condition. It was nice finding a place with two king beds.
- Robert (10/5): - By far the best hotel in Querentaro around the airport. Been going here for yrs never any problems. My favorite.
- Diana (10/5): - Great service
- Romualdo (10/5): -
- Elisa (10/5): - It was beautiful, but the restaurant was closed. It was 2 floors and very elegant.
- berenice (8/5): - Lobby is outside
- Moustapha (10/5): - Nice
- Deinielle (8/5): Very good - the best pillow ever! also its very quiet the pool was dirty and unavailable
- James (10/5): Very quiet enchanting property - Quiet little getaway. Great property with great staff. Very kind always.
- Norma (6/5): - Booked two rooms. Very nice rooms, however they were extremely dirty with dust. In one of the rooms, the bed was made but the sheets were obviously not changed. Lipstick, wrinkled sheets with body indentations in them and hand towel in bathroom was dirty too. It’s sad because the rooms were very nice, they are just not properly cleaned. I will not stay there again.
- Jeovani (8/5): - I love the place. Close to the airport. Service was outstanding. Restaurant was convenient. I need more towels paper in the bathroom instead of just one roll. Overall good place to staying
- Annabella (10/5): - The room was HUGE and comfortable. This was a great place to stay near the Querétaro airport. Easy 25 minute drive to the airport.
- Darius (8/5): Great Front Desk Service - Customer service by front desk was outstanding! Hotel is located in bit of remote area just outside of city. Front desk arranged taxi pickup at 3 AM to airport. All went very well thanks to outstanding service.
- Nathaniel (2/5): - I really don’t like leaving poor reviews but Latit just wasn’t up to par in any sense. Rooms were filthy (walked around barefoot for 30s and our feet were black, sheets had dirt streaks like they’d been dragged on floor before being put on bed, surfaces were covered with hair and dust). TV remote didn’t work, AC remote was gone so we couldn’t use it despite the hot room. Property has potential but ownership needs to step up their game to realize it.
- guadalupe (10/5): - Nice and safe hotel.
- Carol (8/5): Very good -
- Sofia (6/5): - It’s right next to the highway…
- MIGUEL (10/5): - Great stay.
- Veronica (6/5): - The property was coold o feel unsafe and bad smell I can’t even sleep
- Xingyan (4/5): - The hotel is located at an industrial area and landfill area, the air smells bad. The property amenities say there's swimming pool and there's hot tub in the room, but the swimming pool is totally not maintained and there's no hot tub.
- Monique (2/5): - Staff were helpful in getting us a cab and answered our questions. However there were stains on the bed and no blankets and it was quite cold. The room was uninviting and very cold, the floors and bathroom were clean. The food was terrible and came with no cutlery. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to the other facilities.
- Lester (8/5): - It was ok. Good location right on the highway with easy access. Good for an overnight stop.
- Jorge (10/5): - Friendly
Clean
Seems secure.
Nice amenities
- James (10/5): Always smiling when I leave - Quietness and secluded The weather was chilly
- Sreytoch (2/5): - The price was so expensive by providing old towel getting shabby with empty room 3and 1/2 stars comparing in US only 2 stars. It’s not worth to pay that amount
- Jacqueline (8/5): - Looking a bit aged but a very unique property with lots of character. It would have been spectacular 20 years ago. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not far from the airport.
- Danna (10/5): Everything was great, very comofortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely book again! -
- Jesus (2/5): - We arrived in our room and there’s a sour stinch like Raw sewage! Once into the second floor the bedding is stained with Reddish stains, the restroom is dirty hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The sink has some awful gummy stuff, the shower has so much water stains, the shower head water goes everywhere cause of how dirty it is. The “towel” is probably the most used towel I have ever touched so thin overused and torn.
- Doraida (2/5): - Do not let the pictures fool you! This place is outdated, DIRTY and STINKY! Bed sheets with stains, slimy dirty toilet and toilet seat, hairs everywhere, walls dirty with stains of food and raggedy bathroom towels! TERRIBLE!
- Rosa L (10/5): - Beautiful place.
- Miriam (4/5): - Lack of funds
- Verified traveler (8/5): The latit hotel - We stayed at this hotel for a night. It’s like 20min from airport. Taxis from and to airport was $350 pesos in 2024. Uber didn’t work.
The hotel called the taxi for us.
The towels are literally coming apart.
And the bed sheets are so worn out and didnt have a good smell.
- Muhammad (8/5): Very good -
- Elvinia (4/5): - Restroom dirty and pretty noisy place
- Consuelo (7/5): Good -
- Julian (10/5): - Close to airport, fairpriced, good overall.
- CARLOS (8/5): - The place is excellent only down side our ac didn't work but other than that is great
- Derrick (8/5): - Except for no vending machines, it’s a great place to stay.
- Derrick (2/5): - No vending machines and the front desk wouldn’t even give us more water. Not good for a late night check-in.
- Pablo (5/5): Passable -
- Moustapha (6/5): - Nothing
- Tammy (10/5): - Great hotel with really large rooms.
- Patricia (7/5): I love the room but with out ac and such bad smell it wasn’t pleasent - Nice place, affordable, good location Ac Didn’t work, it was super hot, couldn’t sleep. Bathroom smell like sewer.
- James (10/5): - This is my favorite place to stay when I come for business. Its pure peace and prosperity.
- Elizabeth (4/5): Updates needed badly. - OK I have a very mixed bag review about this hotel.
First, the good things,
1. The room was absolutely huge (2 stories, think full apartment).
2. The price was very reasonable.
3. It was only about a 15 minute ride from the airport, and they had lots of free parking on site (even though I didn't utilize it. Because I took a taxi).
4. The AC worked well and they provided bottled water in the room.
Now the bad things,
1. it felt very much like it had been abandoned for several years and then someone just opened it back up.
2. It was very much in need of updating and even though things looked clean at 1st, it wasn't great.
3.the restaurant that was supposed to be open until 6 PM was abandoned and empty at 4 PM (although I could still walk inside and walk around there was just nobody in there. Lights were on music was playing, it was weird)
4. the pool, the pool while completely filled, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time
The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but honestly the hotel was in serious need of updates. All of the pictures showing the property look like they had been taken a while ago.
- Idali (10/5): - Great place to stay. The only bad thing is they don’t have microwave or mini fridge in the rooms
- Mary (8/5): Unique hotel with a charm of yesteryear - The hotel was quite unique! There were nice art pieces decorating some areas of the hotel.
The” room” was 2 story, with a bed on each floor. The bathroom was only upstairs. The air conditioner was only upstairs.
The hotel had an air of grandeur from a bygone era, but was still elegant in its own way. The restaurant was was beautiful and the food was fair.
It is one of the few hotels near the airport and they were able to arrange an early morning taxi pickup for us. The pool wasn’t clean. Several of the buildings near the pool seemed to be not in operation.
The person who stayed downstairs was a little hot without air conditioning.
- Diane (9/5): Nice place if you want to be near airport. - Large room, comfortable bed, AC split worked well (wish there was a remote for it though), decent water pressure. Close to the airport. $20 USD taxi ride. BiajioGo will pick up from this hotel if you need a shuttle into SMA. Wish there was a remote for the AC unit to adjust it easily. Didn't know what the wifi code was to use it. I don't speak spanish to call and ask and they don't speak much English so I didn't bother calling and didn't feel like walking over to have them write it down...not their fault...just wish it was posted in the room somewhere. Far from central town tourist area if you want to sightsee.
- Biani (8/5): Very good -
- Mauricio (10/5): - Beautiful Hotel
- Steven (2/5): - Okay, so we arrived at about 9:30 p.m., via taxi. Taxi entered dark courtyard. No clear signage indicating an 'office' for check-in. Finally located 'office': two men we saw through a window. Each sitting at separate desks. Used google translate communicate with one of them. Other one had no interest.
Shown to room.
Not a single glass (plastic, styrofoam, or glass) in the place. No ice. No MENTION of glasses or ice. The place was BARE, other than bed and basic furniture. Walked back across courtyard to 'office' and inquired. 20 minutes later he showed up with two very small paper cups.
If you need ONLY a BED to sleep in, this is the place. Otherwise very overpriced and lacking in ANYTHING other than essentials.
- Thomas (2/5): Overall disappointing as the pictures on booking looked good but reality was disappointing. - Relatively close to the airport & spacious rooms. 3 cockroaches in the rooms: 2 in the shower and 1 in the entry area.
Pillow greasy and dirty.
No water pressure in the shower and water smelled strange.
No WiFi- we checked 4 different rooms.
Restaurant Bad - Pommes frites very greasy.
Staff didn’t even try to speak in englisch.
- Alessandro (6/5): Pleasant - Spaciousness of the accommodation Restaurant opening time. As the hotel is quite isolated, and there are no services nearby, the opening hours 07:00-18:00 are too limited.
- Jerry (7/5): Good value, close to Queretaro airport but on a major highway - Close proximity to Airport, quick Uber ride. Excellent breakfast in a building away from the main compound. Took a little bit of searching. Could hear the next door neighbors. Older facilities, workout area was sparse. Algae in pool (it was the cold season)
- HAROLD ALEXANDER REYNOSO (2/5): - Hotel is in an open area, the outside is not well maintained including the pool area, smell like is very close to a ranch with cows, the is only one restaurant close to it and closes at 8:00 pm. The room was okay, bathroom smell bad like it had an open toilet vent.
- Ron (10/5): Simply one of the best! A tremendous value. - This property is very clean wonderfully elegant and completely unexpected! The manager/owner was especially attentive to me as I found myself unexpectedly stuck at the airport in a foreign country. I will never forget his kindness to me. Please patronize this business. Such beautiful surroundings and hospitality made for one of the best and most impactful lodging experiences of my life — and I have traveled the world.
- Nadine (7/5): Adequate but no night time dining! - Clean rooms No dining facilities at night/dinner
- Rosa (10/5): - The rooms were very clean, I stayed in a double and I found it super spacious and convenient
- Patricia (10/5): - Beautiful property. A little far from everything. But it is absolutely gorgeous
- Robert (7/5): Good - Close to airport, huge room and well equipped Good food in restaurant, however, closes very early. 6 pm closing time. Don't ask for a wake up call, you'll never get one.
- Andrei (6/5): - We spent the night prior to departure from Querétaro airport. It was convenient to the airport, however, rooms lacked adequate heating during the winter. We were cold all night long shivering under the sheets. It was very undesirable. Slept one hour that night.
- Cris (8/5): - Only thing i didnt like was the cleanliness of the beds. There were stains and hairs on the beds. Employees were curtious and liked the arquitecture of the property.
- Maico (5/5): Passable - From previous time that we stayed here the room this time was dirty. Was not as clean as last time.
- Nunzio (8/5): - The staff was extremely gracious, professional and resourceful. The rooms are large and clean. The lighting is a bit too low. The hardest part is the highway traffic noise that is ongoing all day every day and night.
- Jonathan (8/5): - Interesting rooms. We had a junior suite. The shower was hot, but the water for the hot tub was lukewarm at best.
- Lynda (6/5): - It was in an industrial area, nothing to do or see. Unsafe to walk to the only restaurant off the property. Hotel food was terrible. As a single female senior I felt very unsafe. The unit was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating when I had to switch rooms because Wifi wouldn't work. There was no water or cups or glasses to drink with in the room. No coffee pot. Pool was dirty couldn't use.
At $177 for the room, I expected more.
- Paulo (8/5): - Is not the best hotel but is very close to Queretaro AirPort and some wedding places in the area. If you just want to sleep, you can stay here.
- Valeria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (6/5): - The room was full of flies.
There was no shuttle service to the airport.
No temperature control for air conditioning. It was either too cold or too warm. Next time ill stay somewhere else
- Renato (7/5): Good -
- Ralph (8/5): - We chose this property for our last night in Queretaro due to its proximity to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with the property and the staff. The room is like a townhouse with a bed on each floor. The room was very clean and well decorated. It was a perfect room for our early morning (3 a.m.) wake up call! Would highly recommend for ensuring that you avoid the city traffic as you head out to the airport!
- Leonor (10/5): Exceptional - The room, clean and a spacious.
- Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Huser (1/5): never again. My advise. Stay in Queretaro and take a Uber or taxi to the airport. Horrible place - could not find restaurant . maybe closed? Should have someone there that knows a little english. Near an international airport
air conditioning was sub-par. Mostly heat. Room was upstairs = hot, Nothing downstairs just big waste of space.
Unbelievable noisy as it is right on a main highway. Tried to sleep with air on. Opened window (only able to get 2 inch open). I think I was the 1 of maybe 4 in the facility of maybe 60 rooms.
