• Laine (2/5): Only stay here if you’re desperate - This place was way too expensive for how disgusting it is. The breakfast was terrible and my coffee pot in my room was so dirty that I couldn’t even use it.
• 906corad (10/5): Clean and Cozy Great stay away from Home - I came with my husband who is working out of town and I decided to travel with him this time and was iffy about staying in a hotel but as soon as we arrived we where met by the nicest young lady up front at check in with that being said everyone has been so friendly and helpful but we got to our room and the room had a very cozy feeling and even smelled like home a cozy warm and inviting room that eased my mind and made me feel a sense of home . The breakfast in the morning was hot and yummy something for everyone and for a tea lover like myself they offer different teas one of my faves lemon lift after a yummy breakfast and nice cup of tea I enjoyed a workout in their new fitness center from yoga mats to weights to treadmills .. This is a must stay if you are passing through or if your travel for work or simply a nice cozy quiet night away .Thank You to the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Kimball Tennessee for a great stay ..

• Veteran (1/5): Overpriced for the value that you got - The bathroom has so much mismatched silicone of different colors trying to patch leaks and cracks it looked like a kindergartener did it. Check in staff and check out staff for two different ladies both of whom seem to absolutely hate their jobs.

You are better off driving on to Metro Nashville or Chattanooga. They lost another star due to the town - 3.5 hours of sidewalk power-washing at the Dunkin Donuts next door at Midnight.....

• buzzgator (8/5): Clean, Comfortable Stay with a Warm Touch at Breakfast - We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kimball, Tennessee, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently updated with newer furnishings. It felt fresh and inviting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast experience. While it was the standard Hampton breakfast fare, the breakfast attendant went above and beyond. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful—her friendly demeanor really added a personal touch to the morning and set a positive tone for the day. Check-in was smooth and efficient, though it was a bit disappointing that no complimentary water or snack was offered, which we’ve come to expect from similar Hilton properties. The sundries area was also nearly empty, which was inconvenient. The only real downside to our stay was the temperature of the room when we arrived—it was uncomfortably hot and unfortunately took most of the night to fully cool down. Despite a few minor issues, we had a good stay and would stay here again. Solid value and a great location for the area.

Our room was decently clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was shopworn - tiles cracked and the carpet worn thin. The absolute worst part of the room was the tiny toilet. It was so low to the ground that I got cramps in my legs when I used it and I'm only 5'2".

Foot traffic all night long, doors slamming, noise from above and below, no vending machines, overpriced snacks at the desk, plugs in the wall so loose they won’t hold a charger and a $20 (refundable) fee for “incidentals”? What does that even mean? Do we think people who pay $300 a night for a hotel are going to steal the towels?
