- Heidy (7/5): Estadia normal. - La cama cómoda y me gusto que no tenia tina, sino ducha. Baño amplio Una mañana bajamos 8am a desayunar y se había acabado la avena. No repusieron. la chica que atendía en el desayuno un poco indiferente. En nuestro piso había mucha basura al lado del elevador, demoraron en recogerla desde que llegamos hasta el dia siguiente. La nevera en el cuarto no funcionaba y olía mal. El hotel se sentía oscuro y viejo, necesita una seria remodelación.

Also loved that we had an option to check out at 2pm if needed. Customer service was on point they met everything we needed as far as extra towels. Water was hot and stayed hot love that the shampoo,conditioner, and body wash were in the shower on the wall. Customer service also gave us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch. Beds were really comfortable i felt so rested. The air conditioner was blowing ice cubes just loved everything about the room.

Before i even arrived for check in, at 6am in the morning got a charge for 300 dollars blocked by chase bank fraud line because one of the staff there tried to upgrade my room without permission, luckily called back a second time and another staff member resolved. Great property and affordable stay, but staff is 50/50 in communication as if you wanted room cleaned you had to ask and depending on person listening it would get done or wouldnt. Id only stay here again if i got a better deal than this past time, otherwise closer hotels to the center of city might be the way to go

Breakfast was good. We got the very first room on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient. There was a LOT of construction on the roads surrounding the hotel, so the traffic was atrocious.

- Brandy (10/5): Friendly staff great breakfast awesome room and the room was cold with ac on - We loved everything but the plus side is the tvs had where you could log into Netflix and other apps bathroom was huge room was big the pull out was actually comfy, the ac if you are like me and like it freezing the ac was awesome Everything was great
- Iris (6/5): Noisy AC - Initially the TV was not connected to internet so maintenance had to stop by to fix. AC was noisy and set to fan always on. I had to adjust and even then every time it came on it would wake me. Needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep.

- Isabel (8/5): - Very nice hotel. Would stay again but definitely need to note pool is pint size. It was just myself and 2 sons and another small family and it was extremely crowded. We left soon after they arrived since it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of variety for my little ones. Planned on using the gym but there wasn’t much in there either. Overall, I’d stay again because it was clean, comfy and served its purpose.

- Vashina (8/5): - We came in from New Orleans Louisiana for my birthday and I really did enjoy my stay there. It was one minor problem that the shower kinda had hair. It was clean, but it had hair in the shower. Other than that. Everything was very nice. Continental breakfast was perfect. The pool was very relaxing and the atmosphere of the hotel in the staff looks great

- Daniel (10/5): - This hotel is in the perfect area. There is a CVS right next door. We are also down the street from a food truck park. In the opposite direction is a movie theatre. The restaurant here is great. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is helpful. I would highly recommend this Hyatt to friends and family.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Cleaning staff did not clean the room - Hotel is in nice condition, front desk staff is helpful. Despite of letting them know, cleaning staff did not clean the room during the stay.
