Ralph (9/5): Super Hotel fur Stay-Overs - Tolle, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter - ich war deutlich früher vor dem eigentlich angegebenen Check-in-Termin am Hotel und es wurde alles gemacht, um mir ein frühes Beziehen des Zimmers zu ermöglichen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und ausreichend groß, das Bad ist schön mit guter Dusche. Das angebotene Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich mit türkischen Akzenten. Meine Motivation, dass Hotel zu buchen: ich hatte eine Nacht Auffenthalt in Istanbul, bin von und an Flughafen Istanbul geflogen. Ein Airportnahes Hotel bietet kaum Abwechslung, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls fernab sind. Die Lösung war, ein Hotel an der Endhaltestelle der Airport-Metro zu buchen, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls (in Sultanachmet oder nahe Taksim) gut erreicht. Das funktioniert sehr gut von diesem Hotel. Empfehlung! Wie bei dem Positiven beschrieben erfüllte das Hotel alle meine Ansprüche.

Ilyas K. (8/5): - Het personeel, ontbijt en hygiëne. We werden zeer warm onthaald en begeleid tijdens de check in. Onze kamer was zoals verwacht. Personeel was zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is vers en variërend. Ligging van het hotel is fijn ten opzichte van de luchthaven (IST). Vanaf de luchthaven kan je met de metro direct naar station Gayrettepe (eindstation van de lijn) en vanaf daar 10-15 min lopen. Ontbijt ruimte is niet groot. Op sommige momenten is er hierdoor geen tafel beschikbaar. Sommige personen bezetten een 4 persoons tafel terwijl ze alleen zijn. Hier mag het personeel best wat van zeggen. Locatie is fijn als je zonder kinderen bent maar met kinderen heb je wel een taxi nodig als je laat in de avond terugkeert. Dit vanwege de ietwat stijle hellingen en lege/verlaten straten (vooral kantoorpanden).

Also in the the superior suite there is a small kitchen, however the placing of the fire alarm is right on top of the cooking area that one night it was triggered from boiling pasta. This could have been thought better.

Viktor (10/5): Amazing hotel for long staying - We stayed there for a week with a family (4 people) It was an amazing experience The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Ilhan and Tarkan) Delicious breakfast, you can also order the food from the nearby restaurant through reception and they will bring it to the door The location is perfect and even in the peak hour you can take taxi and it will not take long time to wait They clean the room every day which is very good The only thing I would wish is the free watching machine in the room directly, rather than having shared washing machine in the -1 floor. But all in all it is not a big issue Also it would have been better to have dishwasher tablets provided by the hotel for each day of the staying or at least ability to buy several tablets, instead of buying them in the local store.
