Delicious breakfast with great choices. Great location for exploring Babbacombe and visiting nearby Shaldon. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Shower cubicle and shower room was a bit tight but luckily we're not big people! It did the job.

- Penny (9/5): spot on for an overnight stay with our dogs along the south coast path walk - couldnt have been more friendly, helpful and considerate giving us a room with plenty of space for the dogs as well as for us.. The guest house is in a Beautiful location only a stones throw from the scenic cliff tops. Perfect overnighter for walking the south coas path. reasonable cost and a sizeable dining room to use as well as tea and coffee facilities in our room parking is luck of the draw but there's nothing they could do about that and we ended up moving the car right outside when a space became available. There is a little green area just over the road for the dogs as theres no outside space within the guest house itself, again not a problem

Not pet friendly at all. We only stay one night of the 2 booked as it was so bad. The description of 4 stars is totally misleading.

- Jane (10/5): What a Gem! - A lovely clean and friendly place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, ample amenities for us. Lin, who runs this business is incredibly warm and attentive. She offered additional fresh chilled milk or water from the fridge conveniently located in the pretty dining room and asked if we wanted breakfast or some lunch. This hotel is so well placed for short walk to St Marychurch attractions or Babbacombe Theatre and restaurants. Also close to sea and famous Oddicombe Beach with cliff railway. We will be back!!
