Süheyla (8/5): Good location. - The location is excellent and very central. It is very close to the bus terminal and tourist attractions. There are many markets and restaurants nearby. The size of the room and bathroom is quite good and spacious. The furniture is generally sufficient; however, there was a nightstand on one side of the bed but not on the other. The bedside power outlets were insufficient and outdated for charging phones. One of the windows only opens halfway, but there was a mosquito net, so the room could be ventilated comfortably. Two 500 ml bottles of water were provided in the room every day, which was very pleasing as a guest—thank you very much for that. However, on the third day of our stay, we noticed that the used glasses were not replaced with clean ones and no water was left in the room. When we asked the receptionist for water, we were told that it was free for the first two days and charged afterward, but interestingly, water continued to be provided the next day. This was a bit confusing. The housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive. The bed is large, but its comfort level is average. There was only one pillow, and it was not comfortable at all. We requested a second pillow from reception, but it did not make much of a difference. It was very disturbing to find hair on the towels. On three days of our five-night stay, we found 20–30 cm long black hairs on the towels. It almost seemed as if the person folding the towels was working with their eyes closed. There were also black hairs in several areas of the bathroom. More attention should be paid to cleanliness.

chewon (10/5): - 저렴한 가격대였지만 호텔 바로 옆에 맥도날드와 프랜차이즈 커피숍이 있었어요. 황리단길에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 시끄럽지 않고 조용했어요. 방은 넒었고, 쾌적했어요. 조식 종류는 많지 않았지만, 음식들이 하나같이 맛있었어요. 개인적으로 주스와 볶음밥이 맛있었어요. 특이하게도 모든 조명을 한 곳에 모아 놨는데 화장실 불 키는 곳이 따로 없어서 어둠 속에서 더듬 거리며 버튼을 찾아야 했어요. 조식때 맨 밥이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그외는 아쉬운 점이 없었어요.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The mattress was very firm compared with what we were used to back home (Australia) and we had a bit of trouble sleeping, although we found this to be the case across all of South Korea and we were overall very happy with our stay!
stimadorakis (6/5): The only good is very close to center the rooms is not good - Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με όλα τα τοπικά μαγαζιά σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση Δεν έχει καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση και ακούς πολύ καθαρά το διπλανό δωμάτιο , επίσης η πόρτα του δωματίου έχει ένα κενό στο κάτω μέρος της και μπαίνει πολύ φασαρία και φως από εκεί . Επίσης ξεχάσαμε μια σακούλα με κάτι πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς και όταν τους έστειλα μυνημα μετά από 30 λεπτά που είχα φύγει από το ξενοδοχείο δεν απάντησαν ακόμα και τώρα που γράφω αυτή την κριτική . Τους πήρα και τηλέφωνο από την άλλη πόλη που είμαι για να τους ενημερώσω εφόσον δεν μου απαντούσαν στα μηνύματα και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχουν βρει κάτι, ενώ είμαι 100% σίγουρος ότι το ξέχασα πάνω στο τραπέζι . Απαράδεκτο από μεριάς του ξενοδοχείου ούτε στο μυνημα μην απαντήσουν Κρίμα !

건영 (8/5): 경주 지지 관광호텔 숙박기 - 경주 터미널 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어서 대중교통 이용하기가 편리합니다. 황리단 길과 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해 있어서 접근성 좋습니다. 직원들의 고객응대도 친절한 편입니다. 숙박중 바로 옆방에서 tv 소리를 너무 크게 해놔서 불편한 점 말씀드렸는데 바로 해결해 주셨습니다. 방문 당시 APEC행사 때문에 별관 공사중이어서 지상 주차장을 완전히 사용할 수 없었지만 주차공간이 지하에도 있어서 주차 걱정은 없을 것 같습니다. 시설은 전체적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 숙박 비용도 납득할만 합니다. 가족 여행으로 다녀왔는데 다음에 경주에 다시 간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다. 방문 당시 APEC행사 때문에 별관 공사중이어서 지상 주차장을 완전히 사용할 수 없었습니다. 지하에도 주차장이 있지만 바닥에 물기가 좀 있어서 이동시 미끄러질 우려가 있습니다.

melisaway (8/5): Great location for exploring the town on foot. - Situated a 5-10 minute walk from the main streets of Gyeongju this is a perfect base for exploring the city. Hotel feels like a business traveller hotel but it is clean. Our room was massive, including the bathroom so that was a big plus after staying in the smaller rooms of Seoul. Our room overlooked a construction site, which did make noise, but not so much that it became an irritant. They gym is a big miss, old equipment. No air con and I felt like the equipment hadn't been cleaned in a while. However, would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Agnes (8/5): Very local hotel but very happy they upgraded my room - Location is fantastic. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and you can catch most buses to key sights, the express bus terminal is only 5 mins walk away and there is a Mac Donald outlet just at the hotel.
LiSanNg (2/5): Noisy and Old, renovation next door, badly maintained - I was very disappointed with this hotel, as I booked it based on the positive reviews on Agoda. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The hotel is clearly very old, with visible cracks in the walls and a rusty bathtub. The shower head bracket is falling apart, and the conditioner in the bathroom was not refilled. In addition, there is ongoing construction directly opposite the hotel, which is clearly visible from my window in Room 204. The noise starts every morning at 8am and appears likely to continue for a couple of years. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
Dana Mi (8/5): Gute Ausgangslage für Sigthseeing - Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle, an der der Bus vom Gyeongju KTX Bahnhof anhält bzw. abfährt. Die An- und Abreise war daher sehr einfach. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von dort aus gut zu Fuß besuchen. Auch zu Restaurants und Läden hat man hier aus sehr guten Zugang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und effizient. Insbesondere das Reiningungspersonal, das jeden Tag ins Zimmer kam. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und staubfrei. Ich hatte ein Upgrade für ein normales Twin Bed Zimmer angefagt und ein unglaublich großes Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten war sehr gemütlich und groß genug. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir merkten das am Badezimmer. Hier und da war etwas Lack ab und die Badewanne mit Jacuzzi-Funktion sah schon etwas verrostet aus. Es gab ein japanisches Bidet auf der Toilette, aber dennoch wurde man gebeten, das benutzte Toilettenpapier in den Mülleimer zu werfen, statt runterzuspülen. Aber das Reinigungspersonal war jeden Tag da, um den Mülleimer zu leeren. Von dem Hotelfrühstück würde ich Abstand nehmen. Vieles wirkte, als käme aus es aus der Tüte. Tatsächlich war der beste Teil die frisch gebratenen Pilze. Eventuell ist das American Breakfast am Wochenende besser.

lily (9/5): We flew in from Canada early morning . Took Arex train to Seoul station and Korail to Gyeongju . It’s a beautiful herita - Centrally located within few mins walk to main bus station . We took bus to Busan (45 mins) . There is a Starbucks and Macdonald across from hotel , and plenty of local restaurants around . Bus stop in front of hotel to Bulguksa Temple and Gyeongiu national museum . Walk to Tomb complex in 20 mins . Hotel is very clean. Room is huge . Housekeeping is amazing . Great stay . Most of front desk personal are helpful , and speaks English well.

The bathroom has moisture stains on the ceiling and a lot of mold on the caulk of the bathroom sink (along the rim). The light switches were worn and difficult to determine what they controlled.

No hotel in South Korea during our stay charged for water refill. Everywhere including in small hotels it was free. Front desk wasn't helpful at all. Avoid stay and look elsewhere.
Henri (7/5): Goed verblijf zondermeer - De locatie was vlak bij de bushalte die je naar het station en andere bezienswaardigheden brengt. Er was niets bijzonder slechts aan de kamer, maar verder was het ook niet speciaal goed.

Condò (9/5): Ottimo Hotel a Gyeongju - Camera molto bella e spaziosa, il letto era enorme. Doccia stupenda, separata dal WC come in molti hotel qui in Corea. Posizione ottima vicina alla principale via della città e comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni. Accanto c’è il McDonald che aiuta vista la scarsa presenza di ristoranti serali. La temperatura della camere è un po’ troppo alta e non è regolabile, questo porta ad avere un’aria piuttosto secca.

Merete (3/5): Very noisy hotel. Not clean either. Do not use the spa in the room, it does not get cleaned ever. - The staff was kind and very helpful. There is so much noise at the hotel. In the rooms you can hear people from the surrounding rooms, traffic noise, and noise from people in the hallway. The room was not clean. The spa was completely disgusting, and revealed clumps of hair (not mine) and black stuff of unknown origin (not mine either), when used. My friend was in the room next to mine. She had the same experience, but also found black hairs in the bathroom (not hers). The pillows and the bed is awful. Considering that the hotel is not cheap at all compared to other hotels, it is a very bad choice, and no value for your money.

Dr Felix (8/5): Menschen machen das Hotel !! - Die Lage in der Stadt. Nicht draußen bei den großen Resort Hotels. Das Personal an der Rezeption war SEHR hilfreich, als wir etwas in einem Taxi verloren hatten. Es organisierte die Suchaktion die auch erfolgreich war.
Andrea (4/5): Große aber unangenehme Zimmer, da Schimmelgeruch. - Große Zimmer, zentral gelegen Betten waren nicht gut, Schimmel im Bad. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen!

Kaye (6/5): It will meet your basic needs - It met our basic needs. When you sat on the toilet, you could see all of the black mold growing underneath the undermounted sink. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I asked for a tourist map of the city-- standard issue at most hotels--they gave me a xeroxed piece of paper that was completely useless.
Caroline (9/5): Great choice - Big and comfy room, with a nice full bathroom. Well located, in front of the bus stop and from walking distance to most things. Super nice bidet with warm seat. The bathtub was too dirty to use (mold in the jets).
