Em razão de ser um pouco mais antigo, os valores são menores que outros hotéis com mesmo nível de conforto. Mas isso eu acho ótimo, porque tudo funciona normalmente e o valor é melhor. Ou seja, o custo benefício é ótimo.

Poliana (10/5): ESTÁDIA EXCEPCIONAL E SEGURA! - Eu amei a acomodação, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, super farto e com boas opções. O local é super seguro, os funcionários são super gentis. O colchão da minha cama era um Simmons, um dos melhores e mais confortáveis que já dormi. O banheiro é super espaçoso, apesar de ter uma banheira, não me incomodou em nada, e o chuveiro super quentinho e gostoso. No meu quarto também havia uma varandinha com uma vista super legal. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel. A imagem da TV não era tão boa, mas como fiquei poucos dias e assisti apenas a noite, me atendeu bem.

Anúncio que não condiz com o serviço oferecido. Rede Wi-Fi não funcionava e nem sequer conectava à suposta smart tv. Não existiam canais de TV via satélite ou outros canais além dos convencionais. Ou seja: além de não conseguirmos usar o notebook por falta de internet, também não conseguimos assistir à tv.

Segurança (hotel sempre cercado de policiais). Tudo é velho no quarto. Muito mofo (cheiro forte e constante), ácaros. Travesseiros ruins (improvisados - fronha com lençóis dentro). Janelas e portas sem travas (por estar com crianças, tive que amarrar com fita). Manobrista, apenas um para todo o hotel, cheguei a esperar 30 minutos para ter o carro. O anúncio do hotel mostra que tem estacionamento, mas, no check-in, estacionamento tem que ser pago a parte. Café da manhã sem opções saudáveis.

Fomos informados na recepção de que o estorno do pagamento seria processado, contudo, até o presente momento, não o recebemos. A gerente comunicou que o reembolso não será efetuado e que não será possível reagendar a estadia. Consequentemente, houve uma perda financeira e a experiência de atendimento foi insatisfatória, além da impossibilidade de utilizar a reserva em outra data.

Está muito bem localizado e os funcionários foram muito cordiais. Ótimo café da manhã. A localização é excelente, a rua é muito movimentada e com muitos serviços próximos. Super recomendo. Custo benefício vale muito a pena. Não desgostei de nada. Pelo contrário, eu e meu grupo gostamos de tudo.

De ter que entrar na banheira levando uma ducha na cara e não ter um apoio para idoso se segurar. E também do colchão que está bem afundado causando dores na coluna. A suíte estava com o piso empoeirado e sujando muito os meus pés.
