• Melanie (9/5): schönes Hotel in Siem Reap - Das Hotel und auch das Zimmer sind schön, man hat auch einen eigenen Balkon. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön und hat eine Anbindung an eine Bar und einen Jaccuzy. Der Service war sehr gut, die Abholung von der Busstation ist kostenlos und man bekommt zum Check in Snacks, Tee und ein feuchtes Tuch. Trotz kleiner Mankos ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert! Das Badezimmer war sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Renovierung der Zimmer findet aber aktuell statt, was tagsüber natürlich für Lärm gesorgt hat.

The hotel is only a few minutes from the center by tuk-tuk, but still located in a nice and peaceful area. They have a beautiful and clean swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and resting after a long day of tours and sightseeing. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent and very diverse, with plenty of different options to choose from. Highly recommended! We liked everything. We had one small issue, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. As a kind gesture, on our last day after check-out, they even prepared a room for us so we could take a shower before leaving. Truly amazing service and very thoughtful staff. Just a small note for people who like to relax in the evening watching TV — the TVs currently do not work because they ended their contract with a provider. This did not bother us at all since we do not watch TV anyway. So overall, there was really nothing we disliked — everything was great.

• Uros (9/5): Nice hotel with amazing pool - Very friendly staff. Amazing pool with pool bar. Good value for money. AC in the room was too loud. No privacy in the toilet, only sliding door. TV not working.

• John (10/5): - Dit was de eerste keer dat ik in dit Residence Hotel verbleef. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, het ontbijt bood een goede variatie en het personeel was attent en beleefd. Vroeg inchecken was mogelijk. Het hotel ligt iets verder van het centrum, maar is ideaal voor een ontspannen verblijf. Ik kom zeker terug.

• Oleen (10/5): Het is werkelijk een fantastisch hotel. - Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, de service is geweldig en alle faciliteiten zijn schoon en rustig. Ik beveel het aan. We werden goed verzorgd. Het ligt wel een beetje ver van het centrum, dus we kunnen er met de motor naartoe.

• Africa Tysseling (10/5): - Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht, sind gegen Mitternacht eingecheckt und hatten ein Doppelzimmer angefragt, das leider nicht verfügbar war. Daraufhin haben wir freundlicherweise ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Vielen Dank!
• Anh Thu (8/5): Nice hotel, big family bedroom and pretty small pool - We stayed in a big family room on the groundfloor, close to the pool. Room was big, airy, but very dark. At the same time, it was soooo hot, that you did not want any sun to get into the room! Pool was nice (too warm though) and the hotel looks great with lush green inner courtyard. Room was too dark and a bit expensive for what it was.

• Jacqui (10/5): Loved it and would come back. - The nicest place we stayed in whilst travelling around Cambodia, a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful environment. Nothing, it is slightly out of the centre so you need to get a TukTuk but that only cost around $2-3.
• Elaine (8/5): Very good value hotel with excellent staff. - The staff were very polite and attentive. Pool was lovely, decent location away from the hustle and bustle of pub street. Some noise with early morning traffic.

• Walter (10/5): Goede optie - We hebben een heerlijke, ontspannen tijd doorgebracht in een hotel, maar slechts voor één nacht, in maart. We hebben ontbeten en het zag er aantrekkelijk uit. Alle medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en doen hun best om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het hotel wordt elke dag goed schoongemaakt, en dat doen ze altijd met een glimlach.

• Matthew (7/5): Overall, my stay here was amazing. Would book again for next time. - The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. So I was able to sleep well and the staff were very nice and helpful. What I didn’t like about the property was the ac unit was out for a bit in my room, but they were able to fix it that same day.
• Quirin (9/5): Liebevolle Anlage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Schöne Anlage mit Pool im Zentrum, toll bepflanzt. Großes, kühles Zimmer mit viel Ablagemöglichkeit und schattigem Balkon. Die Anlage und Zimmer wirken durchdacht und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir konnten am An- und Abreisetag jeweils vor und nach Check-in/out im Restaurant und am und im Pool verweilen, was die Überbrückung zu den Nachtbussen deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat. Leider wirkt das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage ist an einer großen Straße (von der man aber wenig bis nichts hört) außerhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen, sodass man für Essen/Einkaufen/etc. jedes Mal ein TucTuc benötigt. Safe ist eine lose herumstehende Holzkiste.
• Cottrell (6/5): There must be better! - Low price for a property this close to the centre with a pool Air conditioning was poor and the staff weren’t too concerned about fixing it. Pool pretty dirty. Didn’t take breakfast as it looked appalling. Dinner not great although dining room staff weren’t too concerned helpful
• SANDRINE (9/5): On a vraiment adoré! Si on revient sur Siem Reap, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici ! - On a adoré cet établissement ! Le personnel absolument charmant et toujours souriant, les équipements adaptés à ce que nous souhaitions et un service massage super ! Un petit dej et un restaurant vraiment délicieux. Nous avons tout apprécié. On a juste oublié un vêtement et on nous a proposé de nous le renvoyer par la poste et nous attendons toujours, un mois plus tard …

• Oksana (8/5): Поменять сейфы , поменять освещение в номерах. - Прекрасный ландшафт, бассейн и вокруг растительность, меню ресторана не плохое. Номер на первом этаже. Комары залетали в путь. Все как будто из бетона. Из-за освещения казалось в пещере. Две кровати, заявляла одну большую. Сейф деревянный на обычном ключе. Мы поржали . Впечатления не испорчены.
