Very good dining room - very clean. Excellent food. (Except poached egg!, and standard of coffee is poor). Very helpful staff. Pleasant sitting around swimming pool. Windows didn’t open - even by a small amount. People need fresh air, not recycled stale air!! Bathroom towels. Didn’t look fresh, didn’t smell fresh. Presumably washed on economy wash all the time.

• Anne (8/5): Le contrat n'est pas respecté - Le.calme et la piscine et l'accès facile aux restaurants juste à côté a pieds J'ai réservé 2 chambres lits jumeaux et j'ai eu.une.chbre lits jumeaux et une chambre avec un grand lit. Il a fallu rajouter un lit d'appoint pour que les 2 personnes ne dorment.pas ensemble. C'était vraiment serré dans.cette chambre et ce n'était pas contractuel. Mais à 2h du matin on a dû accepter et ceci.pour 2 nuits.

• RUSANA VESELOVA (1/5): Ужасное место. Не рекомендую. - Не понравилось. Пожалела, что понадеялась на положительные отзывы и остановилась в этом месте. В момент регистрации сотрудник на ресепшене сказал, что у нас будет номер с двумя раздельными кроватями и что за одну большую кровать нужно будет доплатить, я усомнилась и проверила бронирование, где чётко было указано, что номер с 1й большой кроватью. Номер в итоге дали с 1й кроватью, но весь коридор и номер будто насквозь пропахли сигаретами, мне кажется не правильно работает система вентиляции. Воздуха свежего нет, эта была худшая моя ночь в Индии, да ещё за такие деньги. Трансфера нет, точнее он платный, действительно в 6ть раз дороже Убера.

After check in at reception, it’s like figure out your way and go find your room on your own my friend. Had to call reception before they decided to send the luggage to my room. The rooms have one keyless card only which is not very convenient for a couple as you need the card even to go through the elevator!!

• Vishal (10/5): Perfect Airport Stopover with Great Convenience - I often stay here to catch the next day flight. All I expect is a nice place to eat, a comfortable bed and close proximity to the airport. As my interactions are limited with the staff, just a simple and courteous check-in is sufficient. They meet all of these requirements, plus a bonus, the staff at the restaurant are polite and with a positive attitude toward service. I love the location, the mall is next door. Any last minute shopping or dining outside the hotel, the mall is open till 10pm. N/A

• Nizmeen (7/5): nice place but can be better for the amount charged. - great location. breakfast bufffet was goot but lacked variety in terms of meat selection did not accomodate my request and charged hefty amount for early checkin. had asked for a room with a good view and they did not comply and the view from window was towards the construction site and hence had to keep the shades closed all the time to protect privacy. Also, the mini bar in the room lacked variety and was all very regular local stuff. the toiletries were all Dove- a very regular everyday stuff and not high-end curated brands you would expect from a high end brand like Holiday inn
